“Over the moon to have found Deanne, she has taken excellent care of Kevin again, he’s taken for lovely walks, given a lot of love, attention and cuddles (as guaranteed!), and is very much at home, happy and relaxed when I come to collect him. His medication is administered, walks/exercise are adapted to his needs and I’m provided with regular updates and photos whilst I’m away. Really positive experience all round and I know Kevin will be very excited to stay again!”

She let us make sure Winnie was settled before we left her and when our flight was delayed over 3 hours getting home, she was accommodating with that too! “Rebecca and James are both so lovely! They were incredibly helpful and kept us updated throughout, which was really reassuring as this was my first time leaving Yuki with other people. They got on really well with Yuki and handled her very well, which was especially reassuring as I was worried she might be difficult to handle. Communication was great, with clear updates and quick replies. They were also very understanding and accommodating when we were delayed with the pick-up. “Bear had a lovely time staying with Sophie on her farm with her two dogs and the beautiful alpacas! She was responsive and sent lots of photos whilst I was away. It was my first time in a while leaving Bear with someone new, so I was nervous. But Sophie was great at calming my nerves and she took great care of Bear for me. He can be fussy with his eating, but she was happy to make adjustments for Bear as he needed them and was super flexible. I will definitely be asking Sophie to look after Bear again! 🐻 🖤”
