About: I have grown up with two Labrador girls (one is age 7 and one is 10), helping to train them when they were puppies, feed them, give the older one her medication, and walk them both daily. Having grown up in a leafy village, I love to be outdoors, and enjoy walking or running in the Cardiff parks while at university. I would absolutely love to take a dog with me, and can adjust the walk length/level of activity (e.g playing fetch, walking vs running) accordingly. I live with four other dog lovers, and any dog would receive a very warm welcome to the house! We have informally dog sat for friends (shown in photos of us in our kitchen), which has worked really well, and it was lovely to give them lots of love and attention! I am currently on placement from Monday-Thursday, but am free on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for dog walking. Dog sitting availability will vary depending on the week. A typical day would include some walks/runs in the park (1-3 per day), some time at home (working, cooking, relaxing), and maybe a trip to a cafe/pub (all flexible). We sometimes go for small day trips as a house, e.g. Barry, Penarth, Brecon Beacons hikes, Dunraven Bay. I live a 10 minute walk from a park which has lovely paths and fields for walks/runs. (The connected fields have lots of space, great for playing and running off the lead). It is a five person house (including me) where we are all dog lovers. It has a cosy living room with a sofa, a kitchen, dining room and a small fenced garden (little patio, and shrubbery/grassy area) where dogs would have easy, frequent access in and out. Would be happy to set up a dog basket/crate in any of the above rooms.
About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, I work from home, so can easily accommodate. I live near some lovely parks, happy to pop out for walks or toilet breaks. Very easily fit into my schedule as I work from home during the day so can easily accommodate. Happy to collect & hang out during the day! I have a fenced garden & large park across the road, happy to take out for walks or toilet breaks, feeding etc is not a problem

About: I’ve been a borrow my doggy member since 2018, and have pet sat for dogs, cats, rabbits through word of mouth also! I also have great recommendations from trusted pet owners I’m currently working part-time and I have lots of flexibility. I’m used to walking, using public transport and cycling and I’m able to adjust quickly to short notice bookings. I love being active and having variety and my main other routine activity is CrossFit which is very flexible! I’ve house sat multiple times before and am used to using key safes, and collecting house keys where needed. I am diligent and conscientious and very safety aware for pets and myself. I make sure to follow owner instructions, and double check things like windows and doors being locked.
About: I’ve always loved having a dog of my own and have been caring for and teaching my pets tricks since I was young. Now that I’m living in Cardiff while my pets are at home, I’d love to give that same love and attention to other people’s pets. About: Absolutely love looking after people's pets & each pet has it's very own personality. About: I’m currently a fourth-year university student, so my schedule is fairly flexible. I’m available on weekends and have plenty of availability on weekdays, depending on my university timetable. I’ll always make sure I have enough time to give your cat the care, attention and company they need. I currently own a betta fish who I adore! His name is Rango. I love horses and have been around them since I was young. As soon as we arrived, I immediately felt like our dog Bertie was in safe hands. Bethan seemed like a calm and very capable dogsitter, even having a spare bed and water bowl for Bertie to make up for my last-minute chaos. We were sent texts and photos to reassure us how he was getting on. An excellent sitter.
Samantha was great with my 7 month old Welsh Sheepdog puppy, Dafydd! She made me feel really reassured taking a short break abroad and my first time leaving him. Samantha gave update pics and put my mind at ease for the duration of Daf’s stay. As a puppy, he can be hard work at times but Samantha was super patient and understanding with him, would definitely ask Samantha to look after Daf in the future! Thank you again! :-)
Melanie is by far the best sitter I have used since discovering this app. Her love and knowledge for dogs is clear. I have never left my dog Kyro with anyone except family before now because he is reactive to other animals after past trauma. As soon as we dropped him off with Samantha he immediately started exploring and was very excited to meet someone new. Samantha immediately went over his routines and schedules with us. By the time we were leaving Kyro had already explored the whole house and garden. We were send photos and update the whole time he was there and he had a great time with Samantha. I will absolutely be booking again in the future knowing that there is somewhere safe I can leave him without worrying about him will now give me more opportunities to go out and do things because I'm usually restricted because of being unable to take him with us because of how he is with other animals. I can't thank Samantha enough for taking such great care of him and treating him life her own pet for the duration of his stay.

Great sitter! Sucheta made sure my cockapoo Bodhi got to know her a bit through a meet and greet first which was great and then kept her for a night and day. Suchetta and her family helped Bodhi settle in quickly and sent me photos and updates, checking any issues that arose. Would be happy to have Sucheta again to look after Bodhi, she did a fab job!
Natalia is the 3rd sitter for our cat and definitely the last one. From the very first meeting, you can immediately tell that she has a huge heart for animals, especially cats. She adapted her apartment specifically for the time she would be looking after our Filla, so that she would feel very comfortable and not get stressed. Our cat quickly got used to Natalia and they spent a lot of time playing together. We regularly received photos and videos, thanks to which we knew that our kitty was in great hands. Lauryn has been absolutely amazing with Benji and us for that matter as she really put us at ease while we were away with lots of pupdates and adventure pics. Lauryn’s dog clover and Benji got on so well, she’s such a sweet thing so I also had no worries there! It’s really been a home from home for our Benj (even better i think!) with the variation of walks and adventures and also the company of Clover. Nothing was too much for Lauryn she was so accommodating and easy going, I really think Benji also has the holiday blues, but we really hope to see Lauryn and Clover again. Thankyou so much :)

We would definitely recommend Brianna. Our dog Freyja had the best weekend. Before our booking we met up with Brianna and knew straight away that Freyja was in safe hands. We were kept updated with messages and photos throughout the weekend and could see that Freyja's needs were met all the way (from being allowed to sleep on the bed to having long and exciting walks in the park). We left Peachy with Ffion and Oli for almost two weeks, and she had the best time ever! Communication was amazing throughout; we received daily updates and photos, and it was very clear that Peach had completely forgotten about us 😅. When it was time to say goodbye, Peachy was genuinely upset to see them leave, which says everything about how loved and cared for she was. We would wholeheartedly recommend Ffion and Oli to anyone looking for the perfect pup auntie-and-uncle duo, and we’d be more than happy to leave Peach with them again in the future. Judging by how much fun she had, we may need to start arranging quarterly catch-ups! 🤍 x
I couldn't be happier with Yingfei! Our original sitter told us she could no longer have our dog after we’d already left the country. In a very stressful situation, she came to the rescue and picked our dog up from the other sitter within hours. She sent photos and videos of our boy being treated like royalty by her and her family. We also had a delay getting home and she was so accommodating. I would absolutely recommend her and we will be happy to book again. I would truly give more starts if I could.
