“Catherine was very responsive, replying to our enquiry within 5 minutes. As a last minute arrangement (we’d been let down by pre-arranged sitters) we were concerned that we wouldn’t be accepted anywhere as we couldn’t do a ‘meet and greet’ but there was no need to worry, Catherine was very happy to accommodate and very welcoming when we dropped Harry off. She was very reassuring, which put as at ease as we’d never left him with a stranger for the night and had no idea how he’d settle. She regularly updated us with pictures and messages and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her. Shame we don’t live in the same county…but next time we’re in Dorset and in need of a pet sitter we know who to call! It was our first time leaving Reggie with someone who wasn't family so we were quite apprehensive but Vanessa instantly made us feel at ease. She kept in regular contact with us with pictures and messages of Reggie's days out , taking him on loads of different walks and trips. “Allana was superb. We felt very confident leaving our dog with her and she proved to be a very kind and caring. We had a pre visit meeting and were instantly at ease and felt very comfortable leaving him in her care. Videos, photos and regular updates were given and it was clear he was very well cared for and had a fun time. Would very much recommend Allana to anyone who needs their pet caring for. I work from home so your dog will always have company. My dog and I usually go out for two walks a day but am happy to fit around your usual schedule.
