My schedule is currently very flexible, allowing me to provide attentive and consistent care throughout the day and adapt to your pet’s individual routine and needs. Whether your dog enjoys lots of walks and playtime, or your cat prefers a calm and relaxed environment, I can tailor my care to suit them perfectly. I am available during both weekdays and weekends and can often accommodate bespoke arrangements, medication schedules, and additional check-ins where needed. With my veterinary nursing background, I am confident caring for pets with a wide range of medical, behavioural, and emotional needs. I genuinely love spending quality time with animals, from long walks and enrichment for energetic dogs to cuddles, companionship, and gentle care for cats. My priority is always to make your pets feel safe, comfortable, loved, and well cared for while you are away 🐾

We live in a detached house in Cheddar. We have a secure fenced garden with grass and patio to suite your dog’s toileting habits! And also have direct access to public footpaths which take you onto stunning open fields.

A typical day
I think it is incredibly important that dogs are stimulated both physically and mentally to prevent boredom, so in addition to going for walks in new places with a range of different terrains I will also provide dogs under my care with enrichment. For example, ensuring classical music is playing at home and providing them with feeding toys such as frozen ‘Licky Matts’ and filled ‘Snuffle Matt’s’.

Pet care experience
I started my Veterinary Nursing training when I was 18 years old and have not looked back since! I trained at an animal shelter practice and therefore have a good understanding of dogs with individual needs and temperaments. I have since qualified as an Emergency and Critical Care Nurse and now work as a Nursing Manager at a Large Veterinary Referral Hospital. I am certified in both Basic and Advanced Life Support/CPR and am happy administering all types of medications including injections. In addition to my extensive Veterinary experience I have also grown up with dogs and love to care and support them in all stages of their lives! I have been trusted by neighbours, friends, family and clients to look after their dogs before, even those with very advanced medical conditions and I am therefore comfortable caring for dogs that have a range of training and medical needs. I am passionate, fun and have a lot of love to give! If you have any questions please just get into contact and I will be happy to help! Really pleased I found Jasmine and her partner . Jasmine provided an excellent standard of care from start to finish .She is warm and welcoming , whilst easing my anxiety (as my dog is very elderly and not boarded for years) by sending messages and communicating with any updates . I knew Jasmine was the perfect carer and her home the ideal place for his one to one care. I know a lot of people would have been daunted to care for him being so senior, as he’s got a few ailments in older life. Jasmine was very organised , prepared , we had a 4 h trial run which again was so helpful for us all including Harvey as he’s very partially sighted and deaf it got him familiar. Took the weight of worry off my shoulders and I had a brilliant weeks holiday , knowing Harvey was happy and in excellent capable hands . Thank you so much Jasmine & Harry .
Jasmine was very friendly and welcoming of my puppy luca. She was very communicative and sent updates throughout the day. I think he had a lovely time, Thank you very much ☺️

Jasmine recently took care of Vinny and we couldn’t be happier with the outstanding care and attention our dog received. Jasmine promptly responded to any questions I had and even arranged a meet and greet to make us feel more comfortable. After dropping Vinny off we received lots of nice pictures and updates, which we really appreciated! Jasmine has such a great attention to detail and really went above and beyond to make sure Vinny was happy. Would definitely book again!
