About: Dogs have always been a big part of our lives. Konnor, my partner, has grown up with dogs and has experience caring for them from an early age, giving him a good understanding of their needs, behaviour, and routines. We have also raised our own Toy Cockapoo, Ellie, since she was a 12-week-old puppy. She is now one year old, fully house trained, and a happy, well-socialised dog. Through raising Ellie, we've gained hands-on experience with puppy training, house training, feeding routines, exercise needs, and providing a safe and loving home environment. We understand that every dog is different, so we're happy to follow your dog's usual routine, including feeding times, walks, medication, crate use, and any specific requirements they may have. Our priority is making sure your dog feels comfortable, secure, and cared for while you're away. We will treat every dog as if they were our own, providing plenty of attention, affection, playtime, and a home-from-home experience. We both work full time but dog care fits really well into our usual routine as we work from home. We walk our dog Ellie first thing, lunch time (if not too hot!) and evening before bed. We offer a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home in Chepstow, with plenty of space for dogs to relax and feel at ease. We live in a three-bedroom house with a fully enclosed and secure garden, providing a safe area for outdoor play, toilet breaks, and supervised exercise. Our home is calm and child-free, allowing us to give visiting dogs lots of attention and care. We understand that every dog has different needs, so whether they enjoy playing, exploring, or simply curling up for a nap, we'll make sure they feel comfortable and settled. One of us is home seven days a week, meaning your dog will have plenty of companionship and will rarely be left alone during their stay.

About: I’ve had dogs of all sizes throughout my life and have plenty of experience caring for different breeds, personalities and routines. I’m confident with everything from smaller dogs to large and giant breeds, and I understand that every dog needs something slightly different to feel comfortable. I work from home and live in the countryside with plenty of indoor and outdoor space, which gives me the flexibility to provide dogs with lots of company, exercise and attention throughout their stay. I’m happy to follow your dog’s normal routine around feeding, walks, training and sleeping. Above everything, I want them to feel safe, settled and properly cared for while they’re away from you. I work fully remotely with a flexible schedule, so I’m home throughout the day and can provide regular toilet breaks, company and attention rather than dogs being left alone for long periods. I usually head out for a good walk at lunchtime or after work, with Clytha just a couple of minutes away. There are open areas to explore, places to paddle and plenty of space for a proper run around. I’m happy to include these walks at no additional cost where suitable for your dog. My weekends are always dog-friendly too, whether that’s a longer countryside walk, exploring somewhere new or visiting a dog-friendly café or pub. I’m happy to adapt plans around your dog’s age, energy levels and usual routine. I’m available for both daytime and overnight care, including weekends, and can be flexible with drop-off and collection times. Pick-up may also be possible depending on distance. My home is in a quiet countryside setting, accessed through a secure metal gate followed by around 1km of private driveway. There’s a large garden and plenty of space indoors, including quieter areas where dogs can relax or have their own space if they need some downtime. I do have my Great Dane, Blu, at home. He’s super friendly and used to having other dogs around, but I’m always happy to arrange a meet and greet before a first booking so your dog can meet both of us and get familiar with the environment before their stay. Dogs are very much part of the household here, so they’re welcome to get comfortable rather than being restricted to one area. Whether they prefer sleeping on the sofa, following me around the house or finding somewhere quiet to relax, I’ll make sure they have somewhere they feel settled - while of course following any rules you have at home. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages throughout their stay, so you know how they’re getting on and can relax knowing they’re happy and settled.

About: I am an insured, qualified, and first aid trained full-time dog walker - meaning you know you’ll get expert care from me! I am awaiting licensing from the council and expect my home based doggy day care to open in early October 🐾 each day includes love, rest, socialisation, and a 60 minute group walk exploring the Wye Valley! 🐶🩷 My walks involve: lots of enrichment walking around the woods and fields of the Wye Valley, safe and secure transportation without the use of a crate, a wash and towel dry when needed, and LOTS of love ❤️ For group walks - I walk up to 4 dogs (no more than that!) at a time in my group walks, twice a day 🩷 if you are interested in group walks please message first as these have lower rates that I can’t set on here automatically! I utilise strong tether attachments in the car to ensure that your dog is safe during transportation and have a cleanable seat cover so I can clean regularly. Dogs are only let off lead if safe to do so and consented to by the owners. Dogs are placed into groups depending on their size and play style to ensure maximum compatibility and safety. You can use my App to track our walkies, get pictures and videos, and even check if your dog has done a poop!!💩

About: I’m based in the Forest of Dean and love making the most of the beautiful local woodland and countryside for walks. I’m also fortunate to have dog-friendly fields directly opposite my home, which are ideal for exercise, play and enrichment. I genuinely love dogs and would care for yours with the same patience, kindness and attention I would give my own. I’ve grown up around dogs and have always had a natural affinity with them. I have hands-on experience with a wide range of breeds, sizes and temperaments, including Cocker Spaniels, Springer Spaniels, Labradors, Bullmastiffs and Cane Corsos. I’m therefore very comfortable and confident around large and giant breeds as well as smaller dogs. I’ve also had both male and female working Springer Spaniels, so I’m very familiar with energetic, intelligent dogs who need plenty of physical exercise, mental stimulation and attention. I understand that every dog has their own personality and needs, and I’m happy to follow their usual routine, whether that involves long woodland walks, playtime in the fields, feeding, enrichment, reinforcing their usual training or simply plenty of company and affection. I also have experience caring for dogs with ongoing health needs. One of my own Springer Spaniels experienced seizures and gastrointestinal problems, so I’m familiar with monitoring a dog’s wellbeing, following specific care routines and giving regular medication as directed. I understand how important consistency, observation and good communication with owners are when looking after a dog with additional needs. Above all, dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and I want owners to feel completely comfortable knowing their dog is being cared for by someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with them and will get to know their individual routine, personality and preferences. I currently work part-time, and I live with my retired mum, so there is usually someone at home all day to keep your dog company. I also occasionally care for my sister’s Bullmastiff cross while she works, so having another dog as part of our daily routine is very familiar to us. Living in the Forest of Dean means we’re surrounded by fantastic places to walk. There are dog-friendly fields directly opposite my home, as well as plenty of woodland trails and lakes and ponds nearby for dogs who enjoy a swim. I’m happy to adapt exercise to your dog’s usual routine, whether they prefer gentle walks, longer adventures or plenty of play and enrichment. I’ve previously trained my own working dogs, so if your dog is already familiar with dummies, retrieving or whistle commands, I’d be very happy to continue this with them too. I have a fully enclosed garden with direct access from our family kitchen-diner, where I spend most of my time when I’m at home. Dogs are welcome throughout the downstairs of the house and can settle wherever they feel most comfortable. I occasionally care for my sister’s Bullmastiff cross, who is an exceptionally gentle and sociable dog and is very accustomed to being around other dogs. Despite confident with her temperament, I would always make sure introductions are appropriate if they were to meet. I want dogs staying with me to feel as comfortable and settled as possible, so I’m happy to follow their normal feeding, walking, sleeping, medication and training routines. I’m also experienced with energetic and working breeds and understand the importance of both physical exercise and mental stimulation.
