About: I have always had a passion for Animals. Even as a small child I was fascinated by animals of any type. At one point I had 3 dogs a cat and a hampster. About: I have been around animals literally my entire life! I grew up with dogs cats guinea pigs and horses! All of our family dogs including the dog I have now have been rescues so I am used to dealing with dogs who are more nervous or out of the 'norm'. I am also used to looking after senior dogs as my childhood dog Vera had dementia (who knew this was a thing in dogs!?) And she only had 1 eye for the last year of her life. I am currently working part time so I have lots of free time to check in on your pets/feed/give medication or take them for a walk. I drive and have my own car. Unfortunately my Romania rescue dogs in nervous of other dogs so I would only be able to walk your dog solo. Happy to just do a check in on your pets, let out for toilet etc or take out for a walk in our lovely countryside:)

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English, French, German, and Spanish from Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a qualified vet or offer other resources to help.
