“Suzanne has been a lifesaver for me and Charlie’s as I return to the office. She is very kind and warm and shows my pup lots of love. I’m so thankful for the pictures she sends from their walk and her updates on how he is doing in the afternoon. Suzanne goes above and beyond, I appreciate her help so much! She communicates pretty quickly when I’ve needed to book an extra walk and she is very reliable. I would highly recommend her care.”

“Dana is wonderful! She does a great job with our young, energetic dog Marty, who can be difficult to manage on a leash. Marty loves Dana and looks forward to his walks with her! He always comes back happy and tired out!”

About: Hi there! I’m Shannon, fluent in English and ASL. I’ve been around animals my entire life. A German Shepherd, bear, a lab, honey, a mutt, Rosie, and a cat named Amanda. All of them rescue animals so I have experience with animals that are sensitive, temperamental, and overall needing more attention. My husband and I moved into our condo in Simi Valley in 2021 and have been loving the area, but still want to keep all our attention on our chinchilla, Maggie, before getting another pet. Enter: your cutie! I'm a professional voice artist and work from home most days, this means I have tons of time to devote to your fur-baby, and they can enjoy live music. Please let me know as many details about your pet as possible to ensure we are the right fit for one another! Chat soon! xx As I said in my bio I am an artist. This means I intentionally have a flex schedule to allow me to work from home multiple days a week. I enjoy the company of animals, babies, and other adorable creatures and the excuse to get daily fresh air is a plus! If your pet also loves to lounge around, cuddle, etc. we will be fast friends! All of this depends on the needs of the pet and the owner. I always try to make a schedule work around mine, and if I'm unable to, I'm very honest about that, so that you can find another person that would be a better fit for you. I never want to make a booking work only for myself. The more information, the BETTER!

“Madeline was great with Oso! I know he appreciated her long thorough walks and she could handle his excitement every time she came over. We will definitely be booking her again!”

“Cassandra, tostada and I are very happy with your services you went above and beyond. Thank you for making my little one happy she is snoozing right now and I can tell she had an amazing day.”

“This is the second time I've booked Catherine to help take care of my dog, kudo, now having compete 4 walks together. Catherine is excellent, punctual, and very considerate! Her report cards are so wonderful with plenty of pictures and videos! I'm so grateful to her for the time she takes to help me and kudo.”

About: I have worked with animals for over ten years, whether it be the family dog, my own cat, or animals I've been entrusted to care for over the years. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds, cats of all temperaments, and even lizards and frogs! I've walked, groomed, fed, played with, given medications to, and loved fully the animals that I've looked after. I will make sure your pet feels loved, respected and comfortable in my care. I usually work the early hours of the morning, so it's easy for me to drop by in the early afternoons and evenings to make sure your pet gets the attention and care they need. When in a client's home I like to make sure I know where all necessities for your pet are. I like to learn where your pet feels most comfortable and match the energy they need. I can walk them around the neighborhood, give them some play time indoors, make sure they have food and water, or are crated safely depending on the needs of your animal. I feel confident that I can manage your pet's needs in whatever environment they are in.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for years and I’m very comfortable with walking and administering any medicine and care needed! Your babies will be in the best care! I work from home and freelance, so my schedule is very flexible! I can spend the night with your animal, or stop by daily to feed, walk and play with! I can not care for animals in my home as I have 2 cats. I also live in an apartment, so unfortunately there is not room.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life, giving me extensive experience with a wide variety of breeds and personalities. I truly love all fur-babies and am comfortable handling most tasks, from everyday care to the more unpredictable puppy moments! I’m also experienced with both short visits and extended stays, and always happy to help however I can. I currently work three days a week, but I’m flexible and happy to work around your pet’s needs. With a little notice, I can be fully available whenever needed. I’m more than happy to do overnight stays, quick drop-ins for potty breaks, or multiple walks throughout the day. I love keeping pets active and am always up for playtime! Whether it’s a trip to the park or a hike, I have a spacious car that’s perfect for transporting both large and small breeds.

“I am so particular about who I hope to have around my senior dog but Dea has been so sweet and punctual and so understanding of my dogs wants and needs! I feel like I can take a deep breath knowing she’ll pop in to check on my pup from time to time! Cannot recommend enough”

About: I grew up with three cats and in my adulthood I’ve had the privilege to take care of an amazing regal cat for the past 6 years, and have been honored to care for my parent’s dogs and friends dogs from time to time. I take pet care seriously and have had to administer oral medications from pills to droppers to applying salve and adding dietary restrictions into diets. Right now, I am working part time which allows me more freedom to be able to drop in on pets during the time frames listed, and also enjoy doing my own creative projects on the side. I give pets a lot of respect and patience. I am not one to ambush a pet, or approach without their trust. But I enjoy playing with pets, and giving them their routine as best of my ability.

“Hayden has been an incredible walker and friend to my pup Lady! She is communicative and flexible when it comes to schedule adjustments. Having just moved to the area she has made our transition of finding the perfect new walker seamless! 10/10 recommend”

About: I've had experience with training puppies, caring for elderly dogs, and even stretching and massage therapy for dogs. Anything that makes your dog happy makes me happy. I currently have a flexible schedule and am willing to drop-in/walk your dog at all times of the day. I am willing to accomodate your needs as a pet parent. I treat your dog as if they're my own. I know I have to gain their trust in the beginning, but I'm sure they will warm up to me in no time at all!

About: I have had pets all my life and they have brought so much joy into my life. Aside from the pets I've had growing up I have also taken care of multiple neighbor's dogs countless times while they were away. I know every dog is unique and they have different needs. I am very patient and I love caring, loving, and having fun with all creatures. I work Monday and Thursday mornings until 1pm and Tuesdays and Fridays until 3pm. I’m free in the afternoons and all day Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. Sadly my apartment does not allow dogs, and so because of that I’ve lived with cats for many years. I love all furry friends and am open to most personalities. I know each dog/cat is unique and has their own needs so I’m definitely able to adjust depending on the situation. Besides basic needs like feeding, and walking I am of course able to help with stimulating their minds and playing with them.

About: I have worked with pets of all different kinds professionally as a volunteer coordinator for a prominent national rescue and a local public shelter. Also I was a vet assistant and a zoo keeper. I am looking to get back into pet sitting full time because I want to go back to school (remote) and I am willing to travel some distance for a small pay bump. I am a great communicator and have worked with dogs and cats with difficult behavior and medical issues. My schedule is currently open and I would like to make this my full time job so I can go back to school with a remote program. I can provide additional backround information if needed- was a government employee for 5 years and now work for a well known national animal welfare organization.

“Calee was absolutely lovely to work with! She was very responsive and willing to work with us to make sure Ducky was comfortable and well taken care of. She was great at communicating and sent lots of great pictures and videos. 10/10 recommend her for taking care of your pet. ❤️”

kelli g.
“Kelli is amazing! If it wasn’t for us no longer living in the same state, Kelli would be the #1 option! Kelli has taken care of my two cats many times. She is so compassionate with my animals, I know that they are in the upmost best hands while under her care. Kelli did it all for me while we were away: cleaning the litter boxes, feeding the cats both wet food and dry food, checking on their water fountains, as well as playing with them and keeping them both company. She always would send me plenty of pictures of my kitties, and leave details of what occurred during the visits. I know both of my boys loved her, and throughly enjoyed their time with her, even my more shy cat! I cannot recommend Kelli enough to watch your furry friends, I know that she will give so much love and care for all animals while under her care!”

Renee L.
“One of Renee's best attributes is her genuine willingness to help others, both animals and humans. She herself is an animal lover and a devoted friend to those who are lucky enough to know her. Renee is loyal, trustworthy, compassionate, and extremely hard-working. Previously, she has helped care for the pets of friends who have traveled, administered needed medications, and always does some housecleaning so that her friends would have a smooth transition home. Renee treats others the way she and her own animals would appreciate being treated, and I know she is thrilled at the opportunity to work as a pet sitter and give back to her community in this way.”

Carly W.
“Carly is a wonderfully warm and trustworthy pet owner and sitter. She herself is a caring cat mama and great with dogs of all ages and sizes. I had her care for my large bernadoodle Todd while I was away and she took such good care of my girl, giving her long walks and loads of loving attention. She kept me updated with daily messages and photos. Todd and I loved Carly’s care and will booking with her to next time I travel.”

Samantha G.
“Whether your fur baby is a cat or dog, Samantha is the perfect guardian to care for them! She has extensive experience with both and can take your dog out on a fun daily walk or help administer medication to your cat (which may not be as fun for anyone but she can get it done)! She is trustworthy with great attention to detail. Whatever needs your pet's needs are, she will be there to keep them happy while you are away!”

Alexander E.
“It’s been tough finding the right match for my energetic and needy German shepherd/husky mix, but Alex has shown the patience, care, and understanding that she requires. He’s very attentive and my dog absolutely loves him. He’s always on time, follows instructions and gives updates as needed, and the best part is you can tell he genuinely loves connecting and spending time with dogs. If you’re looking for a dog walker, Alex is your guy!”

Aaron H.
“Aaron is very responsible and trustworthy. He has taken care of my two dogs while away on a trip. I came home to two happy dogs! It was as if I was never gone. He even went out of his way to take them on walks even though I said he didn’t have to. I believe Aaron is very fit for a position with Rover.”
