About: I’ve been around dogs most of my life. I have experience with mainly Retrievers but also terriers, Frenchies and Spaniels. ​Raising my own dog: I’ve raised my 5-year-old Labrador, Giles, from a puppy, so I'm well-used to the daily routines of caring for a dog. ​Years of pet-sitting: I regularly look after, walk, and care for dogs belonging to family and friends, so I'm comfortable with different breeds and personalities. ​Adaptable care: I’m great at keeping to your dog's routines, adjusting walks for the weather, and managing separate feeding times. ​I work four days a week, mostly from home or doing half-days in the office. However, my work is incredibly flexible, so if you have a dog that needs someone around all day, I can easily adapt my schedule to stay at home with them full-time. Giles and I go for at least one good walk a day, which I always adjust for the weather, opting for early mornings or late evenings when it's hot. In my home, safety and comfort are my top priorities. When a guest dog arrives, I do a gradual, calm introduction with my Labrador, Giles, to ensure both dogs feel relaxed and happy together. Because my home is highly adaptable, I can easily create separate zones using crates or different rooms if a dog needs their own quiet space to rest. I also always feed dogs completely separately, as Giles will absolutely try to eat their food if given the chance! ​Please note that I am on the first floor, and while I have a lovely terrace, it does have gaps in the railings and is not a fully enclosed garden space. Because of this, guest dogs are always fully supervised whenever they are out there. When a dog first arrives, I take them out onto the terrace and use their usual command word for a wee to let them know that is where they can do their business. Ideally, the routine is that they go out there to do their business and then come straight back inside. ​I am also very mindful of the weather, adjusting our daily walks to early mornings or late evenings when it is hot to protect their paws from the pavement. I treat every pet as if they were my own, following the owner's exact routines. I have puppy cameras set up throughout the home for extra safety, which means I can also share funny videos and cute moments captured on camera during the day alongside my regular photo and text updates.

About: We are a family of 5 who are not quite ready for pet ownership ourselves but for now would like to welcome and enjoy having some furry friends in our home. My youngest daughter in particular is absolutely dog obsessed and would love an opportunity to walk, feed, play, cuddle and look after a dog. All of our children are gentle, caring and used to looking after family pets. We are located within Bradford on Avon and have access to great walking routes on our doorstep. We don’t have any dogs or cats in our home but we do have a very chill tortoise who very much keeps to themself. We only ever accept 1 pet at a time so we can ensure you dog is our priority and we try our best to keep their familiar routines. I currently work from home and have the capacity to take a dog for regular toilet breaks, walks and give it the attention it needs. Apart from the school run, there is essentially someone at home at all times. We have a detached house (bungalow) with a full fenced garden with grass. Our home is safe and welcoming. We have lots of fantastic places near our home to take a dog for walk. We have 3 kind and caring daughters who are used to looking after family pets. They are calm and relaxed but happy to play with your pet when needed.

About: Hello! I’m a lifelong dog lover with plenty of experience caring for furry friends. I grew up with family pets and now regularly look after my boyfriend’s mum’s adorable sausage dog. I’m passionate about staying active, walking 10,000 to 15,000 steps daily so having a dog buddy on my walks would be a delight! I promise lots of love, attention and fun for your pup! I work casual in retail and casual on social media. My weeks vary but it’s normally 2 days at a local clothing store and 3 days at home. My weekends are free unless I’m going away. My flat is on the 1st floor, it’s very spacious. I live next to a large park and golf course. My flat is very warm, clean and great for playing with dogs.

My own dog is already part of my daily life, so walks, feeding, play, and attention are naturally built into my schedule. Overall, pet care is a very natural part of my routine, and I make sure each dog feels calm, comfortable, and included in the day to day rhythm of the home. In my home, pets are treated like part of the family. I make sure they feel safe, relaxed, and settled from the moment they arrive. I follow their usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding times, walks, and any specific instructions from their owner. While they may be left alone briefly at times, it is never for long periods, and I always ensure they are comfortable and settled before leaving them.

“This is the first time I have used Anna and tbh I was a little nervous as we all are with a new ‘carer’ of our 4 legged babies, there was no need !! Anna was absolutely brilliant, she kept me informed of how Flossie was settling in , sent photos and videos of their daily adventures, asked me questions when necessary regarding Flossie’s diet and what treats Anna could give Flossie ie carrots. Anna certainly kept Flossie entertained. I discussed with her previously regarding Flossie’s recall, Anna sent me videos of Flossie and some training that can improve her recall, what a star, we will definitely be using Anna again .”
