About: I create connections with all animals of all ages easily. I have pride in my relationship with animals and how much love I have for them. My family dog has been left in my own care since I was 14, taken care of multiple cats and used “borrow my doggy” multiple times in the past year. I am currently a part-time supervisor and attend university during term time. My hours are flexible as I work in hospitality and many of my lecturers are online. I have plenty of time to be with your furry friend, take them out and be company when you need. I live in a 5th floor flat with no garden, however easy access to areas to use the toilet. I live with one other person.

Annabel is such a lovely person and we were really satisfied when she looked after our dogs. We have 2 dachshunds who are lovely but can be picky and stubborn but they were very happy to be with Annabel and she let them make themselves at home. We had no issues at all and we would not hesitate to ask her to dog sit again in the future 😃.
Lucy had a great time with Tim - and Ester. Tim was quick to respond to communications, friendly in person, and kept us updated during Lucy’s stay. Lucy seemed super relaxed when we picked her up so can only assume she enjoyed her weekend away! Can definitely recommend Tim to look after a dog with great care.
Anna was a perfect sitter for our French bulldog. She was extremely flexible with drop off & collection and nothing was too much trouble. Anna always responded quickly and kept us updated throughout his stay and communication was excellent. We would 100% recommend Anna and will hopefully be using her again very soon.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
