About: I have a lifetime of experience in cat care and six years of dedicated rabbit care. Additionally, I have provided reliable dog walking and sitting services since I was 8 years old, Including teaching basic tricks and working on leash manners. I have some experience with exotics pets as I have worked with my local exotic pet refuge when I was younger. I am currently applying to university to study veterinary medicine. About: I’m a seasoned pet sitter with 4+ years of experience and a full house of my own. I’m confident in administering medication, including insulin, and I’ve worked with dogs and cats of all ages and breeds — from fluffy long-hairs that need regular grooming to independent farm or feral cats. I have a company called Woofs & Whiskers, which provides pet and house sitting, which allows me to offer a wide range of availability during weekdays, weekends and school holidays (day and night). To supplement this during quieter months, I work as a bank support worker for adults with learning disabilities and autism. Working on the bank (0 hour contract) allows me to prioritise my I know that leaving your pets and your home in someone else’s care takes a huge amount of trust. My aim is always to make things as familiar, calm and consistent as possible for your pets while you’re away, and to give you the reassurance that they’re being well cared for. Wherever possible, I will maintain your pet’s usual routine, including their normal feeding times, walks, bedtime routines and the little habits that help them feel secure. I’m happy to administer medication, follow specialist or prescribed diets, and work with any individual care instructions you provide. For dogs, I will initially stick to walking routes and areas they already know, rather than introducing unfamiliar places straight away. Once we’ve built a relationship and I understand their personality, behaviour and recall, we can agree whether exploring further afield or walking off lead is appropriate. Building trust and a positive relationship with your pets is really important to me. I’ll take things at their pace, particularly with pets who are nervous, anxious or simply need a little longer to decide whether I’m worthy of their approval! I’m equally respectful of the fact that I’m being trusted with your home as well as your pets. I will only use or enter the areas of your home that are necessary for their care and will always aim to leave your home exactly as I found it. About: Hello and thank you for considering me to look after your furbaby. I've been an animal lover all my life and I've been a mum to four dogs (a chihuahua, a fox terrier mix, a Scottish terrier and an American Pitbull), 2 ragdoll cats, one rabbit, one pet rat, several parrots and budgies, two turtles and 3 goldfish. I now live in Ilchester with my husband and two cats. I'm really interested in pet nutrition, wellbeing and enrichment and I love spending time with furry, feathered or scaly friends. I have experience with shy/nervous dogs as two of our family dogs were quite timid around strangers. I'm fit and active so walks are never a problem and I enjoy providing some indoor play / training exercises too for curious doggies. I'm just as happy cuddling on the couch if you have a more laid back or senior pup. I know how daunting it can be to find someone to look after my pets when we go away so I decided to offer my services to people in my area. I'm lucky to be working from home so I won't have to leave your pet for long periods of time during the day. If you need someone to look after your dog or cat while you take a much deserved holiday, I'd be happy to help. I work from home as a part time marketing manager, which makes pet sitting possible. About: Growing up in country Australia I have been surrounded by all kinds of dogs from rescue greyhounds, senior citizens, and puppies my whole life. I have have a pooch of my own (a double doodle named Ffyn) and would love to take special care of your K9 family. I am experienced in house sitting, walking, and drop ins. I currently own a doodle puppy who would love the company of another dog, young or old. I work from home part of the week and my partner works from home full time. We live in a cottage in the countryside with easy access to beautiful forest and field walks, and have a very comfortable sofa for your pooch to relax on after a nice walk. We have a fully fenced garden and outdoor area. The house with its thick stone walls stays lovely and cool in hot weather where the dogs love to relax inside.

Although I don’t have formal qualifications in dog training, I have extensive hands-on experience with animals, particularly in training both cats and dogs with consistent discipline. This has given me a deep understanding of their behaviors and training needs. I currently work a part time job in retail but I am recently working more hours to earn some extra cash. I work 40 hours a week but I am in a position to decrease this if pet sitting really takes off! Most days I will finish my work day at 6pm so I am available in the evenings after 6pm. Thursdays and Sundays are my guaranteed days off so overnight stays are absolutely doable on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Walkies and at home sitting is absolutely doable for me after a work day. I have a 2 bedroom house with a small/medium fenced garden. We have a cat and a dog in our home and our dog is 17 years old so she is being rather intensely cared for at the moment due to recently having an operation on her eye. My cat is indoor/outdoor but very much enjoys his own space and company, loves to roam in the greenery outside our house. Out the front of my house is a large field which gets used by myself and neighbours to let the furries have a run around. Both pets are fed at the same time each day and are fed together, they enjoy eating their dinners together. Padfoot (my cat) is always waiting at the door by 5pm as he knows it’s dinner time!

About: Recently starting my own pet care service business, Mooches for pooches, I’m all about making your furry friend as happy as they can possible be! I’m currently available to help you and your furry friend out Monday to friday, morning until evening! Weekend sitting will be available if booked in advance. About: I’ve worked in animal rescue so I’m very used to a wide variety of dogs, breed and size. Also worked with a variety of needs also. I have my own dogs. One since a pup who was challenging and then became reactive. She is doing amazing now! And I have a foreign rescue who posed many opposite challenges so I’m able to adapt to the dogs needs. I have ten years experience in the nhs but I’m looking at going into a career with dogs now. It’s my main passion. I’ve been told I’m very calm and patient with dogs which draws many dogs to me. I have attended all sorts of workshops and classes with my own dogs including: puppy/adolescent classes, trick training, parkour, scentwork, mantrailing, barnhunt, Canicross, paddle boarding, agility and hoopers to name a few. I try and include things I think your dog may enjoy on our walks. I have completed many online courses from canine first aid, canine body language and behaviour and dog walking. I have also spent a lot of time observing behaviourists, trainers, walkers, vets, vet nurses, hydrotherapists and physios to gain as much knowledge and experience as I can. I’m currently doing odd bits of work with dogs including training/behaviour work with supervision and hydrotherapy/physio assistant work. So my diary is currently very flexible. I know lots of local walks and I’m very used to finding quieter walks if that’s what a dog needs. I also know good busier areas for bits of dog training depending on the dogs requirements. I also live on private land with some secure fields so that is an option also.
