About: Hi I’m Fran and am passionate about providing a fun and loving care experience for your beloved pets. We have nurtured rescue cats and dogs over many years. Rabbits, rats, gerbils and tortoises have also been part of our little menagerie. Animals have always been part of our family life and our home is feeling a little empty now the children have flown the nest and Kitty left us for cat heaven recently. Myself and husband can offer a roomy, quiet home from home, with an enclosed garden. I can offer home stays, home visits, daily walking please feel free discuss you and your pets needs; as I’m super flexible. When you entrust your pets to me, you can rest assured that they'll be treated as if they were my own. I’ll provide clear communication, so you'll receive regular updates on your pet's well-being while you're away. Whether it's ensuring they get their medications, exercise, or cuddle time, I'm committed to maintaining their routines and keeping them happy. I’m currently at home full time, so have space and time to look after your pets needs with my full attention. My husband also works from home, so someone is about even if I have to pop to the shop. Can offer cuddles and hugs for any other animals that need the care whilst you’re away, happy to discuss. I can work with you to tailor care in our home, or at yours. I’m happy to discuss regular or occasional walks, day or overnight care. We have a fully enclosed garden, plenty of space at home, a car for visits and doggy days out.

About: I have been an animal lover all my life. I have one female Cocker Spaniel. I have had various different breeds of dogs over the years and have trained a fair few puppies. I have experience of dog sitting different breeds. I have recently trained a cocker spaniel with basic gun dog skills and he has recently gone on to live in a shooting family. I have also owned horses. I offer a friendly loving home environment where I will make your precious pet feel at home and safe. I work from home and so I am home all day. The only days I am not home are Mondays and Thursday where I attend the office. I have a fully enclosed garden. I am happy to take puppies and work on toilet training. I am also happy to offer walks. About: I got my first dog when I was 12 and have never been without one since then! I often look after friend’s and families dogs. I work from home so have all day to devote to looking after your dogs. Very happy to have dogs for a day or overnight. I have a fenced garden, and long and short walks from my door step. About: I’m a seasoned pet sitter with 4+ years of experience and a full house of my own. I’m confident in administering medication, including insulin, and I’ve worked with dogs and cats of all ages and breeds — from fluffy long-hairs that need regular grooming to independent farm or feral cats. I have a company called Woofs & Whiskers, which provides pet and house sitting, which allows me to offer a wide range of availability during weekdays, weekends and school holidays (day and night). To supplement this during quieter months, I work as a bank support worker for adults with learning disabilities and autism. Working on the bank (0 hour contract) allows me to prioritise my I know that leaving your pets and your home in someone else’s care takes a huge amount of trust. My aim is always to make things as familiar, calm and consistent as possible for your pets while you’re away, and to give you the reassurance that they’re being well cared for. Wherever possible, I will maintain your pet’s usual routine, including their normal feeding times, walks, bedtime routines and the little habits that help them feel secure. I’m happy to administer medication, follow specialist or prescribed diets, and work with any individual care instructions you provide. For dogs, I will initially stick to walking routes and areas they already know, rather than introducing unfamiliar places straight away. Once we’ve built a relationship and I understand their personality, behaviour and recall, we can agree whether exploring further afield or walking off lead is appropriate. Building trust and a positive relationship with your pets is really important to me. I’ll take things at their pace, particularly with pets who are nervous, anxious or simply need a little longer to decide whether I’m worthy of their approval! I’m equally respectful of the fact that I’m being trusted with your home as well as your pets. I will only use or enter the areas of your home that are necessary for their care and will always aim to leave your home exactly as I found it. About: I grew up with animals of all sorts in Kenya, and have had various pets throughout my life: dogs, cats, rabbits, gerbils, tortoises, fish, and a giant snail. My last dog (boxer) was a family pet, which I trained from a puppy, and cared for until she grew old. My cats came to me as kittens and lived long happy lives with me. I've looked after friends' and neighbours' dogs, walking, playing with them, and having them overnight or for several days at a time. I have a large garden in rural Somerset - perfectly suited for dogs. I love all animals! I am a freelance artist, and work mainly from home. I can offer many hours of company in the daytime, and am always at home overnight. I wake early so the morning feed and walk is easily done. My role gave me a great understanding of pet health, behaviour and the importance of keeping animals calm, comfortable and well cared for and completed many courses to help develop my knowledge in these areas of animal care. It also confirmed that I wanted animals to remain a big part of my life! I have three pets of my own who mean the world to me, so I completely understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your furry family member! I now work remotely, which gives me plenty of flexibility and means pets receive lots of company throughout the day rather than being left alone. About: Growing up in country Australia I have been surrounded by all kinds of dogs from rescue greyhounds, senior citizens, and puppies my whole life. I have have a pooch of my own (a double doodle named Ffyn) and would love to take special care of your K9 family. I am experienced in house sitting, walking, and drop ins. I currently own a doodle puppy who would love the company of another dog, young or old. I work from home part of the week and my partner works from home full time. We live in a cottage in the countryside with easy access to beautiful forest and field walks, and have a very comfortable sofa for your pooch to relax on after a nice walk. We have a fully fenced garden and outdoor area. The house with its thick stone walls stays lovely and cool in hot weather where the dogs love to relax inside.

I trained at an animal shelter practice and therefore have a good understanding of dogs with individual needs and temperaments. I have since qualified as an Emergency and Critical Care Nurse and now work as a Nursing Manager at a Large Veterinary Referral Hospital. I am certified in both Basic and Advanced Life Support/CPR and am happy administering all types of medications including injections. In addition to my extensive Veterinary experience I have also grown up with dogs and love to care and support them in all stages of their lives! About: I’ve worked in animal rescue so I’m very used to a wide variety of dogs, breed and size. Also worked with a variety of needs also. I have my own dogs. One since a pup who was challenging and then became reactive. She is doing amazing now! And I have a foreign rescue who posed many opposite challenges so I’m able to adapt to the dogs needs. I have ten years experience in the nhs but I’m looking at going into a career with dogs now. It’s my main passion. I’ve been told I’m very calm and patient with dogs which draws many dogs to me. I have attended all sorts of workshops and classes with my own dogs including: puppy/adolescent classes, trick training, parkour, scentwork, mantrailing, barnhunt, Canicross, paddle boarding, agility and hoopers to name a few. I try and include things I think your dog may enjoy on our walks. I have completed many online courses from canine first aid, canine body language and behaviour and dog walking. I have also spent a lot of time observing behaviourists, trainers, walkers, vets, vet nurses, hydrotherapists and physios to gain as much knowledge and experience as I can. I’m currently doing odd bits of work with dogs including training/behaviour work with supervision and hydrotherapy/physio assistant work. So my diary is currently very flexible. I know lots of local walks and I’m very used to finding quieter walks if that’s what a dog needs. I also know good busier areas for bits of dog training depending on the dogs requirements. I also live on private land with some secure fields so that is an option also.
