About: I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life and have over 15 years of caring for them. I’ve looked after dogs for friends, family & through BorrowMyDoggy in London. I work from home full-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility to care for dogs throughout the day. Pet care fits naturally into my routine as I’m a very active person. Regular walks, toilet breaks and exercise are already a part of my day! I live in a clean, secure flat and don’t have any pets of my own so your dog will have my full attention. While I don’t have a garden, I’m happy to provide as many toilet breaks, walks & outdoor adventures your dog needs. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your baby with someone else, and I will always treat them with the same care & attention I’d want for my dog (Rosie!).

About: I am a lifelong dog lover and owner with experience caring for friends’ and family’s dogs over many years. I offer a calm, safe home environment for small dogs, with a large secure garden and plenty of attention throughout the day. Unlike larger boarding facilities, I only accept one or two dogs at a time, ensuring every dog receives individual care and a relaxed stay. I welcome small breeds such as French Bulldogs, Jack Russells, Dachshunds, Cavaliers, Pugs and similar-sized dogs. I always arrange a meet-and-greet before boarding to make sure both owners and dogs feel comfortable. I work flexibly and my partner and I are usually at home, so guest dogs receive plenty of attention throughout the day. I only accept a small number of dogs at a time and can often accommodate weekend, holiday and occasional weekday bookings. My aim is to provide a relaxed home-from-home environment where dogs feel safe, comfortable and part of the family. Your dog’s safety and wellbeing are my top priorities. I have a large, fully fenced and secure garden with no direct street access, giving dogs plenty of space to play safely. I only board one or two small dogs at a time, allowing me to provide individual care and attention. Dogs have access to comfortable indoor living areas and can follow their usual routines as closely as possible. Meet-and-greets are encouraged before booking to ensure everyone is happy and comfortable.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, I work from home, so can easily accommodate. I live near some lovely parks, happy to pop out for walks or toilet breaks. Very easily fit into my schedule as I work from home during the day so can easily accommodate. Happy to collect & hang out during the day! I have a fenced garden & large park across the road, happy to take out for walks or toilet breaks, feeding etc is not a problem

Sophie looked after Ted and his sister at quite short notice. Sophie was fab in all aspects of the planning and visit and we will definitely use her again. We were keen to arrange a visit before their stay and Sophie was able to accommodate this. Sophie was lovely with us and the dogs and listened and was eager for info to make the stay go as well as possible. This is the second time we have left Poppy with Joanna. She was looked after very well. Joanna communicated brilliantly with lots of photos and details about what Poppy had been doing each day. I could see that Poppy was very relaxed and happy and the places she was walked in looked lovely. Khalid looked after my 2 mini dachshunds Dotty & Pippa for 11 nights and he was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish…I don’t have enough good words to say! He was so accommodating and flexible with everything and made the whole process so easy for us. Our girls had the best stay with him and his dachshund, they got lots of cuddles, walks and treats and we got lovely daily updates from Khalid! Had a fantastic experience with Hazel looking after our dog, Lily. Communication was clear and concise whilst being friendly. We enjoyed seeing photos and videos of Lily being fed, walked and relaxing while we attended an event in Cardiff - Hazel even went out of her way to send them over WhatsApp as we had trouble viewing on Rover due to poor signal. Hannah looked after our spaniel, Pippa, for the weekend and was absolutely fantastic. Pippa settled in straight away and was clearly spoiled with love and attention! Hannah kept us updated with lots of photos and really went above and beyond, arranging plenty of activities, long walks, and even social time with other spaniels. Brilliant experience leaving frankie with sevval. Very regular updates with photos. Frankie has to take a tablet daily and can be very anxious on walks and this was handled very well. I would absolutely be happy to leave him with her again and would recommend her to anyone.
Zhan looked after Sissie and Otto wonderfully. They are two big dogs with big personalities and he coped very well with their needs including giving them medication. We had daily videos of them enjoying their walks in beautiful Bute park and would be very happy to have Zhan look after them again
Chloe and Daf were fantastic and took such good care of Ralphie. We knew he was in good hands when we got a photo of Ralphie having some cuddles within minutes of dropping him off. Communication was brilliant, with plenty of photo updates, and we could tell that Ralphie was being looked after as if he were their own. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
