After losing our beloved Labrador at 13, we haven’t quite been ready to get another dog of our own, but we really miss having one around. That’s why we love the idea of caring for other people’s dogs and giving them the same love, attention, and fun we gave ours. We have experience with dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies to gentle seniors, so we understand that every dog has different needs, routines, and personalities. Liz works from home and is out walking every day anyway, so having a dog along makes it even more enjoyable. Dave is around in the evenings and at weekends and loves getting involved too so your dog will always have company, attention, and plenty of fuss. Whether it’s morning strolls, afternoon playtime, or cosy evening snuggles, caring for dogs fits naturally into our routine. It never feels like a chore just something we genuinely love doing. We’ll treat your dog like part of the family and make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while they’re with us.

Liz and Dave were fantastic. My boys couldn’t have been cared for better. Liz was great at keeping us up to date with photos. From which we could see that the boys were having an amazing time, lovely walks and loads of cuddles 🥰
Milo had a brilliant day with Liz, thank you! As a busy spaniel he can sometimes find it difficult to settle in new environments but here he clearly felt relaxed and at home.. Liz had taken everything on board about his little quirks (ball obsession being one) and Milo was a happy boy when picked up.. will def be using Liz again in future!
Very pleased with Liz and Dave looking after our dogs. They made their stay with them a happy experience. They took on board everything we said nothing was too much trouble for them went on lovely long walks every day and we received a lovely message photos and videos. We would strongly recommend them to anyone.
Liz was amazing again. Luna looked like she had such a good time. Liz always provides messages and photos giving updates on how she is doing. Would highly recommend
Remi has stayed with Liz for daycare several times and has had a great time! Liz is really friendly, communicative and makes sure all Remis needs are taken into account whilst being very patient with his puppy antics! Highly recommend.

Schedule
Your dog will be part of our everyday life, joining us in whatever we’re doing whether that’s daily walks, playtime throughout the day, or winding down with plenty of cuddles in the evening. We spend most of our time in our open-plan kitchen, so there’s always someone around and your dog will never feel alone whilst we are at home.

Whether we’re caring for pets in our own home or visiting them in yours, our goal is to make sure they feel safe, loved, and happy. We stick to your pup’s usual routine mealtimes, walks, play, and snuggles so they feel comfortable and cared for. In our home, pets get lots of attention, cosy spots to relax, and plenty of playtime. When we’re in your home, we make sure to keep everything consistent with how you do things, giving your dog the comfort of their own space while still getting lots of love and care. No matter where we are, we treat every pet like part of our family!
A typical day
We are happy to fit around a schedule that suits you and your dog to make them feel relaxed and at ease so we will go with your guidance unless you want us to go with our own schedule. We have a big open plan kitchen, a nice sized garden and live very close to open spaces.
