About: I have always had a soft spot for animals, and anytime family/friends needed help with their pets I was always the first to help. Meaning I have plenty of experience in different ages/ different breeds of dogs and cats. My partner who lives with me also has plenty of experience, in particular with medium/large breeds of dogs. We are open to all ages, sizes and breeds🙂 I will always go out of my way to make sure your pet is happy and well looked after whilst they are staying with us. That includes: nice long walks, loads of cuddles and maybe a sneaky treat🙈 Just drop me a message😀 I currently work for an agency, meaning I pick and choose my hours that I work. This means that I will be very flexible with my services and can do boarding every night of the week currently🙂 Moreover, with my free time it will mean I can ensure long walks and loads of loving and company for your pet. Your pet will never feel alone when they are with us and will always feel super loved! All animals are more than welcome anywhere in the house, my house is their home when they are staying with us❤️ I have a nice sized garden and live in a small village called never Stowey which is about a 5 minute walk away from the Quantock lakes which will ensure your dog lets out all there needed energy🙂

8. Kaitlin W.

“First time using Kaitlin’s services and she was just great with Levi. Excellent dog sitter, great communication and lots of updates. Levi was happy, settled and well cared for from the start and Kaitlin is really good with animals. She has a friendly and flexible approach. Would definitely recommend her.”

9. Pat J.
“Pat has such a calm demeanour that my dog was instantly relaxed with her. During the time that Pat looked after him, she sent me some photo updates, which put me at ease. My dog has several medical conditions, but this didn’t phase Pat and she was happy to take onboard all of my instructions for his care. Nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Pat to anyone reading this review and in need of a dog carer or walker.”

14. Emily G.
“Emily is brilliant at what she offers to those who want to provide their pet a safe, fun and loving time. She really loves what she does and my dogs adore her. I have two high energy dogs and Emily is always the first person I ask when it comes to pet sitting when I go away on holiday. I never have any doubt and feel great and stress-free knowing my dogs are so well taken care of whenever I travel. Emily is responsive, passionate and extremely reliable - Emily has a great bond with my dogs and has also helped me out on walks where I struggle with them both on my own. On top of all that, she is a caring and warm person who really enjoys and loves looking after animals. I would highly recommend her for any dog-sitting service you may require, my family thinks the world of her and my dogs absolutely love her.”

15. Tess J.
About: I am available for dog walking, dog sitting and visiting your house to check up on your pets if you are away on holiday (including cats.) Depending on your schedule I may also be available for house sitting if you are away on holiday. My skills include: dog walking, looking after dogs, cats, feeding horses, looking after chickens. I am experienced in terms of house sitting for animals and dog walking and have worked for another app online. I can provide attentive care, loving attention and walks in local parks. I am based in Somerset and can reach places around Somerset to meet you depending on the place - I can use bike or a bus. Regarding the type of walk your dog likes to take we can discuss routes, games and whether you can take your dog off a lead etc and I am flexible regarding my hours so we can discuss how long your dog would need to go walking. If your dog needs to take medications etc. I am willing to learn about the skills required for this. I have experience with looking after cats and at the moment in London I live with a rescued cat owned by my housemate. I am passionate about animals and believe that they deserve to be treated kindly with respect and love and have volunteered at an orangutan rehabilitation centre in Indonesia (Orangutan Foundation International) and for a wildlife charity called Profauna. I have done animal sitting in Australia which involved looking after one dog, two horses, five chickens and three guinea fowl for one month and for four months on a separate occasion I looked after the same animals on a Wwoofing style arrangement - I walked the dog most days. In Galway in Ireland, I was invited to live with a friend for a few months in her spare room and I looked after her dogs, taking them for walks everyday which included two dogs and their five puppies. I was also asked by this friend to animal-sit her dogs while she went on holiday to America for two weeks. She also had two cats and I would feed and give attention to the cats as well. In Australia, a friend of a friend asked me to dog-sit for the weekend which included dog walking. In the past I have owned a kelpie dog on an island in West Papua which was inundated with stray dogs and so I often tried to feed the other strays. I still think of her, love her and cherish my memories - I understand that a dog is a family member and that strong bonds can be formed and the importance of treating animals with love and respect. My family have always kept dogs and cats - when I was a young child we had a dog called Sally and cats called Sophie and Bridget and more recently my mother adopted a dog from a rescue centre called Penny who I used to walk everyday when I lived at my parent's home.

16. Lucy P.

“We are so pleased we have found Lucy. She is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely caring. Lucy asked very detailed questions before looking after our two girls for the first time, some that I hadn’t even thought of and we’ve had dogs for years. We came home to find them happy and chilled. Thank you Lucy, we will definitely asking you to care for our ladies again.”

17. Lily S.
“Lily regularly will take my 2 dogs for a walk while I am at work, she takes them for short and long walks depending on how the dogs are feeling”

18. Claire C.
“Claire has lots of years experiencing having two dogs of her own which are part of the family. Claire is responsible and caring and I trust her with my pets. If you need someone to look after your pet, you could not find anyone better than her!”

19. Emma C.
“Emma has looked after our pets on several occasions and they have been cared for very well. She is trustworthy and reliable and would highly recommend.”

20. Charlotte S.
“We had charlotte come to pet sit for us to look after our 9 month old Labrador in September ‘23. This was a 2 week sit when we were on holiday. No small task with a boisterous but obviously fun grown up puppy. We can wholeheartedly say Charlotte did a great job looking after the dog and the house - she took the dog duties seriously and we came home to a very tidy home and a relaxed puppy! We got regular updates and photos and couldn’t recommend her services more.”
