“Arlo stayed with Nat, Chris and Coco for 11 nights while we went on our family holiday. The highlight of our days was receiving the photo / video updates, some amazing photos and they really made us smile and relax, and took away any worry that we had about leaving him and how he was getting on. Interestingly, now that he has just got home to us he is not following me around constantly as he has on other occasions, he’s not showing any signs of anxiety of us leaving his sight at all, and I think this is all down to the care and love he received from Nat, Chris and Coco, clearly felt very secure and comfortable with them whilst we were away. Completely removed the worry that we have about going away, and has made us much more open minded to going away in the future, will definitely plan for Arlo to stay with you again ?? I couldn't be happier with the service Sula provided. She managed to get our dog 'Gus' booked in at very short notice, after being let down by another unreliable sitter. Gus settled in really quickly and seemed to really enjoy spending time with Sula. Communication was amazing throughout, and Sula really took her time to understand everything about his routines etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Gus returned home very relaxed and happy...I think he would have stayed with Sula if we let him 😀 A** service!!
Sol is the best! Crumble absolutely loves her stays at Sol’s… Crumble can be anxious/unsure in new environments, especially overnight, so before finding Sol we’d always feel nervous about her staying somewhere. Since the first time crumble stayed at Sol’s we completely feel at ease… to the point where we actually look forward to dropping crumble off because she loves her stays at Sol’s so much! Sol is amazing with Crumble, patient and caring and takes her on lots of varied walks. Couldn't recommend her highly enough, you can be confident your dog will feel at home at Sol’s :)
Honestly one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met, Harlow had the best time ever, I am a veteran and Harlow is more than just a family pup, he helps me through so much and this would have been the first time leaving him, I was worried but from day one Sol put me at ease with constant updates, pictures and videos, Sol was so accommodating and so so good with Harlow, five start does not do her justice. If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
