Nichole was the first sitter who came up when I went to the rover.com website, and she had so many repeat customers that I decided I wanted to go with her. She even went the extra mile and sent me pictures of my dog while I was away, she asked if my dog is allowed to sleep in the bed, and said she couldn’t wait to snuggle with him and that made me feel so relieved. If I ever have to go out of town again and can’t take my dog with me, I will be reaching out to Nicole again. She is professional, courteous, and my dog seemed to really enjoy his time with her.”
