About: We have been a family complete with dogs until May 2025. We miss the companion & I want to offer love & joy for other pets into our life's in our safe space of home. I have raised a larger Doberman & a springer in the last 20+ years. I have also been raised with other breads such as Golden Labrador, German shepherd, Staffies, Jack Russell’s & pugs. Each of our family pets attended puppy school & was crate trained. Both really good & gentle whilst supervised at all times around babies, children, adults & other dogs. Due to old age & health conditions meant we worked hard as a family to offer our pets the best loving health care in the home to meet their fitness needs & abilities keeping them stimulated & safe in all stages of life. When needed we sought guidance from professionals to ensure the best care & quality of life was provided to our fur babies. This allowed us to be in tune with our pets likes & dislikes, recall & training when off lead along with understanding other ways to appropriately stimulate love & nurture them. Away from the home we created many healthy experiences for them to mix with other pets & various breads, on beach & woodland adventures. Our home was a fun filled exciting space with varied pet characteristics which we miss. Days out exploring, garden water play, grooming & snuggles by the fire have brought much joy to our lives. This is what I offer for your pets when in our home, when under my supervision as the sole care person responsible for your pet when boarding with me. I work from home & can break to walk or step into the garden every 2hrs. The pets can be sat in my presence whilst working & can also be seen with free flow in & out of the property & garden in appropriate weather. I offer great flexibility in boarding 24/7. Last minute care & scheduled bookings are both welcome. I would be able to offer 3pets from the same home at any one time. I am flexible to offer both lead & if well trained with good recall off lead walks twice a day AM & PM. Our home is big & spacious with open living space onto a sundeck, a large front & rear garden fully enclosed for free play, stimulating controlled play, challenges & snoozing in the beautiful South west facing garden after long woodland walks in & around the Cotswold way. My previous springer spaniel was an anxious dog due to an early operation limiting puppy engagement. He required lots of carefully managed rehabilitation & gradual social interaction in his recovery. During this time I learnt to administer medication, implement training, stimulate & exercise him. All to suit his age, pace & needs to make an amazing full recovery to be a super fit & social friendly adult, much loved family pet. During this time we managed his recovery with crate rest & would be happy to provide this for other pets that also board at the home. I have one large crate at the property more would need to be provided. I offer free range of the upstairs living area of our property for the dogs to roam, explore & relax. We sleep down stairs & this area would be off limits to the boarding pets. If this is a preference for your pet when boarding with me, we would be able to discuss suitability. I have no children living in the home (just 3 adult dog lovers). I will be the primary carer for your pet during the board, but pets will be fussed by all. I have some family with children ages 9+ who are comfortable & good with dogs. On the occasional visit we would carefully supervise them around any boarding pets adapting to the pets needs.
“Thank you Lisa for looking after our special little boy Barkley it sounds like he had the most wonderful time and was a little sad to have to return. 100% recommend Lisa”

About: Hi! I'm Becky, I live in Dursley with my 8 year old Cockapoo, Dexter. I work from home Monday-Friday as a Technical Consultant & Dexter and I are more than happy to welcome doggy visitors for day-care or boarding where needed :) I live in a house with a good sized fully enclosed garden, dogs are allowed throughout the house & on both the sofas and bed! There are also lots of dog beds dotted around for comfort. I've lots of experience dog-sitting for family members, and have also fostered dogs for a local dog charity in the past. Dexter is very friendly and welcoming to any visitors! Dexter has separation anxiety, I am therefore home most, if not all of the day - so a typical day will usually be a quick walk in the morning, relax while I work, then a longer walk at lunch on my break, usually off-lead weather permitting - although I'm more than happy to keep any dog on-lead if necessary! Dogs will always be separated during breakfast & dinner times, and I usually keep any chews and toys tucked away out of sight to avoid any conflicts when visitors are staying :) I work full-time from home, therefore your dog will always be in company. We have a quick walk in the morning, followed by a longer walk off-lead for a good run around at lunch. I have a good sized fully enclosed garden your dog can sniff around! Dogs are allowed on both the sofas & bed in my home. They will be separated during feeding times to avoid any conflicts during dinner!
“Rachel was great with George. She sent photos and updates and was really understanding when I picked him up late in the evening due to a delayed flight. He was clearly very happy there 🐕🦺😁”

“Louise took great care of our puppy Seymour while we were away over the weekend. She sent us amazing video updates of his adventures. He got to play with other dogs and even swim in a stream. We will definitely book her again.”

“Thank you so much Coraley. I am so grateful for the care you provided for Jagger. It was such a relief knowing I was leaving her in such good hands. I would recommend to everyone.”

“Lisa was fantastic - everything from a prompt response to our enquiry, through a meet-up so our puppy could meet her, and her dog - to making him welcome and happy on his weekend stay. As we dropped him off, he happily bounced into Lisa's house - and was just as happy when we picked him up, having clearly had plenty of attention and enrichment over the weekend. Lisa kept us informed throughout with updates and photos. A very successful first stay away from home for him, so we will be back when we need care for him again!”

“Lovely lady, put me at ease straight away and I knew Teddy would be well cared for. Great communication and photos. We will see you hopefully next time we are in the area as Teddy would love to serenade you some more.😏”

“Phoebe was fantastic with my dog Ralph, he’s come back really happy and clearly well exercised! I also had car trouble which meant I was late to pick up, Phoebe was really accommodating and saved me big time! Would use again and highly recommend! :)”

“Thank you Kay and your lovely family including Monty, for making Ebi's stay so much fun! The regular photos, videos and updates put my mind at ease. I'm sure Ebi will be more than happy to stay again!”

“Tobias and Bruce took very good care of Dixie during her stay. We had a meet and greet a couple of weeks earlier to get to know each other. Tobias obviously cares very much about dogs and is a calm, confident host. Bruce is a lovely little chap, and very friendly. Dixie settled in very quickly, and it looked like she had formed a good bond with Tobias during the stay. Dixie came home very relaxed and I will be booking another stay for her soon.”

“Bethan and her husband have been absolutely fantastic with our dog. They helped out last minute when we were let down for someone to have our dog for our wedding. We were worried as our dog is quite nervous but he settled straight away and they sent videos & photos that were really reassuring during Rio’s stay! Would highly recommend and definitely trust them with my dog again”
