“Mari was fantastic from my very first enquiry. She was quick to respond, arranged a great pre visit to ensure the dogs would be compatible, which went really well. I knew my dog would be well looked after and one of the family. She sent me wonderful daily updates of how he settled in and what they had been up to, as well as lovely photos. “My first time using rover and Helen was absolutely fantastic ! You can tell her and her family really love dogs she made my dog Izzy very comfortable and the transition was amazing! I had regular updates and she cared for Izzy as if she was her own dog took her out for walks and even allowed her to have the same routine with sleeping so that Izzy was comfortable. Hildy was more than well looked after in a very accommodating and loving family setting and spent the entire day following her stay sleeping completely knackered. Hildy is a high energy breed and Claire and family clearly handled her very well and went above and beyond for her care especially as it was a short notice booking.
