“Ashley is amazing! My little dog warmed up to her so quick. She always responds fast, and she is the only person I will trust to watch my dog when I’m out of town. Ashley always does everything I requested perfectly, and I return to a clean house with a happy little dog. Highly recommend! ❤️”

“Dorothy is VERY happy now that I’m home, she’s been yelling at me any time I’m not holding her. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby! Cordillia is very sweet, and gave a lot of love to Dottie. I’m sure she will give your fur babies just as much love!”

About: I currently live in the Chic’s Beach area in a duplex with my boyfriend. I understand that every pet has their own personality and needs, so I focus on giving them patience, attention, and plenty of playtime. I treat every pet like they are my own and always want them to feel comfortable and cared for. I always make sure to keep owners updated with photos and messages. I have been around dogs ever since I was an infant and grew up caring for them so being around animals is very natural to me. I am available for structured walks and exercise, regular feedings, reinforcing basic commands, basic puppy training, oral medication delivery, brushing/basic hygiene and loads of fun! Four years ago I rescued my cat, Sage, from the SPCA which changed my life for the better. She made me realize how much I love caring for and connecting with animals. Because of that, I always make sure pets feel safe, happy, and loved while their owners are away. I work full-time from home from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, which allows me to easily fit pet care into my daily routine. I have a 30-minute lunch break and a 30-minute break during the day that I can take at flexible times, making it easy for me to stop by for visits, feedings, or check-ins if you are within the nearby area. After 3:30 PM, I have plenty of time to dedicate to playing with, caring for, and giving your pets lots of attention. My main priority is keeping your animal safe and comfortable. I live in a very clean smoke-free duplex that has a yard and is in an amazing dog-walking area. I love to go outside so taking them out for walks multiple times a day will never be a problem.
“My cats loved Kelly right away, which is the most important thing! I appreciated her detailed reports every day, which gave me peace of mind. Really feeling lucky that we found Kelly:).”

About: I provide compassionate and trustworthy pet care and treat every pet as if they were my own. Your fur baby’s happiness and comfort are always my top priority I know how important it is to feel at peace when leaving your pet, and I’m here to help with that. I currently have free full time availability as I am taking online college classes, I am available anyday anytime Monday-Sunday to help love and care for your pets. I focus on keeping pets comfortable, safe, and loved while maintaining their normal routine. I follow all feeding instructions carefully, make sure they always have fresh water, give medications if needed, and keep their space clean. (I used to work in a veterinary office.) I spend quality time with them through walks, playtime, and gentle attention so they don’t feel lonely or stressed. I also watch closely for any changes in behavior or health and communicate updates to the owner so they feel at ease.
“Brittany is amazing! She really puts me at ease when I have to leave my fur babies. She is super communicative, timely and understanding of my dogs’ needs. I will continue to book her as she is knowledgeable and very caring when it comes to all pets. Highly recommend!!”

About: I have two high energy doggies of my own so I’m totally used to keeping up and making sure they get that energy out. I also used to volunteer at the animal shelter playing with dogs all day I am currently working from home so my availability is pretty flexible to be able to do drop ins/ taking your furry friend on a walk or coming to stay the night with them ! I have two friendly dogs who’d love to play with yours if you needed them boarded , I also can easily crate dogs if that’s what you prefer when they’re left alone
About: Hi, I’m Wendy. I’ve been a lifelong dog owner and dog lover, currently sharing my home with Dennis, a senior Pom Chi rescue with a big personality and a gentle heart. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs with very different temperaments — from a spirited Australian Cattle Dog to an independent Shiba Inu — and I’ve learned how to adapt to each dog’s unique personality and pace. I believe in meeting dogs where they are — some need space and quiet, others thrive on play and routine. I’m patient, calm, and intuitive, and I take pride in making dogs feel comfortable, safe, and genuinely cared for. Whether that means slow walks for seniors, time to explore, or simply good company, I make sure every dog feels secure and happy. Friends describe me as reliable, detail-oriented, and steady under pressure — the person they trust when they need someone responsible to look after their pets. If you’re looking for someone experienced, kind, and committed to your dog’s well-being, I’d love to help. Dennis would agree — dogs make life better I currently have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to give dogs my full attention and care throughout the day. I take pride in being dependable and responsive, and I love spending my time doing something that brings me joy — caring for dogs. I live at the Virginia Beach oceanfront, with the feeder road just outside my door — a quiet, safe stretch that’s perfect for long, relaxing walks. Dogs in my care enjoy a calm, comfortable home environment, plenty of outdoor time, and lots of attention. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat it like an extension of my own routine. I follow your schedule closely — from feeding times to favorite walking routes — so your dog feels secure and settled. You’ll also receive regular updates and photos, because I know how much peace of mind it brings to see your dog happy and well cared for
About: I have over 7 years of experience caring for a variety of animals, from energetic family dogs to my own cat, Charlie. My background isn't just in the basics; I’m experienced in administering medication, managing specific dietary schedules, and providing high-energy exercise for larger breeds. As a student at VWU, I have a predictable weekly routine that allows me to offer consistent early morning, mid-day, and evening visits. Because I live/study locally, I’m able to be flexible with my timing between classes and can easily accommodate last-minute requests or regular daily check-ins. When caring for pets in your home, I prioritize maintaining their familiar routine and ensuring your space remains secure. I treat every home with the utmost respect, staying diligent about locking up and keeping areas clean. During our time together, your pet has my full attention—whether we’re on a walk or playing indoors—and I’m happy to provide frequent photo updates so you have total peace of mind while you're away.
“Brittni came to our house to check in on our kitties for two days while we were gone. She did a great job taking care of all 3, and I appreciated that she was available last minute! 10/10 would hire again!”

About: I recently dropped in on a dog 3 times a week. I would take him out for potty breaks, walks, and also give her a bone before I left. I wish I had a dog if my own and being able to help others is amazing. I am a student athlete so I know how to manage time and I am very reliable. I am pretty flexible with times, just contact me if anything changes. I’d love to help you out in any way and get the chance to hang/take care of your lovely dog. Let me know about any questions you may have. I have a dog of my own but I am home for a bit. I’m a college student so I can walk or drop in any time as long as it works with my class schedule. Weekends I am normally open depending on volunteering and soccer games. I have a fenced in back yard that has a good amount of room for the dogs to play. I also love close to several parks that the pup could run around at.
About: I’ve had dogs since I was a kid, of all types. My most recent breed was a Saint Bernard/Great Pyrenees. I’ve had other large breeds, small breeds as well. I have training in ABA, and I know what it’s like to trust a stranger with your family. As an active duty sailor, I am on shore duty and have found myself with more free time than I could’ve ever imagined. Take those weekend trips you’ve been putting off, and know your doggo is in good hands with me Weekends (Friday-Sunday) are likely the best, but with advanced scheduling I can do during the week as well. If local to Virginia Beach or Norfolk, drop ins are not a problem at all. If you want your dog to stay home, house sitting is an option as well I live in a two bedroom apartment that’s pretty spacious and has vinyl flooring. I am only a few hundred feet from a dog park The community is very dog friendly, and your canine family will have no shortage of friends during their visit
“Trevor did an amazing job in taking care of my pup, making sure she had plenty of clean water and food everyday while we were away. He made sure to lock up every time he left ensuring our pup was secure in the yard. He also was kind enough to bring in our packages while away. We will definitely be using his services in the future. Thank you Trevor !”
