About: Hi I’m Fran and am passionate about providing a fun and loving care experience for your beloved pets. We have nurtured rescue cats and dogs over many years. Rabbits, rats, gerbils and tortoises have also been part of our little menagerie. Animals have always been part of our family life and our home is feeling a little empty now the children have flown the nest and Kitty left us for cat heaven recently. Myself and husband can offer a roomy, quiet home from home, with an enclosed garden. I can offer home stays, home visits, daily walking please feel free discuss you and your pets needs; as I’m super flexible. When you entrust your pets to me, you can rest assured that they'll be treated as if they were my own. I’ll provide clear communication, so you'll receive regular updates on your pet's well-being while you're away. Whether it's ensuring they get their medications, exercise, or cuddle time, I'm committed to maintaining their routines and keeping them happy. I’m currently at home full time, so have space and time to look after your pets needs with my full attention. My husband also works from home, so someone is about even if I have to pop to the shop. Can offer cuddles and hugs for any other animals that need the care whilst you’re away, happy to discuss. I can work with you to tailor care in our home, or at yours. I’m happy to discuss regular or occasional walks, day or overnight care. We have a fully enclosed garden, plenty of space at home, a car for visits and doggy days out.

About: I'm a gap year student based in Wells with a genuine love for animals of all kinds. I am comfortable and confident caring for dogs of all sizes, cats, rodents, birds, reptiles, and aquatic animals, with past experience. I have completed dog walking work experience, volunteered with the RSPCA, and have experience training and caring for my own pets as well as friends’ animals. I’m currently on a gap year, so I have a very flexible schedule and am available every day of the week for pet sitting, walks, and drop-in visits. I always aim to create a calm, safe, and comfortable environment for every pet in my care. About: I am very caring and can provide lots of attention. I love to run and be active outside of work playing football and going to the gym and doing lots of cardio with running and walking. Will be able to take the animals on lots of long walks with my ultra and marathon history. I work Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm in an office but this can be done from home. I always have Fridays, Saturday & Sundays free and have easy transport with owning a car. I will ensure it is always as you left it and keep the house clean and respected. I will ensure to treat any home I am in like I would my own and respect and look after everything.

About: Growing up animals have always been a big part of my life. Pets of mine have included a dog, three cats, three hamsters, a gerbil and two guinea pigs. Taking care of animals has never been chore but a willing passion to cater to the needs of any animal. Following this passion growing up, I have recently complete degree in animal management. This qualification included regular, day to day tasks such as - feeding, housing, nursing and husbandry activities regarding a wide variety of animals. I currently have no set in stone commitments other than to the animals in my household as I have recently finished my level 3 extended diploma in animal management and care. However, I am eager to devote all my time into caring for animals when ever the opportunities arise. I care for animals of my own and others to the upmost respect and professional standard, following and referring to professional acts and legislations such as the animal welfare act 2006. All legislative factors regarding animals I have studied in great detail whilst completing my level 3 extended diploma in animal management and care.

About: I've had experience with all ages of dogs including puppies and older dogs. I've grown up with dogs all my life and seek them out at any opportunity! Including travelling around South East Asia where I volunteered in a dog rescue and rehabilitation facility for 2 weeks. I am currently unemployed due to being between two travelling trips (going away again in September) which means I have lots of free time to give to your pets! Previously I was a class teacher in a primary school for 3 years. When at home I have shared responsibility of bringing up a puppy (who is now 4), including walks and feeding. During my volunteering I was able responsible for cleaning, creating an inviting safe environment and administering medication.

About: I’ve been surrounded by pets including dogs, horses and cats my whole life. I live on a farm surrounded by 4 dogs and 4 horses and am frequently responsible for their care. I am comfortable caring for any kind of pet, including very young puppies. One of my dogs has had litters, and I am frequently called upon by owners of the litters to pet sit while they are on holidays. I thoroughly enjoy the outdoors and am responsible for the majority of dog walking at home. I’m currently on summer holidays from my medical degree so I have plenty of free time all days of the week for pet care. I work every now and again for a weddings company but usually just once a week so my availability is very flexible. This also allows me to be flexible on very short notice. I have lots of experience in pet care as a foundation and will tailor this to your individual pets needs. I enjoy pets company but also am organised in a practical sense to ensure walking, feeding and cleanliness are all optimised for your pet.

About: I was born in an animal lover family where we always had cats in the house. The cats were adopted from shelters and streets of Turkey and they all had special needs (kidney insufficiency, diabetes, autoimmune diseases) From a very early age, I've been responsible of taking care of them, changing their litters, feeding them, giving their medication and playing with them! The strong bond we formed over the years is so strong and I've been missing them so very much as I do not longer live in Turkey and residing in London. After my years of experience with the cats in the houses, I was a volunteer in an animal shelter for a year where I received experience in dog care, where we had long and fun walks, grooming, feeding, encouraging them to socialise them with other dogs and lots of play. I am only working 2 days a week either day-shift (08:00-14:30) or night-shift (14:30-22:00) and I am home the rest of the week so I have a plenty of time taking care of your pups and cats! About: I grew up with animals of all sorts in Kenya, and have had various pets throughout my life: dogs, cats, rabbits, gerbils, tortoises, fish, and a giant snail. My last dog (boxer) was a family pet, which I trained from a puppy, and cared for until she grew old. My cats came to me as kittens and lived long happy lives with me. I've looked after friends' and neighbours' dogs, walking, playing with them, and having them overnight or for several days at a time. I have a large garden in rural Somerset - perfectly suited for dogs. I love all animals! I am a freelance artist, and work mainly from home. I can offer many hours of company in the daytime, and am always at home overnight. I wake early so the morning feed and walk is easily done. I have a large spacious fenced garden, in a rural village in Somerset. I keep pets downstairs to roam freely in the sitting room and kitchen. I can crate your pet if needed, when I go out.

About: I’ve worked in animal rescue so I’m very used to a wide variety of dogs, breed and size. Also worked with a variety of needs also. I have my own dogs. One since a pup who was challenging and then became reactive. She is doing amazing now! And I have a foreign rescue who posed many opposite challenges so I’m able to adapt to the dogs needs. I have ten years experience in the nhs but I’m looking at going into a career with dogs now. It’s my main passion. I’ve been told I’m very calm and patient with dogs which draws many dogs to me. I have attended all sorts of workshops and classes with my own dogs including: puppy/adolescent classes, trick training, parkour, scentwork, mantrailing, barnhunt, Canicross, paddle boarding, agility and hoopers to name a few. I try and include things I think your dog may enjoy on our walks. I have completed many online courses from canine first aid, canine body language and behaviour and dog walking. I have also spent a lot of time observing behaviourists, trainers, walkers, vets, vet nurses, hydrotherapists and physios to gain as much knowledge and experience as I can. I’m currently doing odd bits of work with dogs including training/behaviour work with supervision and hydrotherapy/physio assistant work. So my diary is currently very flexible. I know lots of local walks and I’m very used to finding quieter walks if that’s what a dog needs. I also know good busier areas for bits of dog training depending on the dogs requirements. I also live on private land with some secure fields so that is an option also.
