About: My family have always had dogs whilst I was growing up, that I helped take care of. I now have a dog of my own and she is my best friend. I enjoy caring for her like she is my baby and extend my love and care for my animals to every animal I am always committed to providing the best care as shown through my 2 babies and I always have time to extend that care to any other animal. I have a fenced in garden with a very friendly and playful dog who will keep your pets company (if they’re also dog friendly).

Max had an amazing time with Macy and family while we were away for a week. We are always a bit anxious of leaving Max with someone new. Our worries were soon gone as soon as we met Macy. We had plenty of communication every day, twice a day with videos and photos. It’s clear that Macy has so much love and care for Max. We have had quite a few people look after Max in the past but Macy was by far the best. I just hope Macy is available every time we need her in the future. Macy you are great at what you do. I'm so pleased I choose Sharon to look after Molly for 3 nights. She kept me updated with pictures which was really nice . It was our first time leaving our dog with strangers, so the updates really helped :) I wouldn't hesitate to book her again in the future, she really loves dogs.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
