“Tetiana was absolutely fab! We had a nightmare with our kennel booking and needed someone to watch our (rather large) dog at very short notice, and Tetiana came to the rescue. She provided us with frequent updates and photographs throughout our dog’s stay and made sure he got plenty exercise during the day too. She has a huge back garden and her own dog, who was a great play buddy for ours. Honestly, she’s brilliant and I’d recommend her to anyone, having already passed her details to other family members who may need her in future. Thanks Tetiana for all your help.”

“Lisa and her partner went above and beyond for our pup Darwin. Darwin was only 12.5 weeks at the time, and it was during a heatwave! Lisa and her partner went out of their way to buy a paddling pool and cooling mat for Darwin. Lisa provided 24hr care, and was very reassuring to my partner and I whilst caring for Darwin. Would definetly rebook!”

Her large garden was perfect for relaxing. Communication was excellent throughout the stay—highly recommend Kate for anyone looking for a loving home environment!”

“Natalie was absolutely lovely and we had total confidence in her from the outset. She came to meet Ted a few days before he stayed with her and took the trouble to get to know him She was always quick to respond, and kept us updated with photos throughout his stay. Ted clearly had a lovely time with her and even came home with some new toys! We highly recommend her.”

About: I have had and taken care of cats for as long as I can remember. They are definitely one of my favourites to take care of. I understand cats all have different kinds of personalities and needs! I have experience caring for cats of different personalities, including shy, independent, and playful cats. My responsibilities have included feeding, cleaning litter trays, providing fresh water, grooming, and spending time playing or giving attention when needed. I understand cat behaviour and always ensure they feel safe, calm, and comfortable in their environment.
About: Welcome! With nearly 4 years of professional dog care experience across Poland, Ukraine, and the UK, I’ve looked after dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities — from lively puppies to seniors and dogs with disabilities. My own rescue dog, who once struggled with anxiety after the war, taught me the importance of patience, trust, and understanding. Through training, cynology (earning medals), and studying pet psychology, I’ve learned how to adapt to each dog’s unique needs I’m calm and confident in any situation, and dogs naturally feel at ease around me. Whether it’s a playful run, an adventurous walk, or a quiet moment in the park, I make sure every pup feels safe, understood, and loved while you’re away Pet care fits perfectly into my flexible schedule alongside my studies. I dedicate focused, loving time daily, whether it’s training, walks, or just being present. I’m happy to spend quality time with your doggy/cat in your home, where they feel most comfortable and safe. I’m unable to take pets to my place, but I’ll make sure your pet gets plenty of love, attention, and care right in their own environment.

About: I’ve grown up with cats and I’ve had a few in the past. I’ve even been around whilst my cats have given birth! What an experience that was! SO cute! My house is calming, with no tiny humans or any animals running around, so they should feel comfortable and relaxed from the offset. They are free to explore every corner of the house. No where is off limits to them. My house is open plan and quiet, which should put them at ease straight away. They will be loved and cared for like they are my own and they can have as much affection as they’re comfortable with, whilst they get settled in! ☺️

About: Animals have always been an important part of my life, and I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs. I have experience caring for both cats and rabbits, including feeding, cleaning, administering basic care, and providing plenty of attention and enrichment. I also have experience looking after pets in their own homes, ensuring they feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I’m patient, dependable, and committed to following your pet’s routine as closely as possible. Whether your pet is energetic and playful, shy and reserved, or a senior who needs a gentler approach, I’ll make sure they receive the care and attention they deserve. I understand how important regular updates are, so I’ll always keep you informed with photos and messages for complete peace of mind. My goal is simple: to make your pet feel happy, secure, and loved while you’re away, so you can travel knowing they’re in safe hands.
About: I have 5 granddogs, 2 grandcats, 2 grandpigs, 2 goddogs and numerous canine and cat nephews and nieces (not blood of course, they are the furry kids of my friends). They’re family 😁 Usually only available between June and January as I live in Colombia January to May. However do feel free to ask, especially if the dates that you require are close to the limits. If I'm here I can adapt my schedule. I work remotely as a geeky historical writer, so can be pretty much anywhere and what can be better than doing that whilst making new furry friends. I treat them as family, except when the sharing of food is the question. I don’t share food, just like my English goddog, Percy, doesn’t share his bone. With regard to communication - the number listed is now obsolete - my new number is Colombian because I live in Colombia for six months each year - Unfortunately Rover does not have a Colombia option. So best to email me or communicate through Rover.

About: I never used to be a big fan of cats, thanks to my sister and her aggressive, grumpy old lady but since doing pet sitting with Trusted Housesitters I absolutely fell in love with them and now only want to do sits with cats. They’re just awesome. Still haven’t met a proper orange weirdo so I’m looking forward to that but I can honestly say that cats are my thing.

About: I regularly look after my sisters cat when she goes on holiday and look after my neighbours cat when they go away on the weekends, I love all animals and always have a bond with them

About: I have previously owned a cat with one of my best friends, and through this found my love for cats. I have experienced all it is to take care of a cat, including the dreaded litter tray. I absolutely love cats, and am sad that I no longer own one, so would love to offer my services to not only offer your cat the best care, but to fill my cup of cat love!

“Emily has been nothing but incredible during my recent trip away. Daily updates and photos on how Sybil was getting on were most welcome. I would reccomend anybody to use Emily, and will 100% be using Emily's services again!”

“We couldn’t be happier with Julie’s dog-sitting services! She took care of our two dogs for six consecutive days, dropping in to feed them, let them out for bathroom breaks, and making sure they were happy and comfortable. Every day, she sent us wonderful updates and adorable pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It’s clear she truly cares about the pets she looks after. Reliable, professional, and kind—Julie is fantastic, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter! 🐾😊”

“Abi was fabulous. She not only looked after our two cats over the new year holidays, but she gave them their meds, and left the house, cleaner than when she arrived…. We would recommend her time and time again, and although she is a bit dearer than others in the area, it is well worth the extra. Kind regards Simon and Carole Percival If any one would like to speak to us direct please message though Facebook.”

“Laura has had my dog a few times now, from overnight to pop in visits. I was very worried at due to never have left him with anyone other than family. Arlo now loves seeing Laura and I would highly highly recommend Laura as she is great with dogs. keeps you updated through the day with info and pictures etc! no reason to use anyone else going forward!”

About: I am open to discuss the price of longer bookings. I have dedicated a lot of time to educate myself on animal behaviour and training to make sure animals feel comfortable with me. I’m no expert but have first hand experience with a wide range of animal breeds. I’ve completed a lot of sits now with lots of happy customers. I’ve looked after big dogs, tiny dogs, birds, cats and even horses! Making me an excellent choice for your pet . <3 I have recently had a baby (currently 5 months old) so any overnight sits would have to consider him being with me! Currently on maternity leave until November but I have a part time job that is very flexible around my needs and schedule. I work 4 hours either very early in the morning or in the afternoon. Whilst looking after your pet in your home they will be taken on lots of enriching walks and lots of play time to keep them stimulated! An abundance of cwtches and hugs if they are comfortable with me!
“Wynne had an amazing first day with Lisa. She sent photos of him out on a walk, with a chew and playing with an interactive toy which he clearly loved. All communication was reassuring and Lisa responded promptly to questions. It was just so easy and she clearly knows a lot about German Shepherds and dog behaviours. We're booking him in with her again and it's a great relief to having such a great service available and a place where Wynne can go for a great day out and have fun.”

About: I’m a huge animal lover and have been caring for pets for as long as I can remember. I got my very first pet at the age of 10, and from that point on animals have always been a huge part of my life. I genuinely love getting to know each pet’s personality and making sure they feel safe, relaxed, and loved while in my care 🤍 I have experience with dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels, and I’m confident when it comes to reading behaviour and assessing situations on walks or around other dogs. I’m responsible, calm, and attentive, and I always prioritise a pet’s safety and wellbeing. I’m happy to stick to strict feeding routines, medication schedules, and any specific instructions provided by owners. I spent a full year dog sitting through TrustedHousesitters, caring for pets in their own homes and maintaining their routines while owners were away. I’ve also regularly looked after and walked dogs for friends and family. One close friend trusts me so much that she flies me out to Switzerland specifically to cat and dog sit for her. I believe playtime, enrichment, and affection are just as important as exercise. Whether that’s long walks, gentle companionship, mental stimulation, or cosy cuddles on the sofa, I tailor my care to each individual pet’s needs. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member, and I always go above and beyond to provide loving, reliable, and attentive care — treating every pet as if they were my own. Pet care fits naturally into my routine. I prioritise flexibility and reliability, making sure pets receive consistent care, attention, and companionship. I plan my schedule around feeding times, walks, play, and check-ins so pets can stick to their usual routine and feel settled and secure. I care for pets as if they were my own, always prioritising safety, calm, and routine. I closely follow owners’ instructions, keep environments secure, and respect each pet’s individual needs and boundaries. Whether in my home or yours, I ensure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well looked after at all times.

Because of this I only take one dog per time available. I love exercising exploring from the beach to the forests and so your pet will be offered plenty of beautiful walks in nature and im not sure who’ll will enjoy it more! About: I have been caring for dogs for most of my life, with family pets always being a constant presence as I grew up. Since joining Rover in 2024, I’ve looked after a wide range of dogs, alongside many years of experience caring for friends’ and family members’ pets, including overnight stays. I also have experience with cats, animal rescue, and voluntary wildlife and animal-handling work, which has given me a calm and confident approach with animals of all temperaments and needs. In addition, I have hands-on experience with dog and puppy training, having trained our own family dogs and regularly attended professional training sessions. I’m happy to support your dog with basic training and reinforcement during their stay, if that’s something you’d find helpful. I’m extremely passionate about animal care, especially dogs and cats, and pride myself on being reliable, attentive, and genuinely committed to each pet’s wellbeing. Your dog’s comfort, happiness, and safety will always come first with me! Pet care fits very naturally into my routine, as I have a flexible schedule and can work from home when needed. This allows me to provide full-time supervision, regular companionship, and plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m able to plan my day around a dog’s needs, including multiple walks, playtime, feeding routines, and lots of calm downtime. I truly enjoy having animals around and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and included as part of the household. I am currently also spending my time volunteering and helping with family. So I have plenty of time to dedicate to your furry pals!! I provide a calm, safe, and caring environment both in my home and when caring for pets in an owner’s home. We live rurally with a fenced garden, which offers plenty of space for secure outdoor play, training, and enrichment, with less risk of busy public interference. Our home is very private, with many secluded and safe walking routes nearby, as well as a large garden for exercise and stimulation. I also have dog crates available if they are needed for comfort or routine, although I don’t generally use them unless requested by the owner. We do have one cat, but she is an outdoor cat, is very used to dogs, and does not come inside. I always ensure pets are introduced carefully and that every animal in my care is safe and comfortable. Above all, I prioritise safety, routine, and treating every dog as if they were my own!

You need not be concerned if your pet is a little anxious around other animals or tiny people and I will always make them feel relaxed and comfortable. Please feel free to ask any questions just incase I haven’t covered everything on here! 🙋♀️ Whether you have one or multiple furry friends, as long as they all get along, I’m happy to have them whilst you enjoy your holiday/long weekend away/work trip. I’m very excited to meet your pets! 🫶 xoxo I am a professional in my job and I work full time however my rota means I have four days off every four days. On these four days, I have no other commitments so I will prioritise your pet from morning until night. Whether that’s playtime, walks, feeding or cleaning. They will have me all to themselves ☺️ I have a decent sized fenced garden with real grass and an open plan downstairs. I am happy for them to have free roam of the house or if you’d prefer, I can crate them at bed times as to not disrupt their routine you’ve set for them. My house is quiet and calming which should make them feel at home and relaxed from the offset ☺️
About: Hiya, I’m a 23 year old girl living away from home and missing her family fur baby, I’d love the chance to walk or sit with any pets as I’m missing mine. I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 14, raising a golden lab and German shepherd from puppies along with dog sitting for multiple family friends. I’ve dealt with all the puppy raptor teething and teenage years but I’ve also cared for my lab towards the end of his life, administering medications and carrying him upstairs so he can sleep in my bed or even bringing my mattress downstairs to sleep with him on the floor when he couldn’t make it up (as seen in pictures). I have lots of training experience as both dogs were rescued as strays and needed training, our German shepherd is a very nervous reactive boy who required some specialist training. My German shepherd is also hypoallergenic so I have an extensive knowledge about pet food ingredients and safety. I’ve also dog sat for multiple family friends where I got to take care of a gorgeous pitty and a golden doodle for multiple days taking them on regular walks, bonding with them, following feeding rules/schedules, and lots of belly scratches of course. I work hybrid so I am only away from home 2 days a week. I have a park less than a 2 minute walk from my front door that I love going to. I’m usually up for a run (or walk depending how lazy I’m feeling) in the morning then a walk on my lunch break and then out again after work. My weekends are full of fun hikes and adventures that I would love some company for. I have an enclosed flat with lots of space your fur baby to roam, I have a park around the corner from me for potty breaks and games of fetch. I am happy to crate your dog or have a cuddle buddy in my bed whichever you prefer I’m happy to accommodate accordingly on anything.

About: Animals have always been an important part of my life, and I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs. I understand how important regular updates are, so I’ll always keep you informed with photos and messages for complete peace of mind. My goal is simple: to make your pet feel happy, secure, and loved while you’re away, so you can travel knowing they’re in safe hands. I have a flexible work schedule, which allows me to adapt to your pet’s needs whenever possible. In your home, I’ll treat both your pet and your property with the utmost respect, following your instructions carefully and maintaining your pet’s normal routine. I’ll also provide regular updates and photos, so you can have peace of mind knowing your furry family member is in safe and caring hands.
About: Growing up we always had a dog who was a special family member. We had springer spaniels and labradors along with an epileptic white cat. I enjoy spending time with dogs, talking to them, grooming them or just playing. We wanted a family dog for years but as our jobs didn’t allow this in the past we were never able to commit as dogs need so much time, love and affection. My current job now allows me to have the time to spend with your dogs instead. I work from home with a flexible work environment that allows me to spend time with your furry friends. Being self employed I am not at the beck and call of a boss, this allows me to enjoy time with your dogs. We have a fenced off back garden where your dog can spend time safely and the house is also a comfortable and relaxing environment. Depending on your dogs needs, I can accommodate any specific requirements. I love spending time with your furry friends ensuring they feel comfortable in their home from home.
“Savannah has been amazing! She clearly loves dogs which is nice and has been super flexible and understanding of my nervousness leaving Alfie with someone I don’t know. Alfie really likes her and was really happy when she arrived for his walk today 🥰”

About: I’ve owned my Dalmatian for over 8 years, and caring for him has taught me the ins and outs of daily dog care — feeding routines, exercise needs, grooming, and lots of patience and love. While I haven’t worked professionally outside my own home, I bring genuine, hands-on experience and treat every dog like part of my family. I’m reliable, attentive, and always put your pet’s comfort and safety first. I personally handle all care myself — no one else assists with looking after your pet. I run my own business, which gives me a flexible schedule throughout the week. I’m generally available for walks, sitting, and boarding at most times of the day, and I’ll only take on a booking if I know I can give it my full attention. This flexibility means I can often accommodate last-minute requests as well as regular, recurring care. My partner and I share our home together, and we don’t currently have any pets of our own, so your dog would get our complete, undivided attention throughout their stay. While we don’t have a private garden, we’re just a minute’s walk from Sophia Gardens park, so your dog will get plenty of outdoor time, exercise, and fresh air every day. We keep a calm, clean, and comfortable environment, and we’re happy to follow any specific routines, feeding schedules, or house rules you have to make sure your dog feels safe and settled with us.

About: I've been pet and house sitting with my mum since I was a teen. I have experience training puppies, caring for kittens, pet sitting dogs of all ages and have great connections with cats and dogs alike! Couch potatoes or energetic toy chasers, all welcome with me!! I'm a recent University Graduate who's moved home and looking to hang out with some lovely pups. My routine is flexible depending on you and your dog's needs. I live my childhood home with a walled garden only 15 minutes away from Pontypool Park and 4 minutes away from woodlands. I also have experience pet sitting in other homes, always respectful and careful not to interfere with the home or the pet's routines.
About: 🔒Secure and safe gated play park walks 📸 Regular pup pictures and updates 🌲On lead forestry walks 👋🏻 Meet & greet before booking 💓 Cared for as if they were my own 🥰 Lots of hugs and cwtches I know how nerve wracking it can be to be without your pet and my aim is to make dog & owner’s experience as stress free as possible! Growing up we have always had dogs and I have taken on a lot of the walking/training responsibilities of both our animals and friends and families. I have lived with and looked after a variety of breeds and have experience with larger dogs too. Myself and my partner would love a dog of our own, but due to work commitments changing in the future I don’t want to commit to a dog of our own and not be able to meet its needs 100% of the time. So by offering services through rover I can fill that dog shaped hole in my heart and provide your pets with the love and attention they need when you are unable to x I am a freelance makeup artist and have a flexible schedule which will allow pet care to fit in to my routine easily and allows me to give them my full attention. I will be the primary caregiver to your pet. However when my partner Becky is not working, we will be caring for your pet together and both love going to long walks and adventures so your dog will get plenty of exercise and entertainment whilst in our care! Currently only offering pet sitting in their own home. It’s important to me that your pet is safe and comfortable in somewhere they know. I will ask all about their routine and how best they usually like to spend their days, so I can continue to make them happy and comfortable when you’re not there.

About: My partner, Rebecca and I have been caring for dogs and other pets for many years, and since joining Rover in 2024, we’ve loved being able to provide our support to even more pups in our local area! Together, we make a reliable, friendly, and hands‑on pet‑care team with experience across all ages, breeds, and personalities, from lively puppies who need structure and stimulation, to older dogs who appreciate a calm, gentle routine. We have both grown up with dogs, and friends and family have trusted us for years to walk, feed, bathe, and look after their pets. We bring that same level of care to every dog sitting or Rover booking. We work as a team to ensure every pet receives plenty of attention, affection, and consistency. Whether it’s long walks, fun playtime, following a detailed care plan, or offering a safe and cosy place to relax, we always treat every pet like part of our own family! With both of us caring for your pet, you get twice the support, twice the reassurance, and a truly personalised experience your pet will feel comfortable with from day one. We love getting to meet new dogs and we look forward to getting to know and cuddle yours! My partner and I both work in Monmouth, and our routine is really flexible, which makes fitting pet care into our day very easy. We can either work from home or bring your dog into our small family run and dog‑friendly office, where there are always people around, so your pup will get plenty of company and attention throughout the day. Because of our setup, we’re able to offer lots of walks and regular outdoor breaks, and we adjust our schedule around each pet’s needs. Flexibility is definitely one of our strengths whether your dog prefers a quiet day at home, a busier office environment, or a mix of both, we’re more than happy to make it work. Your dog won’t ever be short of company, stimulation, or affection! We do everything we can to make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and looked after at all times. Whether your dog stays with us at home or joins us in our dog‑friendly office in Monmouth, they’ll always have company and plenty of attention. We’re used to working around different routines, so we’re happy to follow whatever setup your dog is used to — feeding times, walking schedules, crate training, or quiet time. Our office has people around throughout the day, so your dog will never be left alone, and we’re able to take them out for regular walks and breaks. At home, we keep things calm and cosy, and make sure the environment is safe, tidy, and suited to each dog’s needs. We’re always mindful of doors, leads, gates, and anything that might be a risk, and we keep communication open so you know exactly how your dog is doing. Your pet’s wellbeing is always our priority, and we treat every dog as if they were our own!

About: I absolutely love dogs, and am passionate about learning more about dogs. I have owned dogs for over 8 years now, and dogs matter so much in my life. I have been very used to walking up to five dogs at a time, some off-lead but mostly on the lead, whilst providing training for recall and time for play. I have provided pet sitting for nearly all of my friends dogs, either in their home or my own, and my own dog Winnie has thrived from making so many friends. I have experience walking rescued dogs, who have experienced high levels of anxiety due to the mistreatment they have suffered. I am truly a dog lover, a nature lover, and am determined to always provide the best experience possible. I currently tutor in the evenings, so would like to fill as much of my weekday as possible with pet care. As long as your home has a WiFi connection, I am happy to do overnight stays during the week to offer more care to your pet. I will want to understand a lot about your dog’s personality, and work around that. I believe that every animal is different, and has different needs, so I want to make sure I provide the best service possible. I like to hold communication with you, as the owner, to make sure you’re always in the loop.

“Sol is fabulous, He is always calm with her and he accepted ear medicine from her without issue. He is settled with the other dogs she is also looking after. Every day she takes him out and kept him cool during the heat wave. Sol’s communication around bookings is excellent.”

“Marie was fantastic with our dog Luna. Met before our scheduled boarding to meet her and introduce her to the environment, which put Luna completely at ease. She was given lots of activity and attention and had a great week in a family setting. Would definitely use Marie again!”

“Reggie loved his stay with Oliver. Oliver was great with him and is clearly very knowledgeable, it was a heatwave when Reggie stayed with Oliver and he looked after him very well. “Roz was so wonderful looking after our dogs and kindly took them quite last minute. As soon as we arrived at her house they were so excited and completely forgot about us.
