About: Hi, I’m Wendy. I’ve been a lifelong dog owner and dog lover, currently sharing my home with Dennis, a senior Pom Chi rescue with a big personality and a gentle heart. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs with very different temperaments — from a spirited Australian Cattle Dog to an independent Shiba Inu — and I’ve learned how to adapt to each dog’s unique personality and pace. I believe in meeting dogs where they are — some need space and quiet, others thrive on play and routine. Your fur baby’s happiness and comfort are always my top priority I know how important it is to feel at peace when leaving your pet, and I’m here to help with that. I currently have free full time availability as I am taking online college classes, I am available anyday anytime Monday-Sunday to help love and care for your pets. I focus on keeping pets comfortable, safe, and loved while maintaining their normal routine. I follow all feeding instructions carefully, make sure they always have fresh water, give medications if needed, and keep their space clean. (I used to work in a veterinary office.) I spend quality time with them through walks, playtime, and gentle attention so they don’t feel lonely or stressed. I also watch closely for any changes in behavior or health and communicate updates to the owner so they feel at ease.

About: I’ve taken care of family, friends and neighbors dogs since i was younger. I love learning new things about your dog or cat and finding ways i can help. My personal dog has diabetes, I have to give her insulin shots every morning and night after she eats. I’ve been giving her shots for about 3 years now. If your dog needs any shots I have personal experience giving them. I work part time, but i’ve had a lot more time on my hands, so i would love to help take care of your dog and or cat. I feed, play, take walks, bathe, cuddle, and give lots of attention when they want it. I give them their space when they want it.

About: I have two high energy doggies of my own so I’m totally used to keeping up and making sure they get that energy out. I also used to volunteer at the animal shelter playing with dogs all day I am currently working from home so my availability is pretty flexible to be able to do drop ins/ taking your furry friend on a walk or coming to stay the night with them ! I have two friendly dogs who’d love to play with yours if you needed them boarded , I also can easily crate dogs if that’s what you prefer when they’re left alone

About: Hi, I’m Hannah!👋 I’ve grown up caring for dogs of all kinds and have experience with puppies/kittens to seniors. I’m comfortable caring for pets of all sizes and energy levels. I’ve also recently fostered cats over the last two years at JMU, so I’m happy to help care for a variety of animals. I truly love spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for! I currently work part-time in the mornings during the summer. This leaves the early afternoon into the evenings to care for your pets. Some days I am available all day! I have plenty of time for walks, playtime, drop-in visits, or staying in your home to keep your pets comfortable and cared for. I’m available on both weekdays and weekends! I am able to provide excellent care for animals as well as tidying up around the home if needed. I will care for them as if they were my own and follow your directions to the letter. I am responsible and trustworthy and can provide references if needed.

About: I live in the Chic’s Beach area in a duplex with my boyfriend. I understand that every pet has their own personality and needs, so I focus on giving them patience, attention, and plenty of playtime. I treat every pet like they are my own and always want them to feel comfortable and cared for. I always make sure to keep owners updated with photos and messages. I have been around dogs ever since I was an infant and grew up caring for them so being around animals is very natural to me. I am available for structured walks and exercise, regular feedings, reinforcing basic commands, basic puppy training, oral medication delivery, brushing/basic hygiene and loads of fun! Four years ago I rescued my cat, Sage, from the SPCA which changed my life for the better. She made me realize how much I love caring for and connecting with animals. Because of that, I always make sure pets feel safe, happy, and loved while their owners are away. I work full-time from home from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, which allows me to easily fit pet care into my daily routine. I have a 30-minute lunch break and a two 15-minute breaks during the day that I can take at any time, making it easy for me to stop by for visits, feedings, or check-ins if you are within the nearby area. After 3:30 PM, I have plenty of time to dedicate to playing with, caring for, and giving your pets lots of attention. My main priority is keeping your animal safe and comfortable. I live in a very clean smoke-free duplex that has a yard and is in an amazing dog-walking area. I love to go outside so taking them out for walks multiple times a day will never be a problem.

About: I have lived with and cared for animals for as long as I can remember! I walk, bathe, feed, and play with my own family's dogs all the time; And, I have several extended family members, friends, and neighbors who have been able to count on me for dog walks, dog and/or cat sitting drop-ins, as well as overnight stays when they are away from their pets. I am hoping to work with animals in the future and am even vegan for animal rights. About: I've been taking care of animals my whole life. Grew up on a farm my family would rescue any strays animals and find homes for them. I have had my own fur babies for 9 years. We will go on hikes and walks as often as possible. Playing and running around backyard is a favorite. Send a request or message. I look for cues as far as needing outside, something is hurt, hungry, and water. I know every pet has their own personality so I focus on the basics to help better understand what your pet may need. I will treat your pets as I do mine or how you would like me to when we book. After walks I will allow some time to play or give treats and make sure they are comfortable before leaving.
