“Our pup seemed fine when we picked him up and I believe he enjoyed his stay.. However Nicole has several other dogs and I believe a cat of her own. I guess they were playing and our pup got a claw mark on his head. The only other thing is Nicole has certain times in the AM and certain times in the PM for drop-off and pick-up. We got home about 1:30 PM and could not pick-up our pup until 4:00 PM. So you really need to plan ahead of time. We did not know this until a few days before.”
