About: I have been around dogs my entire life, I genuinely love dogs and prioritise their well-being. I care for their needs, ensuring they are happy and healthy. I have grown up with German Shepherds, I am used to walking, bathing and playing with them. My current dog is a beautiful miniature Australian Shepherd. About: I have 5 granddogs, 2 grandcats, 2 grandpigs, 2 goddogs and numerous canine and cat nephews and nieces (not blood of course, they are the furry kids of my friends). They’re family 😁 Usually only available between June and January as I live in Colombia January to May. However do feel free to ask, especially if the dates that you require are close to the limits. If I'm here I can adapt my schedule. I work remotely as a geeky historical writer, so can be pretty much anywhere and what can be better than doing that whilst making new furry friends. Rowen looked after Basil while we were away for 2 nights. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Care deserved 5 stars. Communication deserved 5 stars. Cake deserved 5 stars! We are considering hiding up in the loft and booking Rowen to look after Basil again, just for more cake. 😁 Seriously though, we would 100% recommend.
Elsie and Olivia were absolutely wonderful looking after our cat while we were away. They sent us lots of lovely photos and regular updates, played with her loads, and gave her so much care and attention. It put our minds at ease knowing our baby was in such safe, loving hands. We couldn’t be happier with the care our cat received! Gianni took care of her for 3 weeks and did an amazing job. Our cat can be quite feisty with strangers, but he was so patient and managed to earn her trust. She has been happy and relaxed. I am always missing her when we are away, but Gianni was sending me loads of pictures ,of Willow everyday and helped me feeling lees sad. The house was left spotless, and our cat was in great condition when we returned. Truly reliable, caring, and professional. I can't recommend,Gianni, highly enough.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English, French, German, and Spanish from Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm.
