We received daily photos & videos of him out walking, playing & having cuddles with Rob’s young children and would absolutely book them to have Hugo for every trip we go on! Would really recommend!”

He kept in touch with me every single day with updates and photos, which made such a difference — I always felt completely reassured that Dylan was happy and settled. When Dylan came home he was super relaxed, calm, and clearly very comfortable in Zack’s care. It genuinely felt like he’d had a proper home‑away‑from‑home experience. Dylan has quite a few quirks and can be a very strong dog who gets nervous in new situations, but Zack handled everything with real experience and confidence. He understood Dylan’s personality straight away and gave him the patience, structure, and calm environment he needs. It’s not easy to find someone who can manage a dog like Dylan so well, and I’m incredibly grateful. We can’t wait to book with Zack again — highly recommended.”

The dogs took an instant like to her, and she to them, so we then settled the pair of hounds would spend a night with them... The dogs were very well looked after. “Andre was amazing - welcoming when we first went to see his place with Loki, tolerant when we were held up on collection, and warm throughout. Loki had an amazing time despite it being the record heatwave - the first time he’s looked a little disappointed to be coming back home. Andre’s garden is vast and beautifully set away from the beaten track so there’s room for the dogs to run and breathe. Andre even made a makeshift pool to help Loki cool in the summer sun. Would highly recommend and have already rebooked!”

“Sasha and her partner were absolutely brilliant with Rico. We arranged a quick meet and greet prior to our first boarding and you could tell the love dogs and they will treat them as their own. During the stay we received many photos and updates, and Rico was a happy doggo at the end of the stay. They were very accommodating on all of our requests and we felt Rico is going to be very safe with them! Will certainly leave Rico again with Sasha!!!”
