About: Hi I’m Fran and am passionate about providing a fun and loving care experience for your beloved pets. We have nurtured rescue cats and dogs over many years. Rabbits, rats, gerbils and tortoises have also been part of our little menagerie. Animals have always been part of our family life and our home is feeling a little empty now the children have flown the nest and Kitty left us for cat heaven recently. Myself and husband can offer a roomy, quiet home from home, with an enclosed garden. I can offer home stays, home visits, daily walking please feel free discuss you and your pets needs; as I’m super flexible. When you entrust your pets to me, you can rest assured that they'll be treated as if they were my own. I’ll provide clear communication, so you'll receive regular updates on your pet's well-being while you're away. About: I’m a seasoned pet sitter with 4+ years of experience and a full house of my own. I’m confident in administering medication, including insulin, and I’ve worked with dogs and cats of all ages and breeds — from fluffy long-hairs that need regular grooming to independent farm or feral cats. I have a company called Woofs & Whiskers, which provides pet and house sitting, which allows me to offer a wide range of availability during weekdays, weekends and school holidays (day and night). To supplement this during quieter months, I work as a bank support worker for adults with learning disabilities and autism. Working on the bank (0 hour contract) allows me to prioritise my I know that leaving your pets and your home in someone else’s care takes a huge amount of trust. My aim is always to make things as familiar, calm and consistent as possible for your pets while you’re away, and to give you the reassurance that they’re being well cared for. Wherever possible, I will maintain your pet’s usual routine, including their normal feeding times, walks, bedtime routines and the little habits that help them feel secure. For dogs, I will initially stick to walking routes and areas they already know, rather than introducing unfamiliar places straight away. Once we’ve built a relationship and I understand their personality, behaviour and recall, we can agree whether exploring further afield or walking off lead is appropriate. Building trust and a positive relationship with your pets is really important to me. I’ll take things at their pace, particularly with pets who are nervous, anxious or simply need a little longer to decide whether I’m worthy of their approval! I’m equally respectful of the fact that I’m being trusted with your home as well as your pets. About: I have been an animal lover all my life. I have one female Cocker Spaniel. I have had various different breeds of dogs over the years and have trained a fair few puppies. I have experience of dog sitting different breeds. I have recently trained a cocker spaniel with basic gun dog skills and he has recently gone on to live in a shooting family. I have also owned horses. I offer a friendly loving home environment where I will make your precious pet feel at home and safe. I work from home and so I am home all day. About: I have owned cats and horses my whole life and have dog sit on Rover for around 2 years. I have received 5* reviews from all owners. I have done walking, day care and boarding for long durations and have loved providing a safe and happy environment for every dog who has stayed. Having owned cats and horses my whole life I have a good attention to detail and make sure to cater to every pets specific needs. I am a patient and kind handler and a true animal lover. My two horses are pictured in the last slide. I am currently in my final year of studying an equine degree at Hartpury University, specialising in horse behaviour and welfare. I come home to Cheddar most weekends, when I am free to look after your pets. My weekday availability varies so please message if you have any out of hours requests and I will do my best to accommodate. I’m fortunate enough to live on a quiet private lane with a secure and gated patio and a small grass garden. We are tucked away from main roads and don’t get any through traffic. When staying overnight in my house I have the option to section off parts of my house with a baby gate or leave open the whole of downstairs which is plenty enough space for a larger dog. My house is very quiet and peaceful and so if your dog prefers a quieter environment they will be more than happy. I also have heaps of cozy blankets but please feel free to bring as many of your own as you like.

About: We were never allowed a dog when we were little (my and my sister) but then we inherited a dog from my grandparents and she couldn’t fit better to our slightly strange family - she was ridiculous and so funny. Lived till 16 and could’ve gone a bit longer but we decided that with her health issues it was better to say goodbye to her. That was last September and I still miss her like hell so connecting with other dogs makes this whole situation a bit better. I’m a freelance chef although I work very little in that area now. I also work online so can work from any location as long as I’ve got WiFi. That gives me a lot of time to provide the animals I take care of with lots of attention. I love finding out about their favourite toys or snacks to make the process of their parents being away easier. I’m very loving and caring, treat them like my own.

About: Growing up in country Australia I have been surrounded by all kinds of dogs from rescue greyhounds, senior citizens, and puppies my whole life. I have have a pooch of my own (a double doodle named Ffyn) and would love to take special care of your K9 family. I am experienced in house sitting, walking, and drop ins. We live in a cottage in the countryside with easy access to beautiful forest and field walks, and have a very comfortable sofa for your pooch to relax on after a nice walk. About: I started my Veterinary Nursing training when I was 18 years old and have not looked back since! I trained at an animal shelter practice and therefore have a good understanding of dogs with individual needs and temperaments. I have since qualified as an Emergency and Critical Care Nurse and now work as a Nursing Manager at a Large Veterinary Referral Hospital.
