“Ben, Shannon, and the kids are absolutely amazing! We booked them to care for our new puppy while on a family vacation. During our vacation we received news that my wife's Mother was very sick a needed our care. Ben and Shannon were extremely flexible and compassionate. We couldn't have made it through this time without them. We are still using them for day care and overnight care when needed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for someone to care for their pet. They will treat them as their own!”

“They have a nice clean environment with a backyard for play. When I picked up my pup he was in good spirits. I would definitely use Christie again. Great people!”
“I had an amazing experience with this sitter! They took excellent care of my dog while I was out of town and kept me updated the entire time. I really appreciated the pictures and check-ins, it gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing my dog was happy, comfortable, and in great hands. You can tell they truly care about the pets they watch. I’ll definitely be booking with them again! Highly recommend. 🐾”

About: Hi! My name is Sarah, and I specialize in caring for cats, kittens, and small animals. My home is set up with quiet, cozy spaces for your pet to rest and play. If your cat or small animal needs a calm environment, my home could be a great fit!! I specialize in cats, kittens, and small animals. If your pet is over 30lbs, I will decline the booking. I cannot in good conscience accept a booking for a pet I’m not prepared to care for. Thank you! I work from home and have time to spend with your babies while you’re gone! I also have a small dog and a cat who are used to guests. If you board with me, your pet will also have access to have a fenced-in yard to rest or play in the sunshine. I have cat trees and dog beds inside as well as a variety of toys.
“Katja watch our labradoodle for 5 days and she kept me updated with pictures and text daily. I can tell he had an amazing time because he has been super pouty since he’s been home and he was sad to leave. I would 100% recommend her to anyone that is looking for a pet sitter in the Virginia Beach area!”

“I was really happy to receive updates every day how my dog is acting and feeling. Thank you for that! I know my dog was not very happy that we left him behind, but Patricia took a great care of him, even though he woke her at 4.30 am. 🙈 Sorry about that.”

“Benjamin was fantastic with my 2 elder dogs for the week that he had them. He sent me pictures and kept me updated on how they were doing which made me feel so much better about leaving them while I was on vacation. My dogs have never stayed with anyone other than family, and I'm so pleased with how Benjamin was with them. I've already highly recommended him and Rover to friends and will continue to do so!”

“First time using rover and Nicole was amazing from booking to pick up. She made everything so easy and hassle free. Will definitely use her on all my trips.”

“Stacy was great and made sure my little dude was comfortable at her house; as he can be very anxious in a new place. She had homemade treats and did a doggy painting for the 4th of July (so the dog(s) can be distracted during fireworks). I will definitely be booking with her again!”

“Our dog was treated like she was part of their family. We received lots updates and pics of how she was doing. Lots of walks and love. When we picked her up to go home, our dog was happy and relaxed, not stressed out and exhausted; it was obvious she was well cared for.”
“My girl had a great experience. We had a great meet and greet and communication leading up to the stay was excellent. I was very nervous leaving Aly partly because she’s a year old and “mostly a good puppy” and I didn’t want her to be a problem. Also have never left any of my dogs with someone I didn’t know. Mikaelan was wonderful about responding to all of my “How is she?” texts with updates and photos which gave me so much peace of mind. By day 2 I was able to relax and I still received daily reports about Aly’s adventures with her temporary humans and new BFFs. Aly came home happy and tired. I really appreciated the care and communication”

“My dogs are just as happy to arrive at Kristyna’s house as they are to leave. She takes excellent care of them. She gives them play time, snuggles and fun treats. I love the photo updates as well. Thank you!!!”

“Priscilla was very good. She sent pictures of Ollie every day and he looked like he was having a good time. He didn't have any complaints when he got home. She has a great yard for dogs to play in and her dog kept Ollie entertained.”

“Cyntra and her family are always so sweet with our pup! Thank you for caring for him while we were away! We highly recommend Cyntra for all of her pet sitting/walking services.”

“Our dogs loved staying with Janelle! She was friendly, easy-going, and kept us up to date during their whole stay. She quickly picked up on our dog's personalities and treated them like family! So grateful to have found someone we trust with our pups while we are away.”

“Thank you, Dalton, for taking such good care of Coco every time we need you. Your patience, responsibility, and genuine care really show in how he always comes back calm and happy. I truly appreciate your dedication and the trust you give us.”

“I cannot recommend Nina enough! From the moment I left my dog in her care, I felt completely at ease. She provided regular updates, sent plenty of pictures, and made sure I always knew how my pups were doing. I will absolutely be booking with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter!”

Patty did an amazing job caring for Rusty while I was away. Since he was a stray, he can take a little time to warm up to new people, but Patty and her sons, Joey and Tommy, were all incredibly kind and patient with him. Rusty adjusted quickly and seemed very comfortable with them. He stayed for a week, and they gave him plenty of time to settle in while also spoiling him with treats, attention, and lots of love. Patty kept me updated with multiple messages and photos throughout his stay, which really helped put my mind at ease. I highly recommend Patty as a dog sitter and will absolutely use her again in the future!
Herbert is officially our favorite dog sitter from now on. Besides having the perfect setup, no kids at home, no smoking, and no other pets, he was also very attentive to everything I explained about their routine. He handled their food, snacks, potty breaks, and sleep time really well. He lives in a nice, beautiful neighborhood, on a peaceful street, and close to a park where he took our dogs for walks several times a day. After two days, when it was time to pick them up, I found two calm and happy dogs. They looked relaxed and content. I felt really satisfied and very grateful for the care he gave them.

Jessica is amazing. She watched our rescue beagle who can be very anxious. Jessica was very patient accommodating and kept us very informed about Malias days and nights. She sent us tons of pics so we could see our girl was doing great with her. Highly recommend Jessica and hope to use her in the future.

Katarina took amazing care of our lab Burrow. When I knew we were going on vacation for 10 days my biggest worry was who we were trusting with our almost 6 month old puppy, but after a meet up I knew he was going to love it there especially having another young dog to play with. While on our trip she sent so many pictures and videos of them playing or on walks, and we loved that as our whole family was missing him. Once we picked him up I could tell he had the best time and they played so much because he’s wanted the rest the whole first day home. I also feel like he’s missing playing with Theo! We will definitely reach out again when we need Burrow watched anytime!
