About: I grew up with four dachshunds in the family home, standard and miniature. All had very different temperaments so I’m comfortable with pets that require special attention and care, understanding their unique personalities and needs. I have experience sitting dachshunds, spaniels, Staffordshire bull terriers, boxers, American bulldog, cavapoo, cockapoo, boarder terrier, Yorkshire terrier. I do have a 7 year old boy named Benjamin who has a calm and confident nature around dogs. I also currently have a staffy pup named Flo who is just over a year old and she absolutely adores other dogs and is the biggest softy you’ll ever meet. So I can only accept looking after dogs that are happy around children and other dogs. 😊 If boarding isn’t an option for your pet I do offer house sitting. My goal is always to create a safe, happy, and comfortable space for every pet I care for, treating them as if they were my own. 🐾 Insured sitter 🙂 I work part time as a dental nurse. Giving me Tuesdays and weekends free to look after your beloved pets, providing the playtime, cuddles and attention they need. I have a 2 bedroom house that does have a medium sized back garden that is enclosed with high fencing all round. I can take your 4 legged friend out for walks in the large field or woods near by on lead (unless agreed otherwise). I do also have space for those that need a pet sitter for their smaller animals such as hamsters, rats and gerbils. If your pet has any special dietary requirements please let me know.

I have a good-sized, fully enclosed garden for your dog to run around in or simply relax outside and enjoy the breeze. A typical day includes: • Regular walks in quiet local areas near Street • Playtime, cuddles, and plenty of interaction • Fresh water and feeding exactly to your instructions • A comfortable, designated rest area with their own bed and blankets from home • Photo and video updates so you can see they’re happy and settled With my Animal Behaviour and Welfare degree, I carefully introduce dogs to their new environment, read their body language to ensure they’re comfortable, and adapt my care to each dog’s individual needs — whether that’s extra quiet time, gentle play, or longer sniff walks. Dog Walking: Solo walks only — never group walks (unless specifically requested) — with my full attention at all times. I adapt the pace and style of every walk to suit your dog’s age and temperament. Safety is always my priority: I’m fully trained in pet first aid, and I always carry a pet first aid kit with me on walks.

About: I am able to work any day of the week and have experience with looking after both cats and dogs to a high standard and quality . I am fully flexible regarding days of the week with when I can provide my service and help care for your animals whilst you are away. I spoil my own cat and when helping to care for others animals I always ask them what they would want me to do for them and do it to the best I can .

About: I have a lifetime of experience in cat care and six years of dedicated rabbit care. Additionally, I have provided reliable dog walking and sitting services since I was 8 years old, Including teaching basic tricks and working on leash manners. I have some experience with exotics pets as I have worked with my local exotic pet refuge when I was younger. I am currently applying to university to study veterinary medicine. I do not have other work so am available most days unless something comes up. I treat all animals with respect and kindness showing them love and affection as if they were my own pet. I’m confident in administering medication, including insulin, and I’ve worked with dogs and cats of all ages and breeds — from fluffy long-hairs that need regular grooming to independent farm or feral cats. I have a company called Woofs & Whiskers, which provides pet and house sitting, which allows me to offer a wide range of availability during weekdays, weekends and school holidays (day and night). To supplement this during quieter months, I work as a bank support worker for adults with learning disabilities and autism. Working on the bank (0 hour contract) allows me to prioritise my I know that leaving your pets and your home in someone else’s care takes a huge amount of trust. My aim is always to make things as familiar, calm and consistent as possible for your pets while you’re away, and to give you the reassurance that they’re being well cared for. Wherever possible, I will maintain your pet’s usual routine, including their normal feeding times, walks, bedtime routines and the little habits that help them feel secure. I’m happy to administer medication, follow specialist or prescribed diets, and work with any individual care instructions you provide. For dogs, I will initially stick to walking routes and areas they already know, rather than introducing unfamiliar places straight away. Once we’ve built a relationship and I understand their personality, behaviour and recall, we can agree whether exploring further afield or walking off lead is appropriate. Building trust and a positive relationship with your pets is really important to me. I’ll take things at their pace, particularly with pets who are nervous, anxious or simply need a little longer to decide whether I’m worthy of their approval! I’m equally respectful of the fact that I’m being trusted with your home as well as your pets. I will only use or enter the areas of your home that are necessary for their care and will always aim to leave your home exactly as I found it. While you’re away, I’ll maintain regular contact and updates, including photos and messages as agreed, so you know how everyone is getting on without having to wonder or chase for information. About: Hello and thank you for considering me to look after your furbaby. I've been an animal lover all my life and I've been a mum to four dogs (a chihuahua, a fox terrier mix, a Scottish terrier and an American Pitbull), 2 ragdoll cats, one rabbit, one pet rat, several parrots and budgies, two turtles and 3 goldfish. I now live in Ilchester with my husband and two cats. I'm really interested in pet nutrition, wellbeing and enrichment and I love spending time with furry, feathered or scaly friends. I have experience with shy/nervous dogs as two of our family dogs were quite timid around strangers. I'm fit and active so walks are never a problem and I enjoy providing some indoor play / training exercises too for curious doggies. I'm just as happy cuddling on the couch if you have a more laid back or senior pup. I know how daunting it can be to find someone to look after my pets when we go away so I decided to offer my services to people in my area. I'm lucky to be working from home so I won't have to leave your pet for long periods of time during the day. About: I am a final year vet student. I have grown up with a range of animals and have worked with a rescue and rehabilitation centre since I was 15. I am first aid trained and have completed relevant behaviour and training courses. I currently have a 4 year old German shepherd/ malamute cross called bonsai, a rescue cat called Marnie, a rescue chameleon (gaius), guinea pigs (marjory and Gladys) and a hamster (goose). I am happy to look after small animals and exotics. So please send me a message if this is something you’re interested in. I am currently a final year vet student. Throughout the week I am usually free before and after uni/ work but this is flexible for middle day drops in too etc. When caring for your pet I will follow your routine and care for your pets as you would -giving them lots of care. As for dog walking, I have experience walking giant/ large breeds and small breeds. This also includes caring for confident and nervous/ reactive breeds. About: Growing up in country Australia I have been surrounded by all kinds of dogs from rescue greyhounds, senior citizens, and puppies my whole life. I have have a pooch of my own (a double doodle named Ffyn) and would love to take special care of your K9 family. I am experienced in house sitting, walking, and drop ins. I currently own a doodle puppy who would love the company of another dog, young or old. I work from home part of the week and my partner works from home full time. We live in a cottage in the countryside with easy access to beautiful forest and field walks, and have a very comfortable sofa for your pooch to relax on after a nice walk. We have a fully fenced garden and outdoor area. The house with its thick stone walls stays lovely and cool in hot weather where the dogs love to relax inside.

Whether it’s taking an energetic pup on long walks, cuddling with a senior dog, or making sure a curious kitten stays out of trouble, I approach every pet with love and care. You can trust me to treat your furry (or scaly!) family members as if they were my own, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. Although I don’t have formal qualifications in dog training, I have extensive hands-on experience with animals, particularly in training both cats and dogs with consistent discipline. This has given me a deep understanding of their behaviors and training needs. I currently work a part time job in retail but I am recently working more hours to earn some extra cash. I work 40 hours a week but I am in a position to decrease this if pet sitting really takes off! Most days I will finish my work day at 6pm so I am available in the evenings after 6pm. Thursdays and Sundays are my guaranteed days off so overnight stays are absolutely doable on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Walkies and at home sitting is absolutely doable for me after a work day. I have a 2 bedroom house with a small/medium fenced garden. We have a cat and a dog in our home and our dog is 17 years old so she is being rather intensely cared for at the moment due to recently having an operation on her eye. My cat is indoor/outdoor but very much enjoys his own space and company, loves to roam in the greenery outside our house. Out the front of my house is a large field which gets used by myself and neighbours to let the furries have a run around. Both pets are fed at the same time each day and are fed together, they enjoy eating their dinners together. Padfoot (my cat) is always waiting at the door by 5pm as he knows it’s dinner time!

About: I have owned cats and horses my whole life and have dog sit on Rover for around 2 years. I have received 5* reviews from all owners. I have done walking, day care and boarding for long durations and have loved providing a safe and happy environment for every dog who has stayed. Having owned cats and horses my whole life I have a good attention to detail and make sure to cater to every pets specific needs. I am a patient and kind handler and a true animal lover. My two horses are pictured in the last slide. I am currently in my final year of studying an equine degree at Hartpury University, specialising in horse behaviour and welfare. I come home to Cheddar most weekends, when I am free to look after your pets. My weekday availability varies so please message if you have any out of hours requests and I will do my best to accommodate. I’m fortunate enough to live on a quiet private lane with a secure and gated patio and a small grass garden. We are tucked away from main roads and don’t get any through traffic. When staying overnight in my house I have the option to section off parts of my house with a baby gate or leave open the whole of downstairs which is plenty enough space for a larger dog. My house is very quiet and peaceful and so if your dog prefers a quieter environment they will be more than happy. I also have heaps of cozy blankets but please feel free to bring as many of your own as you like.
