“Victoria was great, she dropped in to feed our dog & cat, & walk our dog, whilst we were away for a couple of days. She was very caring, & sent us updates & pictures each time she visited. She also helped us by filling in with an extra visit as we were going to late returning.”

“It was a pleasure to meet Emily, who came for a meet and greet ahead of the drop-in visits. Emily provided me with just the right amount of feedback whilst I was away, a couple of photos, a comment on my cat's general well-being and her behaviour on arrival, and confirmation on various matters which we had discussed beforehand eg when to give medication for arthritis, arrangements regarding the key. I would definitely book Emily again.”
“I can’t recommend Katie highly enough. Going away and leaving Rafa has always caused me great anxiety . Having the daily updates and photos and knowing that Rafa was being looked after so well has been brilliant. I will have no hesitation in booking Katie again.”

“Thanks Khaley for looking after our cat while we were away on holiday. It was great to see pictures of him while we were away, and it was really reassuring to get your detailed Rover Cards every day! Really good communication before and during our holiday too. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks!”

“Amber was an absolutely wonderful cat sitter. She was very communicative and accommodating throughout. Our cat was quite stressed in our new house, and even though we only booked 30-minute visits, she stayed much longer to make sure he was calm and settled. She also helped with a few things we meant to take care of before leaving but forgot, which was a huge help. She kept everything tidy and cleaned up after the cat, so the house was in great shape when we came home. Truly went above and beyond. A fantastic sitter we’d happily recommend.”

“We were so delighted to meet Alice.....a really lovely kind and very reliable lady , terrific communication, who is very used to cats and dogs. Titch took to her immediately and we'll be very happy to work with her again. It was all rather 'last minute' as we had been let down by someone....but it worked out brilliantly!”
About: Ever since I was kid I've always been around animals at home. I've had all sorts of animals - dogs, cats, chickens, ferrets. You name it, I probably had them at some point in my life. I love all animals, but dogs in particular. We used to foster dogs so I've had many types of dogs with different personalities and struggles. To name a few, I've had a staffy-mix, greyhound and 5 mixed-breed puppies, so they've always been a part of my life. I'm currently self employed and work from home so your dog will always have company. My schedule is very flexible so I will be available whenever you need, as long as I have a bit of notice :) I have a fenced garden and 1 big lovable Bloodhound who loves to play with other dogs (your dog will need to be dog friendly if I'm boarding). In the summer months, I can either walk early in the morning, late at night or both depending on your dogs needs. I will always walk with a lead for safety reasons.

“Calente is great. Really calm and gentle which has enabled Charlie to feel extremely relaxed on her first visit - so important for a nervous rescue ❤️. She has a lovely energy, great communication and we have already booked in a couple more visits to continue to build on what is looking to be a very beautiful relationship with Charlie🙏”

“Thank you again Ash, all our animals were well looked after and were happy for the company, Ash updated us throughout the process to make it simple and put our mind at rest. We will definitely use Ash in the future so we can start having longer days out :)”

About: Hi there! My name is Vanessa and I have been looking after dogs for over 25 years. I have owned 7 dogs in my life and had my own dog boarding business that offered a home to home setting for dogs for 10 years whilst living abroad in France. Now being back in the UK, I want to continue offering my services for any dog owner that’s in need. I have always believed that a dog should be cared for equally to the rest of the family and therefore should be treated exactly that way. Dogs are what I know best and love the most so I’m very happy to take care of them. I am also a passionate walker and having a companion is always a great pleasure. I do not work so I am able to offer full time care and attention to your pets. I have the time to care for dogs who are needing specific attention or have specific needs. I have an enclosed garden so I can always let them out as frequently as needed. I have lots of fields and forests nearby so I can offer lovely walks when needed. This is my full time job so I am able to ensure your dog gets the best care. I offer a home to home feeling for your dog. I believe it is important that your dog feels relaxed and at home when they come to stay. Every dog has his/her own needs so in order to make sure they feel settled, I am happy to go through anything they might need to feel more secure.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. My love for them started with my childhood cat, Doodles. Every evening she'd curl up on my chest, and this has always been one of my favourite childhood memories. When I was around 10, we welcomed our family dog Bramble into our lives. Later, she developed a health condition that meant she needed daily medication and extra care. Helping to give her medication, changing her bedding every morning and evening, and making sure she was comfortable taught me how important patience, and compassion are when caring for pets with additional needs. Since then, I've been lucky enough to care for pets belonging to family, friends, and colleagues. This has included overnight house sits with cats, looking after my uncle's Westie, Freddie, in his own home, and welcoming my boyfriend's family dog into my home while they were away. My love for animals extends beyond cats and dogs. While travelling around South East Asia, I volunteered and donated at an animal shelter in Koh Samui, made a point of visiting only ethical elephant sanctuaries in Chiang Mai where the elephants aren't ridden or touched, and even met the incredible landmine detection rats in Cambodia. Those experiences strengthened my passion for animal welfare and my respect for every animal, big or small. My schedule is changing soon, which means I'll have even more time to spend caring for pets! In just a couple of weeks, I'll be working part-time, giving me plenty of flexibility during the week. I'll be available on multiple weekdays for daytime walks, drop-in visits, and quality time with your pets. I'm also available for boarding throughout the week. Thursdays are my one regular day working away from home, so if your pet is staying with me on a Thursday, I'll be out during the day but back by the late afternoon or evening (depending on my shift). Outside of that, I'll have lots of time at home to keep your pet company, making sure they get plenty of attention. I'm always happy to discuss your pet's routine and see how I can make my schedule work for you and pet. I know that inviting someone into your home requires a lot of trust, and I take that responsibility seriously. Because of my job, I regularly travel and stay in Airbnbs during the week, so I'm very used to treating other people's homes with care and respect. I always follow check-out instructions carefully, and I'd bring that same attention to detail to your home—whether that's sticking to your pet's routine, locking up securely, or following any house rules you've left for me. Growing up with both a cat and a dog who weren't always the best of friends also means I'm very familiar with using pet gates, managing different areas of the house, and being mindful not to leave anything lying around that pets could get into. I'll always leave your home clean and tidy, exactly as I'd hope someone would leave mine. And because I know how hard it can be to be away from your pets, I'm more than happy to send regular photo and video updates, so you can relax knowing they're happy and safe.

“Jonathan was brilliant, communication was excellent, before, during and after the visit. It was all very last minute, but he was so accommodating doing an hour's visit with a walk included for me. Rui looked incredibly chilled (which is amazing!), happy and in his element in the photos and he was still exhausted and happy when I returned home! Amazing!”
