Sara was lovely and very accommodating. We have 2 elderly and anxious cats that can be tricky to care for at times. Sara handled it well and communicated with us regularly, before and during our holiday, which put my mind at ease.

I met Kim a few days ago to go through the routine that we have with our 5 month old puppy. Kim is due to start Monday but due to an emergency she was able to attend short notice to help us out. She is amazing at communication and brilliant at following instructions. Kim also has a very good report with our nervous dog and instantly clicked with one another. Look forward to continue booking with Kim. Highly recommend! 😊

Christine was able to help us at relatively short notice with our labrador Pippa. She's very friendly and clearly got on very well with Pippa. She kept us updated and we'll be sure to book with her again.

Gillian is a godsend, she looked after our puppy whilst we were on holiday at a music festival - nothing was too much trouble, not only did she visit and take good care of her, but she went over and above, agreeing to extra visits at the last minute and even turned down the heating when we accidentally left the house a bit too hot for our pup. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

About: I have a Level 3 in Pet First Aid, extended insurance and an Enhanced DBS Certificate. I have been around dogs from a very young age. I grew up around three Yorkshire Terriers and, in my teens, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier and a Tibetan Terrier. I have also looked after a family member's dog, a French Bulldog, from when she was 6 months old until 3 years old when they moved away. During this time, I was able to teach her many tricks and my family member was always commenting on how much her behaviour was improving at home. I also had a cat for over 15 years. I am currently available most days and for nearly all services. Please contact me even if the booking shows I am not available because I would like to be as flexible as I can to help. BOARDING/DAYCARE: I have a fully enclosed 6ft fenced large garden. All rooms have doors, and your dog will have access to all rooms in the house. For added security, the stairs will have gates on the top and bottom, and there is plenty of room if your dog needs crating or separating upon request. There is also plenty of room if a quiet space needs to be created for your dog. Dogs are allowed on the furniture, creating a home away from home environment. My partner and son like to help out with the dogs I look after when they are not working, and there is more than likely someone always at home, so your dog will always have company. When dogs are in our care they always wear a tag with my details on too for added security. I like to stick to your dogs daily routine as much as possibly whilst still maintaining health and safety aspects. HOUSE SITTING: I treat all house stays as if I was living in my own home and have the most upright respect for your privacy. I advise arranging meet and greets before all bookings, so your pet and I can get a feel for each other to see if the match is right.

Wow! Carrie was so brilliant! She’s so lovely and was able to help us out last minute after being let down by someone else. She cared for our Leo so well and sent regular updates and pictures, which made us feel so at ease. She went above and beyond to make Leo’s care perfect. We would absolutely highly recommend her and book with her again!

About: I'm a certified Canine Behaviourist (BCCSDip.AdvCanBhv), dog trainer and experienced pet care professional. A former Kennels Volunteer with Happy Landings Animal Rescue, I have extensive experience with dogs of all shapes, sizes and backgrounds. I have two dogs of my own, including a 52kg formerly reactive rescue, therefore no problem with giant breeds or powerful pullers. I pride myself not only on providing a high standard of care but also professionalism and effective communication. You can rest assured that your pets will be looked after as if they were my own! I work part-time from home so have plenty of flexibility for pet sitting. Happy to do pop ins, walks and overnight stays. I'm generally available for short notice bookings so if in doubt, do ask! The safety, wellbeing and tail wags (or purrs!) of your pet are my highest priority. I'm also happy to undertake other tasks such as watering plants, taking in mail, turning lights on and off etc. to ensure your time away is as stress-free as possible.

About: Lifelong animal lover with decades of hands‑on experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I grew up with Basset Hounds, Collies and mixed‑breeds, and as an adult I’ve owned everything from a Doberman to a Jack Russell, an Italian Mastiff–Great Dane cross, and now my young Rhodesian Ridgeback. I’m confident with high‑energy dogs, nervous or reactive dogs, and pets with health needs. I also have lifelong experience with cats and share my home with Ramona, my gentle 12‑year‑old ginger moggie. Calm, reliable, and genuinely caring—I keep pets happy, settled, and well looked after with regular updates so you always feel reassured. Pet care fits naturally into my day because I already structure my mornings and evenings around walking and caring for my own pets. I can offer drop‑ins or walks before and after work, and I’m more flexible at weekends for longer visits or extra support. I’m used to building routines around animals, so fitting in regular pop‑ins, feeding, playtime, and walks is something I genuinely enjoy. I care for pets in their own home, where they feel safest and most settled. Keeping them in their familiar environment helps reduce stress and keeps their routine consistent. I follow your instructions closely, keep everything secure, and make sure your pet feels calm, comfortable, and well looked after while you’re away.

Lauren has been absolutely lovely with Nico. This was the first time we’d ever left him, and as he has separation anxiety I was quite nervous - but she was amazing and put him at ease straight away. He felt relaxed and comfortable with her immediately, which meant so much to us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lauren to anyone looking for dog sitting or house sitting - especially if your dog needs a bit of extra patience and understanding. Thank you so much, Lauren ❤️

About: Dog walking and dog/cat sitting services offered. Your dog will get a chance to practice his/her training skills that they may have while we walk. Will also be observed when he/she is been taken care of, including basic health checks to ensure they are in a good condition to be exercised. I have always had cats in my life and I I offer a caring service that is individually suited to your pet. I have volunteered at a dog's home in San Diego working with dogs that had certain issues arising from neglect, and have also volunteered at Abbotsleigh. I have looked after many animals for friends and have always had very good feedback and recommendations. Distinction* in level 3 animal management so I am well informed on the legislative and legal aspects of pet sitting, and am in the process of applying for insurance.

About: I grew up with two border collies. I helped care for them from pups to seniors. I don't have that many photos of me and them together or me and any pet together as I was a bit camera shy. I completely understand what it takes and how much our animals mean to us. From feeding them twice to three times a day, to the hours upon hours of walking I did with them by my side. I really learnt what it was like to care and look after pets. Young and old. I was in control of dog sledging team last winter. Competeing in races and casual sledging. I worked with my mother who fostered a puppy when our dog was senior, so I understand the difference in age and what is required with each stage of an animals life. Catering my experience to whatever stage your pet is at. I am an avid hiker and love taking dogs with me. I have been left friends dogs and cats to feed while they were away. Overall I just love animals. I am very flexible around dates and times. On an average week I will have 2-3 days i can dedicate to your pet. It will take a bit of organizing but I am sure that I can fit around your schedule. I like to listen to the pet owners about their pets, as I believe they know them best. I look to find out all i can about a dog before walks. If I am too come to your home. I like to know if the pet is on any medication. If there is any strict rules the pet follows (like not being allowed in bedrooms) after all it's the pets home. I'm just a visitor. Overall I like to get a sense of the animal and the situation I am coming into.

About: I've had dogs all my life, looked after family's dogs and also neighbours dogs from a young age. It's a huge passion for me and every dog I look after will be treated as if they were my own. I don't have any experience boarding as yet but hoping to build up and turn this into a professional business for myself in the near future, completing my canine 1st aid and nvq in boarding. Have experience with senior dogs and in giving oral medication. I am currently employed part time so I will be doing this alongside my current job so availability will be limited for the time being, with the potential of it becoming a full time business for me if all goes well. I work in the mornings 8-2 various days but always free in afternoons, evenings and alternative weekends I have a high fenced garden with a high locked gate. I have a cocker spaniel called Charlie who is very chilled out and friendly towards most other dogs. He hasn't been around cats very much so unsure what he is like around them. I also have 2 very caring, animal loving sons aged 9 and 16. Charlie is walked 3 times a day, early morning, lunchtime and evening. Obviously I'm very cautious if the weather gets too hot and will only get short toilet breaks on grassy areas. I am very passionate about making your pets visit a home from home experience, lots of interesting walks, cuddles on the sofa and the occasional visit to the treat cupboard!

About: Had family pets throughout my life and have cared for and walked my friend’s and family’s dogs when needed. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions! 🐾 I’m currently working shifts so have plenty of time to care for your doggo! I’m an early bird, who loves being outdoors. I’m usually out running on the mendips or down the strawberry line. I have a large dog-proof garden with plenty of room to run and play. There are no dogs living at my home so can cater for reactive or nervous dogs too!
