About: I’m a vet student at Bristol, guide dog puppy raiser with my family and first aid certified for dogs. Hoping to be a small animal vet so I spend as much time with animals as I can. I have availability for repeat/one-off walks or sitting. I live with 4 other vet students if you want your pet to board with us🙂 I am at university so apart from lectures I’m available! About: My first pet was a cat when i was 7 and it lived 21 years. I have always loved pets and now have a 6 year old Tibetan Terrier who is great around other dogs. I work from home so am able to give your pet company and attention. My garden is completely walled in so your dog is able to go in and out as they please. I work from home and there is always someone in to keep your pet company. I walk my dog every lunchtime and evening down the strawberry line or in the fields so they are well exercised. I have a fairly large house with a walled garden and wooden floors downstairs. I also have a friendly 4yr Tibetan terrier for company. There are dog beds and a sofa with blankets on.

Jasmine provided an excellent standard of care from start to finish .She is warm and welcoming , whilst easing my anxiety (as my dog is very elderly and not boarded for years) by sending messages and communicating with any updates . I knew Jasmine was the perfect carer and her home the ideal place for his one to one care. I know a lot of people would have been daunted to care for him being so senior, as he’s got a few ailments in older life. Jasmine was very organised , prepared , we had a 4 h trial run which again was so helpful for us all including Harvey as he’s very partially sighted and deaf it got him familiar. “We were a touch nervous about using a cat sitter as we'd never done so before, but having done it now, we'd never go back to using a cattery. Our little cats are a touch troublesome and very sickly, so there was a bit of panic as the day before one of the cats had an emergency trip to the vet and a course of antibiotics and other medicine was prescribed. Louise was amazing. She was happy to administer the meds to the cat and took it all in her stride. Honestly, she was absolutely brilliant and we'd recommend her to absolutely anyone who asked. She made the whole experience worry free for us and stress free for the cats - as they didn't have to go to the cattery. About: I guess all I have is a lot of experience handling animals. I graduated as a qualified veterinary nurse in 2023 and now I am actually studying on the veterinary AGEP course at the University of Bristol. A friend told me about this app and I thought it'd be a good idea to relax and de-stress, especially as my dog is sadly no longer with us. Ideally I would be working any time friday, saturday or sunday. I will occasionally be availible during the day throughout the week but never during the evening (apart from friday). In a pet owners home, I would take the pet(s) out at 8am with breakfast at home. After a break to do some work (+/- cuddle time), some brief playtime if appropriate followed by lunch and back to work in the afternoon. In the evening, I prefer to have playtime followed by diner and then an evening walk an hour later. This is all incredibly variable with regards to your pets normal schedule.

Our last cat Nessie was a very timid rescue, she was on a strict diet due to health issues. About: Have always had a dog either within the family or as my own companion. I am now retired and looking for flexible work doing what I enjoy and so walking with a dog or two seems like a good place to start a new chapter. Especially when you can hand it back to the owner when tired (Like grandchildren). I'm retired and so available 7 days a week from early morning to late evening as required. Unless if I have something else booked. When walking your dog they will be kept on the lead and walked at their pace. About: For the last thirty five years, I have cared for my own dogs. I have looked after them from a young puppy at eight weeks old through to our old timers, one of whom went blind and needed that extra love and time. I have a large, secure garden for our current two male dogs, a Labrador and a Springer Spaniel. Both are extremely friendly with everyone, including children. I'm at home every day which makes like easier, especially for any dog who may experience separation anxiety. I believe that dogs are precious beings and deserve care and attention when they go on their holidays as well 😊 Happy to host all age of dogs. I'm a retired so at home for good chunks of the day. Having got two dogs, we are well versed in dog needs and care. I have a large secure garden where the dogs can wander around in safety. My home is big enough to accommodate a couple of extra dogs.

About: Hi, I’m Leah I started offering pet care in June, and since then I’ve really enjoyed getting to know lots of lovely dogs and pets and gaining hands-on experience caring for them. I currently work: Tuesday 9:30-4 Wednesday 12-4 Thursday 8:45 - 5:30 Saturday 8:45-5:30 I’m happy to work around my schedule where possible and can offer walks, drop-in visits and overnight stays. I always make sure I only accept bookings that I can fully commit to, so your pet gets the time, attention and care they deserve. When caring for pets in their own home, I always aim to keep them comfortable and maintain their normal routine as much as possible. I’ll follow your instructions carefully, including feeding times, walks, medication and any other specific needs your pet has. I understand that leaving your pet and home with someone new can feel daunting, so I’m respectful of your space and take their safety and wellbeing seriously. I’m also happy to send regular photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your pets are happy and well cared for.
About: Dog walking and dog/cat sitting services offered. Your dog will get a chance to practice his/her training skills that they may have while we walk. Will also be observed when he/she is been taken care of, including basic health checks to ensure they are in a good condition to be exercised. I have always had cats in my life and I I offer a caring service that is individually suited to your pet. I have volunteered at a dog's home in San Diego working with dogs that had certain issues arising from neglect, and have also volunteered at Abbotsleigh. I have looked after many animals for friends and have always had very good feedback and recommendations. Distinction* in level 3 animal management so I am well informed on the legislative and legal aspects of pet sitting, and am in the process of applying for insurance.
About: I have volunteered in a dog grooming salon and dog-sat for various owners for around 6 years, as well as helping out at a local kennel walking the dogs. I also have 2 family dogs who I regularly look after. I am currently at university with optional attendance so can be very flexible and be available to the needs of the dog and their owners. I have a fenced garden and a park a short distance away for walking them. I have an enclosed lounge area which space in which they can play in. Certain dogs will also be allowed to be on the sofas and on beds.
About: Hi there! I have taken care of animals all my life, growing up on a farm caring for various species, breeds, sizes and temperaments. Neighbors, friends and family members have all relied on me to care for their animals when away for various periods of time ranging from a simple check in and walk to full round the clock care for months. No matter what your pet needs, I will be able to accommodate! :) My current work schedule allows me to work month on/month off so when I am off work and home, I am fully available all day every day to look after your furry family member :) I live in a quiet area in a semi-detached home with a fenced and gated back garden and a big park around the corner for your pet to run around in! There is also the beach a shirt drive away for extra fun! Note: If your pet requires crating, this is perfectly fine but you will need to provide the crate!
About: I’m Lauren, an outdoorsey freelance medical writer and experienced dog sitter living in Somerset. I love hiking, running, exploring in the campervan with my partner Kevin, and of course dogs! I grew up with two springer spaniels so I have been a dog person as long as I can remember. As a freelancer, my schedule is part-time and flexible therefore I can be flexible on timings for walks. Kevin works in-person but will join dog walks in the evening. I grew up in Axbridge so I am familiar with walking routes around Somerset. I am a home worker, working 4 days a week as a freelance medical writer. My working hours are flexible so I can be flexible on timings for dog walks I will of course follow any guidance or preferences from the owner. I will always bring the essentials for each dog and I’m happy to send photo updates and to walk in familiar areas for the dog if preferable. About: Hellooo I’m Phoebe, I’m a qualified veterinary surgeon and starting a new role which means I’ll have some days off during the week and weekend. I grew up at a child minders who also had a pet sitting service, so from a young age have looked after anything from hamsters and tortoises to large-breed dogs. I have my own dog and tortoise who I adore! As a vet, I’m comfortable with giving medications at home and following your pet’s routine as closely as possible! I have an attention to detail and am more than happy to give you regular updates and photos. I’ve been working as a vet now for 2 years and starting a new role this summer! I have my own tortoise and dog who I adore. In my new role at work my shifts are constantly changing, which means available dates are not regular. But we can have a chat about what you and your pet need and work out a plan from there! On weekdays I can possibly do drop ins before and after work for cats, so just drop me a message to check dates that aren’t available on my calendar. I believe all pets are different in terms of what they need when their pet parents are away or busy. Sometimes this is a change of environment and other times it’s home stays. Unfortunately since I am in rented accommodation I cannot provide overnight stays, but I can walk dogs and do drop ins for a variety of pets. I can also house sit during the day. Due to my own pet responsibilities, overnight house sitting is not ideal.
About: I have been working with animals since I have been 17 and I just love the way every dog is different and I enjoy going out with walks and feeding them every morning my own dogs have their own set routine in the morning I am currently not working at the moment so I have seven days a week to look after any other animals and any sort of animals I have worked in kennels before and had to stay there overnight to make sure all the animals were safe and fastened into that tense

About: I’m a vet student at Bristol, guide dog puppy raiser with my family and first aid certified for dogs. Hoping to be a small animal vet so I spend as much time with animals as I can. I have availability for repeat/one-off walks or sitting. I live with 4 other vet students if you want your pet to board with us🙂 I am at university so apart from lectures I’m available! My timetable is different every week so just ask for my availability to see if it will work :) I will keep them comfortable and entertained! Jasmine provided an excellent standard of care from start to finish .She is warm and welcoming , whilst easing my anxiety (as my dog is very elderly and not boarded for years) by sending messages and communicating with any updates . I knew Jasmine was the perfect carer and her home the ideal place for his one to one care. I know a lot of people would have been daunted to care for him being so senior, as he’s got a few ailments in older life. Jasmine was very organised , prepared , we had a 4 h trial run which again was so helpful for us all including Harvey as he’s very partially sighted and deaf it got him familiar. Took the weight of worry off my shoulders and I had a brilliant weeks holiday , knowing Harvey was happy and in excellent capable hands . Thank you so much Jasmine & Harry .”
