Throughout the stay her communications were excellent and she sent great pictures. We didn’t worry on our trip because we knew Lyra was in great hands! We knew Lyra was treated as family while in her stay! Would 100 percent book her again!”

We are from out of town and had a hiccup just days before the start of our Virginia Beach vacation when our local sitter became unavailable to watch our two pups. I was in a bit of a panic, with only a few days left to secure arrangements. I was so fortunate to find and connect with Cynthia! Because we live several hours away, we could not do a prior meet-and-greet, which initially made me a bit nervous. However, we were able to chat on the phone before confirming the reservation, and any worries I had quickly disappeared as Cynthia had a lot of knowledge and experience with dog care, routines, and special quirks. At drop-off, we met Cynthia's husband, who was also very welcoming. He reassured us that our pups would be in good hands. As I write this review, I can confidently say that they absolutely were in the best of hands! From the photos and updates we received, we could see our pups were happy, relaxed, and quickly bonding with the family. Thank you, Cynthia and family, for accepting a last-minute reservation, taking in our pups sight unseen, and giving them such a loving and safe home away from home!!!”
