6. Madeline M.
About: I’ve taken care of many different breeds of cats and dogs for a lot of my life. I have grown up with dogs in my household since I was a baby and have recently lost a dog of my own, so I think I would throughly enjoy working with any kind of dogs! I also have some experience in administering some medication to senior dogs. I work full-time in care so my schedule varies depending on the week, but my rotas are months in advance and flexible. I usually have quite a lot of time spare in the week but always work every other weekend so please let me know in advance if you would like any services from me then. Whilst in your home I will ensure that your house and your pets are completely secure and protected and will adhere to all household rules you have set. And if I am in doubt about anything I will not hesitate to contact you unless instructed otherwise.
7. James D.
“James would be a wonderful, responsible and caring pet caregiver. He has loved animals since he was a child, and got his first cat when he was 3yrs old and cared for him very sensitively and confidently when he got old and had medical issues. James has wanted to be a vet since he was 8yrs old and is now in University pursuing this dream. His passion for animals does not stop at the cute and cuddly, and he had a bearded dragon which he cared for and spent lots of time giving attention to. Since then he has got a Yorkshire Terrier who unfortunately has anxiety problems. James is very sensitive to her needs, and has a unique way of keeping her calm. James is a kind and responsible person, who has the ability to stay calm in even the most challenging situations. James also volunteered with St John Ambulance throughout his teenage years as a lead Cadet, which also gave him the experience of working with vulnerable people and providing sensitive care. This is further evidence of the kind and caring person James is. He would be a fantastic pet caregiver and would treat all animals as if they were his own.”

“Caroline has been walking and helping with my dogs for a while. She’s absolutely amazing with them. Very responsible, and understands how important they are to me. She’s made great strides in helping me train my nervous dog, which I’m so grateful for. My three dogs are always so excited to see her. And that’s the best feeling for me. Knowing they are loved and cared for, when I’m not around.”

About: I'm a pet lover and I've taken care of pets for friends and neighbours for over 40 years. I enjoy short & long walks, whichever is your pets preference. I'm currently working part-time so have plenty of time free to spend with your pet(s). I'm happy to go on beach, wood or park walks with your dog. I am trustworthy and reliable. I have a DBS certificate dated this year. I'm happy to undertake a variety of tasks if you're away overnight ie watering plants, moving post, putting out/bringing in bins.
13. Naomi D.
“Naomi has been walking my 2 dogs regularly for a while now, they are always happy when she comes to collect them which reassures me they are happy in her company. If I’m out when she brings them back she always makes sure that she refills their water bowls before leaving. Naomi being a vet nurse is also very useful as she alerted me to a problem with one of bells eyes which I hadn’t previously noticed. Happy to recommend her to anyone.”
14. Danielle W.
“Danielle looked after my German Shepherd for a week whilst I was away on holiday. I was worried about someone else looking after my dog as she has some behavioural problems. All I can say is that Danielle was great, she was calm with my dog, and nothing was too much for her. She even watered my plants! Danielle would send regular photos/videos and gave her oral medication. I will continue to use Danielle as my dog sitter because you can tell she genuinely loves dogs.”
15. Gemma C.

About: I have had dogs my whole life- currently my mum has 3 dogs (chihuahua, shih-tzu and Jack Russell), my aunt has 3 beagles, my grandad has a shih-tzu and my housemate has a border collie puppy- all of which I look after very regularly 🦮🐕🦺🐩🐕 I have been a paid dog-sitter for my aunts 3 beagles. This includes overnight stays, feeding, walking and entertaining. I also have experience fostering dogs for a local charity- this involved caring for the dogs in between them being rescued and being adopted. Again, this involved the usual dog duties! 😇 I am energetic and enjoy taking dogs out for walks 🚶♀️and also enjoy play time within the home🎾. I also enjoy having a cuddle with the dogs whilst relaxing 🧘♀️! I understand the importance of diet and exercise in a dogs life, as well as the love and nurture that they need 🥰🫶🏻. My days off are Saturday, Sunday and Monday. I work 9-5 Monday- Friday, with Friday often being a work from home day. This means I am very flexible with my availability to take care of your lovely dogs. Please give me a message if you are interested in my services at all as I will always try and fit a booking in! I can make pre-visits to a pets home before the service to build-up trust with your pet before them being alone with me. I respect and understand when they may feel anxious or nervous in the home or out walking, and will follow advice given in how to reassure and calm your pet.
