I currently have free full time availability as I am taking online college classes, I am available anyday anytime Monday-Sunday to help love and care for your pets. I focus on keeping pets comfortable, safe, and loved while maintaining their normal routine. I follow all feeding instructions carefully, make sure they always have fresh water, give medications if needed, and keep their space clean. (I used to work in a veterinary office.) I spend quality time with them through walks, playtime, and gentle attention so they don’t feel lonely or stressed. I also watch closely for any changes in behavior or health and communicate updates to the owner so they feel at ease.

About: I have experience with taking care of older dogs, puppies, kittens and adult cats. I love all breeds! I ensure a safe and lovable environment for your pet. They deserve the love and treatment they get from home from me while their owners are away. I enjoy outdoor time with animals such as walking or simply playing around with them. I am currently a full time student, currently on Summer break. I am currently flexible until school starts in August. Updated schedule will be listed then. My apartment is quiet with open space for my pets to roam. I keep blinds open for my cats to observe the outdoor while also enjoying some relaxing sunbathing.

About: I have owned dogs since I was 14. I currently have 2 dogs of my own. I also volunteer with animals and have dog sat for several friends over the years. I love cats but have not babysat any, only loved them at others homes. I currently work full time but mostly from home. Some days I am out in the world but usually for no more than 6 hours at a time. Majority of work hours are Monday - Friday 8-5 Pets have free range at home unless they need to be crated. Have a fenced in backyard and can also walk dogs if preferred. Large neighborhood to walk them around. Also have a responsible teenage daughter who can help with feedings and bathroom breaks. Trash can is in the pantry for little to no access.

“Monique stepped in a few months ago when we unexpectedly needed someone to help us take care of Echo. She’s been helping out for several months now and we couldn’t be happier. I know my girl is being well taken care of, enjoying some sunshine, cuddles, and treats when in Monique’s care. Monique is professional and is great at communicating updates, highlights, etc. She’s always sending lots of silly and sweet photos of Echo’s adventures during every drop in/walk. Echo can have some separation anxiety and being a frenchie she can overheat easily, but Monique is always calm and reassuring towards Echo and always mindful of her needs. Monique always goes the extra mile and so I can’t recommended her more highly, 5/5 stars.”

About: I have been an animal lover my entire life. As soon as I was capable of walking, I was helping care for our family pets. The majority of my life was spent in a household with three dogs (and two cats!) at any given time. We have had multiple Labradors, a German Shepherd, a Newfoundland, a St. Bernard/Collie mix, and a Greyhound mix. I am very comfortable around large-sized dogs! I have also house-sat for friends and neighbors many times over the years, so I am quite familiar with the understanding and respect required when not only looking after a beloved pet, but the home as well. I can also tend to cats as well, emptying litter boxes and checking on food and water, or just providing a good cuddle if necessary. I'm currently working part-time, so have plenty of time for taking your pup on a walk or dropping in to check on your pet during the day, Wed-Fri and most Saturdays. I cannot board dogs in my own home, but if you require drop-in visits or overnight stays, I treat everyone's home with respect, taking care to follow any and all house rules as discussed.
