About: I've had dogs all my life, looked after family's dogs and also neighbours dogs from a young age. It's a huge passion for me and every dog I look after will be treated as if they were my own. I don't have any experience boarding as yet but hoping to build up and turn this into a professional business for myself in the near future, completing my canine 1st aid and nvq in boarding. Have experience with senior dogs and in giving oral medication. I am currently employed part time so I will be doing this alongside my current job so availability will be limited for the time being, with the potential of it becoming a full time business for me if all goes well. I work in the mornings 8-2 various days but always free in afternoons, evenings and alternative weekends I have a high fenced garden with a high locked gate. I have a cocker spaniel called Charlie who is very chilled out and friendly towards most other dogs. He hasn't been around cats very much so unsure what he is like around them. I also have 2 very caring, animal loving sons aged 9 and 16. Charlie is walked 3 times a day, early morning, lunchtime and evening. Obviously I'm very cautious if the weather gets too hot and will only get short toilet breaks on grassy areas. I am very passionate about making your pets visit a home from home experience, lots of interesting walks, cuddles on the sofa and the occasional visit to the treat cupboard!

About: Hi, I’m Leah I started offering pet care in June, and since then I’ve really enjoyed getting to know lots of lovely dogs and pets and gaining hands-on experience caring for them. While I’m still relatively new to professional pet care, I’m reliable, caring and take the responsibility of looking after someone’s pet very seriously. I grew up with and cared for my own English Bulldog, who was 10 years old when she sadly passed away last year. She was a huge part of my life and helped me realise just how much I love caring for animals. I’m fully insured, DBS checked and have completed a dog first aid course, so your pet’s safety and wellbeing is always really important to me. I understand that every pet is different, so I take the time to learn their individual personality, routine and needs. Whether your pet needs a walk, a drop-in visit or overnight care, I’ll always treat them with patience, kindness and plenty of attention. I’m also happy to send regular photo updates so you can see how they’re getting on while you’re away. I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your pets and give them the care and attention they deserve! I currently work 26 hours a week over 4 days, so I have regular days and times available for pet care. I currently work: Tuesday 9:30-4 Wednesday 12-4 Thursday 8:45 - 5:30 Saturday 8:45-5:30 I’m happy to work around my schedule where possible and can offer walks, drop-in visits and overnight stays. I always make sure I only accept bookings that I can fully commit to, so your pet gets the time, attention and care they deserve. When caring for pets in their own home, I always aim to keep them comfortable and maintain their normal routine as much as possible. I’ll follow your instructions carefully, including feeding times, walks, medication and any other specific needs your pet has. I understand that leaving your pet and home with someone new can feel daunting, so I’m respectful of your space and take their safety and wellbeing seriously. I’m also happy to send regular photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your pets are happy and well cared for.

About: We’ve always had pets including, dogs, cats, chickens, ferrets, reptiles and rodents just to name a few. Because of this I absolutely adore animals and enjoy meeting each personality, we’ve taken in older animals for their last stretch on this side and rescued plenty of fiesty babies who become beautiful happy babies. My whole family just loves animals, because of this whilst I’m at university in Plymouth I thought what better way to reduce how much I miss my babies than to look after others. I’m going into my second year at Plymouth and found missing my animals was a huge adjustment so I hope this will bridge the gap for myself. For the last six years I have been looking after neighbours and friends animals when they go on holiday or have an emergency and truly enjoy spending time with them as well as looking after them. Hopefully I can do the same in Plymouth. Im currently going into my second year at university in Plymouth with a changeable but low course load. This means that I am available for plenty of time with your pet be that toilet breaks and some loving or house sitting with them or taking them on a walk when needed. I’m looking forward to exploring some new areas and I believe there’s some English heritage places I haven’t been to yet! Because I am staying in halls I am unable to care for pets in my home however I would be happy house/pet sitting when I would only have to leave for university lectures which tend to be 2 hours long (plus commuting)

About: Hi, I’m Catharine, a Lancashire lass now living in Weston-super-Mare with my partner, Tom. We’re both huge animal lovers and would love to look after your pet 🐾 We live in a detached house with a secure, fully fenced garden, and because we both work from home, your pet will have plenty of company, attention, and cuddles throughout the day. We don’t currently have pets (or children!) of our own as we’re still settling into our first home after recently moving. We’d love a pet of our own one day, but for now we’re more than happy being the people friends and family call when they need someone to look after theirs. We genuinely love having animals around the house. I’ve been animal mad for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was always surrounded by dogs and cats, but my soul dog, Sandie, was extra special. He lived to the amazing age of 19 and was a huge part of my family. We had an especially close bond in his senior years when he became less mobile and relied on me a lot for comfort. Caring for him taught me so much about patience, empathy, and understanding an animal’s individual needs. I’ve done obedience training and even dog dancing with one of my previous dogs, so I’m comfortable with all sorts of personalities, routines, and energy levels. Our home is very peaceful, and we do our best to make every pet feel relaxed and safe. Whether your dog loves long walks, playing in the garden, or snoozing on the sofa after a busy day, they’ll get plenty of love and attention while they’re with us. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else. About: Hi there! I have taken care of animals all my life, growing up on a farm caring for various species, breeds, sizes and temperaments. Neighbors, friends and family members have all relied on me to care for their animals when away for various periods of time ranging from a simple check in and walk to full round the clock care for months. No matter what your pet needs, I will be able to accommodate! :) My current work schedule allows me to work month on/month off so when I am off work and home, I am fully available all day every day to look after your furry family member :) I live in a quiet area in a semi-detached home with a fenced and gated back garden and a big park around the corner for your pet to run around in! There is also the beach a shirt drive away for extra fun! Note: If your pet requires crating, this is perfectly fine but you will need to provide the crate!

About: Hellooo I’m Phoebe, I’m a qualified veterinary surgeon and starting a new role which means I’ll have some days off during the week and weekend. I grew up at a child minders who also had a pet sitting service, so from a young age have looked after anything from hamsters and tortoises to large-breed dogs. I have my own dog and tortoise who I adore! As a vet, I’m comfortable with giving medications at home and following your pet’s routine as closely as possible! I have an attention to detail and am more than happy to give you regular updates and photos. I’ve been working as a vet now for 2 years and starting a new role this summer! I have my own tortoise and dog who I adore. In my new role at work my shifts are constantly changing, which means available dates are not regular. But we can have a chat about what you and your pet need and work out a plan from there! On weekdays I can possibly do drop ins before and after work for cats, so just drop me a message to check dates that aren’t available on my calendar. I believe all pets are different in terms of what they need when their pet parents are away or busy. Sometimes this is a change of environment and other times it’s home stays. Unfortunately since I am in rented accommodation I cannot provide overnight stays, but I can walk dogs and do drop ins for a variety of pets. I can also house sit during the day. Due to my own pet responsibilities, overnight house sitting is not ideal.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs through family pets for many years, and for the past three years I’ve been the proud owner of two dogs, Teddy and Aya. They’re both energetic, loving, and very social dogs who keep me active and on my toes every day. Caring for Teddy and Aya has given me hands-on experience with daily walks, feeding schedules, playtime, basic training, and making sure dogs feel safe and comfortable in my care. They love being around other dogs and especially enjoy playtime, so your pup will always have friendly company. I’m excited to provide reliable, attentive, and loving care and make sure your dog feels happy and at home while you’re away. I’m always happy to send updates, photos, and messages while you’re away so you can see how your dog is doing and feel at ease. I currently work part-time from home, which allows me plenty of time to give your puppy lots of attention, care, and play throughout the day. I’m available Monday through Saturday and can be flexible to meet your pet’s needs. I have a fenced front porch as well as a garden where dogs can enjoy fresh air and supervised outdoor time. Inside the home, dogs are welcome to relax freely and be included in daily activities. At night, I usually allow dogs to sleep in the bed with me for comfort and companionship, but I’m also happy to use a crate if that’s what your dog is used to or if you prefer. I always follow the pet owner’s instructions regarding routines, sleeping arrangements, feeding, and care to ensure your pet feels at home and well cared for.

About: I guess all I have is a lot of experience handling animals. I graduated as a qualified veterinary nurse in 2023 and now I am actually studying on the veterinary AGEP course at the University of Bristol. A friend told me about this app and I thought it'd be a good idea to relax and de-stress, especially as my dog is sadly no longer with us. Ideally I would be working any time friday, saturday or sunday. I will occasionally be availible during the day throughout the week but never during the evening (apart from friday). In a pet owners home, I would take the pet(s) out at 8am with breakfast at home. After a break to do some work (+/- cuddle time), some brief playtime if appropriate followed by lunch and back to work in the afternoon. In the evening, I prefer to have playtime followed by diner and then an evening walk an hour later. This is all incredibly variable with regards to your pets normal schedule.

About: I have a Level 3 in Pet First Aid, extended insurance and an Enhanced DBS Certificate. I have been around dogs from a very young age. I grew up around three Yorkshire Terriers and, in my teens, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier and a Tibetan Terrier. I have also looked after a family member's dog, a French Bulldog, from when she was 6 months old until 3 years old when they moved away. During this time, I was able to teach her many tricks and my family member was always commenting on how much her behaviour was improving at home. I also had a cat for over 15 years. I am currently available most days and for nearly all services. Please contact me even if the booking shows I am not available because I would like to be as flexible as I can to help. BOARDING/DAYCARE: I have a fully enclosed 6ft fenced large garden. All rooms have doors, and your dog will have access to all rooms in the house. For added security, the stairs will have gates on the top and bottom, and there is plenty of room if your dog needs crating or separating upon request. There is also plenty of room if a quiet space needs to be created for your dog. Dogs are allowed on the furniture, creating a home away from home environment. My partner and son like to help out with the dogs I look after when they are not working, and there is more than likely someone always at home, so your dog will always have company. When dogs are in our care they always wear a tag with my details on too for added security. I like to stick to your dogs daily routine as much as possibly whilst still maintaining health and safety aspects. HOUSE SITTING: I treat all house stays as if I was living in my own home and have the most upright respect for your privacy. I advise arranging meet and greets before all bookings, so your pet and I can get a feel for each other to see if the match is right.

About: I did dog behaviour in college and university. I worked with dogs for over 4 years and fixed an issues owners may have! I work with a positive reward system as dogs progress well with pleasing us. Treats and toys are my thing for dogs I never use tools that could cause potential harm if used incorrectly, I have an assistance dog of my own who is very well behaved and definitely rubs off on other dogs, she’s also a great play friend on long walks! I love to make walks enjoyable and different, including lots of mental and physical stimulation so they go home feeling tired and happy! I do work a part time job but I’m looking else where for something I enjoy a little more at the moment, I’m happy to be pretty flexible happy to take last minute bookings! I care very much about dogs and during dog sitting or walking there safety is my priority, it’s very rare I would leave them in the house on there own unless absolutely necessary but 99% of the time I’m sure even if I have to go out they can come! I always plan ahead so I know what’s going to happen and when, feeding times and routine for a dog is important so I’m happy to stick to any routine to make them feel safe and comfortable

About: I have over 15 years of pet care experience but will tailor each walk to each specific dog. I will never take more than two dogs at once and only with the owner’s permission or request otherwise it will be one on one. I am Very physically fit so can give your dog the level of exercise they require. No driving time - can walk straight from your house. Am fine with puppies, I have a seven month old Cockerdoor of my own. Can also offer overnight services either at your home or mine. I live next to the beach. I have recently downsized and moved to Somerset. I used to work as a headhunter but am only wanting to return to the odd freelance day so have full availability and flexibility. I have a fenced yard and a dog flap. I live with my husband and seven month old Cockerdoor in a village inn often East Somerset across the road to the beach. Also happy to stay away.

About: I love animals and have had dogs and cats my whole life. I have a miniature Jack Russell called Floyd and love spending time with and walking other dogs, often dog sitting for friends and family. I live in a rural area surrounded by fields and have a large secured garden where your furry friend can come and go as they please. I know how to make your dog feel safe, secure and loved and can give you complete peace of mind when they're in my care. I know the importance of good exercise and stimulation for your dog and have a lot of experience with nervous and hyperactive dogs. I know it can be tough finding the right person to look after your furry friend but you can rest assured with me.
