About: My first pet was a cat when i was 7 and it lived 21 years. I have always loved pets and now have a 6 year old Tibetan Terrier who is great around other dogs. I work from home so am able to give your pet company and attention. My garden is completely walled in so your dog is able to go in and out as they please. I work from home and there is always someone in to keep your pet company. I walk my dog every lunchtime and evening down the strawberry line or in the fields so they are well exercised. I have a fairly large house with a walled garden and wooden floors downstairs. I also have a friendly 4yr Tibetan terrier for company. There are dog beds and a sofa with blankets on.

About: I’m not currently able to have a dog of my own full-time, so spending time with other people’s dogs is the next best thing! I’m completely dog obsessed and genuinely love getting to know each dog’s unique personality. My family’s much-loved chocolate Cockapoo, Ned, is 7 years old and has been a huge part of our lives since he was a puppy. Looking after him has given me experience with daily walks, playtime, feeding, cuddles, and making sure he feels happy and comfortable. I work from home for most of the week, so your dog will have plenty of company and attention throughout the day. I also have a spacious three-bedroom home with a large, secure enclosed garden where your dog can safely play, explore, and relax. I’d be more than happy to arrange a meet and greet before any booking, so you and your dog can get to know me and make sure I’m the right fit. I’ll also keep you updated with regular photos and messages, so you can see what your dog has been up to and have complete peace of mind while you’re away. If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
