About: I’ve had and cared for dogs since I was 6 years old, and cats for the last 5 years. Friends, family and neighbours regularly entrust me with care for their pets, including holiday stays. I am confident and experienced in looking after reactive or anxious pets. I work from home full time, and have flexible working hours, so I can keep a close eye on your pet and take them for regular walks or garden breaks. I live close to several great dog walking spots too! Pets are allowed in our fenced garden and in my home office when they come to stay. In your home, I can tailor specific needs to your request.

About: My name is Mel, I have grown up all my life with dogs and cats. Having lost my 17 year old cat and with my children now being teenagers, I am finding I have a lot of spare time, which I would love to fill looking after animals as they bring so much joy to my life. I already regularly look after three dogs (Reggie, Toffee and Bluey) while their owners are away and would love to look after more. I absolutely love caring for dogs and find pet sitting extremely rewarding, therefore i have taken this into consideration when setting my care costs . Please feel free to reach out with any questions or queries you may have 🐾 🐶 I work half days, from home, Monday to Friday and am also available at weekends. I have enough time to do two dog walks per day, have a fully enclosed garden for toilet breaks and have plenty of time for cuddles and lots of fuss I like to care for dogs like they are part of my family, therefore they will have access to the whole house and also can come up for cuddles on the sofa and in bed as well if they would like. I would like to only care for one dog at a time to ensure they have my full attention as I understand many pets miss their owners while they are away so I can ensure I can devote all my time to your dog

Paddy had the best time and even though it was such a short notice, Liz offer a meet and greet which put my mind at ease. I got so many pictures of him having the best time! ♥️ Also she was kind enough to drop him off to my flat! Which was such a kind thing to do as it was raining and I don’t have my own car. I would definitely leave Paddy with Liz knowing that he’s taken care of ♥️ Thank you so much Liz x

We were a bit worried to leave Nala since she is a rescue that only has been with us for 1 month. Sabrina and Tom were the nicest and calmer we could wish for Nala. They kept me updated during the day and Nala was very happy. The experience was so positive that we have already booked again! Definitely would recommend Sabrina and Tom.

About: ABOUT ME: It is quite typical to encounter a natural predisposition in people who take care of animals, almost a need to be surrounded by them. Mine is one of these cases, I could not date my instinct and need to be surrounded by that energy. I don't remember when it started because maybe it's always been there. I grew up surrounded by dogs, cats, and every other wild animal that came my way. I have always taken care of them and people have always involved me in taking care of their little friends. Until I decided to take a little Maltese with me as a life partner and she remained by my side for 16 years, leaving me forever in December 2022. Since then many have contacted me to take care of their animals, and it is so that this new chapter of mine has begun: the void left by my life partner has given way to new furry friends. I have plenty of trainings in caring for people and children and a Master Degree in Psychology. Certainly not the same thing as taking care of an animal, but not so different! I have worked as a key worker for the past 6 years. I decided to stop and focus on me. For this reason I dedicate complete attention to your little friend based on his/her needs and his/her routine. ABOUT THE BOOKING: I need two weeks notice for more than 1night, couple of days for day care and once in contact I always schedule for a first meeting. The meeting is about 15/20 minutes outside or inside my flat if we both feel comfortable with. It is free, so no charge for it. Please be aware that there is NO OBLIGATION to accept your booking after the meeting. This is why the meeting was created for. I accept booking no more than 3/4 months in advance, no more than a week boarding (6 nights/7 days = I can make exception for small and very calm, relaxed dogs or dogs that have already stayed in my flat and don't require too much energy). Please remember that I take care of one pet at a time so you will have a better chance of having the days you are looking for if you confirm before the others. This is why the first meeting is important, it allows you to have priority. When create your dog's profile, remember to add photos and all the required information. As a sitter I also decide and need the information you share with me! If you have more than one pet Rover needs one separate profile for each one of them. Please be honest and clear about your dog HEALTH. I take no responsibility for your dog's health when you are on holiday if it is uncertain. Check with VET if diet is correct and that there is no risk of diarrhea or vomiting and is not constantly scratching or showing any signs of discomfort. The same goes for HYGIENE. Please make sure your dog is clean and free from fleas or ticks before the booking. I always request a text message with all the INFORMATION, contact details, routine and equipment list, information on food or medicines in case your pet spends one or more nights in my flat. I also offer daily PHOTOS and VIDEOS so that you can monitor the state of happiness of your pet away from you. Basically everything I would want if your animal were mine and we were in the reversed position. Let's face it, leaving your pet to someone can be stressful and I will do everything to make sure this doesn't happen! VERY IMPORTANT: Please be kind when you request a booking and during a meeting. I offer my home and my personal space that I share with another person. Is my home therefore I DO NOT TOLLERATE any rude, destructive, offensive behaviour. I also do not tolerate any inappropriate, noisy, intruding comments or questions about my personal life. Please be respectful because I will be respectful with you. Let's maintain a friendly and polite conversation. :) I am here to offer a service and there is no reason why I should feel uncomfortable in my own home. Unfortunately this has happened in the past and I wish it didn't happen again. ABOUT DOGS AND SIZES: What if you have two dogs? I can make an exception following this criteria for a House Sitting in mine: - if the dogs are from the same owner; - if they have training or good behaviour indoors and no problem with furniture and plants; - if they are calm and relaxed; - if they weight no more than 10kg; - if they are used to not too large spaces; - if the booking is no more than 1 nights; In your House? - if they are calm and relaxed; - Drop in visit only. Again, you need to have 2 profiles for each one of them. About large dog in mine: - If they are calm and relaxed; - if they are used to not too large space; - if they have training or good behaviour indoors and no problem with furniture, plants and people; - if they weight no more than 23kg even if the large dog in Rover is considered between 18-45kg. - if the booking is for a Day Care only. I am not offering House Sitting overnight in yours at the moment, Drop in visit only. For space and personal reasons I do not take care of the following breeds: - Pit Bull Terrier. - Japanese Tosa. - Dogo Argentino. - Fila Brasileiro. - Staffordshire Bull Terrier. - Rottweiler. - German Shepherd. ABOUT THE AREA: Mine is a small flat surrounded by greenery and parks in the Frenchay area. Snuff Mills is a 10 minute walk from here!

About: Hi, I'm Aaron and I'm pleased to offer dog sitting services.

Although I have none of my own, I've been fortunate to live with dogs and cats in a variety of situations and locations. I've also fostered cats for a local charity. I enjoy bonding with all kinds of animals and I've exercised horses and cared for ducks and chickens.

I've house/pet-sat for friends and strangers who've become friends. I have a terraced house in Staple Hill (BS16) with an enclosed high-fenced garden. I'm a few minutes walk from Page Park but also enjoy walks around nearby Overscourt Woods and (disused) Shortwood Golf Course and surrounding fields. I have a spacious estate car that can cater for muddy and excitable pups!

I work very flexibly from home and so whilst with me in the house your pet will have as much attention or calm as it needs.

Thank you for reading my profile! If you think I could be of assistance please get in touch any time.

 Kind regards,

Aaron I work very flexibly from home and so whilst with me in the house your pet will have as much attention or calm as it needs I have terraced house in BS16 with an enclosed high-fenced garden. I've house/pet-sat for friends and strangers who've become friends. I have a fully verified and reviewed profile on Trusted Housesitters which I'm happy to send you.

About: We love dogs! I grew up with over 7 dogs in my home as a child! We frequently look after friends’ dogs when they go on holiday and have experience of many different breeds. Once a dog is staying with us they are like family. We love cuddling up on the sofa (or in bed!). We like to have dogs around so have a dog bed in both our offices, and the kitchen so they can always be with us (if they want). My husband Rob and I work from home Monday to Friday. We would be able to take your dog out for 3 walks a day, and provide company to your pet all day long. We have a secure garden for your dog to play in, and live next door to the beautiful Frenchay common. We have a stone walled garden, that is totally secure and impossible to escape from. We will also give your pet the run of our home and choice of where to relax indoors.

About: I had two Shih Tzu’s growing up when I was growing up. As soon as I bought my house, I bought myself a Staffordshire bull terrier. She is called Lola. She is the friendliest dog in the world and would love some extra company. I’ve trained all the dogs to sit, stay and paw. I enjoy walking Lola for at least an hour a day as well! I’m currently working from home so I only really leave in the morning around 6 am to go to the gym and then I take Lola for a walk afterwards and at lunchtime. My job is very flexible. I have a fenced garden, which is very secure. I’m very good with energetic dogs and also the sleepier ones! I am dog mad and I will treat your fur baby like my own
