Hi, I’m Wendy. I’ve been a lifelong dog owner and dog lover, currently sharing my home with Dennis, a senior Pom Chi rescue with a big personality and a gentle heart. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs with very different temperaments — from a spirited Australian Cattle Dog to an independent Shiba Inu — and I’ve learned how to adapt to each dog’s unique personality and pace. I believe in meeting dogs where they are — some need space and quiet, others thrive on play and routine. I’m patient, calm, and intuitive, and I take pride in making dogs feel comfortable, safe, and genuinely cared for. Whether that means slow walks for seniors, time to explore, or simply good company, I make sure every dog feels secure and happy. Our home is a calm, pet-focused environment, and between my husband and me, dogs enjoy consistent companionship and attentive care throughout the day. Friends describe me as reliable, detail-oriented, and steady under pressure — the person they trust when they need someone responsible to look after their pets. Wendy was so wonderful! Absolutely so kind and easy to communicate with. Batman was so comfortable and at ease at her place. 100/10 would recommend:) her and her family were so friendly. She took great photos and kept us up to date!
She was super thoughtful and made Duckie feel right at home. Even took him for a walk when we were out for a short time. Will be using her on Rover 10 out of 10 times.
Our dog was treated like she was part of their family. We received lots updates and pics of how she was doing. Lots of walks and love. When we picked her up to go home, our dog was happy and relaxed, not stressed out and exhausted; it was obvious she was well cared for.
Wendy was great with Finnegan. He immediately felt comfortable in her home. He was well taken care of and came home happy.

I currently have a flexible schedule as does my husband so your pet will have consistent companionship. I take pride in being dependable and responsive, and I love spending my time doing something that brings me joy — caring for dogs.
