I was very lucky to grow up on a farm, so I have been looking after all kinds of animals since I could walk. I was even named after my mum’s childhood goat (thanks mum). I now look after two dogs and four cats in my family, with one dog and one cat in their senior years. It is an honour to ensure their last days in the sun are full of love, warmth, and peace. As a kid, I helped my family foster pregnant or postpartum cats and their litter with the Bath Cats and Dogs Home for nearly six years. We fell in love with every gorgeous mog that came into our lives, but somehow only kept one of them - all the others we nurtured and adored until they were ready to be adopted into their forever homes. I understand that every pet is unique and every dynamic is different, and I aim to fit seamlessly into your routine to ensure as little disruption as possible to your and your pets lives. I am flexible with whatever situation fits you, such as staying over at your home to ensure minimal disturbance to your pups routine, or popping in regularly for walks, fuss, and food. Our animals are our family, and I want to ensure that both you and them are relaxed and happy. If staying at your home, please be assured that I am very clean and respectful; I am also an avid baker, so a warm loaf of bread or some sweet goods could welcome you home!

Rowan is very easy to contact and a very chilled out person which gave me faith that my babies are in good hands. Despite the fact my carers left the kitchen in an utter mess, Rowan just saw round that ( Wedding day so carers had to get my “now” husband and and then get ready themsey). As the chaos.of the morning and they all ran out of time. Both animals looked like they’d been brushed. Especially the dog who was super fluffy Thank you Rowan for an excellent over night stay with our cuties!
Rowen is really lovely and the boys really warmed to her. She left the house really tidy! I've knocked a few stars off for the communication, because it wasn't as good as I'd like. Rowen did provide a few pics but was slow to respond to my messages and id have liked more details on how they were doing - did they eat ok/get any play or cuddles?
Perfect pet care again, as anticipated. Thank you so much, Rowen. We have come home to a very well exercised doggy and a well fed pussycat too.
We've had Rowen pupsit for us several times and our dog is always a happy boy! She made sure to walk him at suitable times during the heatwave and checked in with us regularly. Would definitely book again :)
Rowen was a lovely dog and house sitter! She went above and beyond to leave the house clean and even left fresh flowers for us when we got home. My dog was well cared for and happy and we look forward to having her back!
We've had Rowen babysit our dog twice now and he's always a happy boy when we come home. She's attentive and punctual - we've already booked her again! Recommended :)

I work part-time on short shifts so can easily work around you and your needs. I am also a printmaker so do a lot of work from home/ nearby, so very easily in reach :-)

- If there is anything you or your pet needs, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I have experience with caring for senior, poorly, and end of life pets, and their comfort is my top priority. There’s no need or requirement that’s too big of an ask.
