About: I grew up in the countryside with a large menagerie of animals and then went into pet sitting. I have several regular clients who book me on repeat every year because I provide a great level of care for their pets. Genuine animal lover and love getting out and about in the countryside with a four legged friend or 3. Fun, fresh air and snuggles guaranteed. I work from home and I'm self employed which means I'm free to go for walkies whenever it's needed and I'm always with your pet to keep them company. I have a home educated daughter who is a real animal lover and has grown up pet sitting with me since she was a few months old. We both love to get out and about in the countryside and love the company of a dog or two on our rambles. We know the area well and always seek out great dog walks and places for them to play. I have a fenced garden and a warm, cosy home where pets can hop onto the bed or sofas for cuddles. I live on the edge of the countryside so only 5 minutes walk before we reach open fields, hills and streams for playtime. I have been pet sitting for many years and always take impeccable care of their homes and pets.

About: What can I say about cats? Cats have been part of my life and the centre of our family life since childhood. I have experience with rescue cats, that need extra patience and care to settle. Having rescued farm cats and those from animal sanctuaries. In the past I when living in Dubai I fostered street cats with a local charity, whilst they found their forever home. I have availability to take care of your cats overnight at your home, pop in feeds-whatever your needs. Please discuss any extra special needs: allergies, medication or sickness and any human anxieties, I’ll be happy to work through any issues.
“So pleased with the service provided from Cherie today! The app is brilliant, I would say that after doing a long shift at work and leaving my house cat alone for that long always leaves me feeling uneasy but being new to the area, I couldn't ask anyone to just drop in. Trilby has been introduced to a new friend whilst I'm at work and its gone amazingly. The photo updates were very lovely and gave me piece of mind at work! Definitely worth doing again and has given me confidence to think re. Future plans about possibly having a house sitting booking 😊 thank you. She definitely got the attention that I would have expected. I have heard of some reviews where poeple go in and read a book whilst being paid....I was looking for more interaction with my house cat so I come home on a Monday evening with a less energetic kitty and that's what I had. 💕🤗 x”

Lots of pics and videos help put us at ease too! Will be booking in again for our next trip!! X”

About: I grew up with pets of all sorts, and have had two cats which I reared since they were kittens, both very special to me. One of my cats was diabetic so needed insulin jabs, which I administered. I have looked after friends' and neighbours' pets over the years. I love all animals!
About: Growing up animals have always been a big part of my life. Pets of mine have included a dog, three cats, three hamsters, a gerbil and two guinea pigs. Taking care of animals has never been chore but a willing passion to cater to the needs of any animal. Following this passion growing up, I have recently complete degree in animal management. This qualification included regular, day to day tasks such as - feeding, housing, nursing and husbandry activities regarding a wide variety of animals. I currently have no set in stone commitments other than to the animals in my household as I have recently finished my level 3 extended diploma in animal management and care. However, I am eager to devote all my time into caring for animals when ever the opportunities arise. I care for animals of my own and others to the upmost respect and professional standard, following and referring to professional acts and legislations such as the animal welfare act 2006. All legislative factors regarding animals I have studied in great detail whilst completing my level 3 extended diploma in animal management and care.
About: I bring a well-rounded pet care background that combines hands-on experience with a genuine love for animals. I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all ages, from energetic puppies who need consistent training and socialization to senior pets who require patience, medication management, and a gentle approach. What sets me apart is my attention to detail and commitment to tailoring care to each pet’s unique personality and needs. I’m confident in handling lead training, basic obedience reinforcement, and maintaining consistent routines to help pets feel secure. I’m also experienced in recognising signs of stress or discomfort, which allows me to provide responsive and compassionate care. Most importantly, I treat every pet as if they were my own—making sure they feel safe, loved, and happy while their family is away. My partner and I both work from home. We have a dog and cat of our own so are already hands on with looking after them. Having your pet stay with us, they'll be treated like one of our family Safety and trust are my top priorities whenever I care for pets, whether in my home or in a pet owner’s home. I make sure the environment is safe, comfortable, and suited to each pet’s needs. In a pet owner’s home, I respect their space and follow their instructions closely to keep routines consistent—everything from feeding schedules and exercise to favorite toys and cozy spots. I double-check that doors, gates, and fences are secure, and I provide regular updates with photos so owners feel at ease. If I’m hosting in my own home, I create a safe and welcoming space by removing hazards, ensuring plenty of fresh water, and providing enrichment through walks, playtime, and cuddle time. I keep a close eye on behavior and body language, and I’m comfortable adjusting the environment to reduce stress or overstimulation. No matter the setting, I treat each pet with patience, compassion, and the same care I’d want for my own.
About: I’ve worked in animal rescue so I’m very used to a wide variety of dogs, breed and size. Also worked with a variety of needs also. I have my own dogs. One since a pup who was challenging and then became reactive. She is doing amazing now! And I have a foreign rescue who posed many opposite challenges so I’m able to adapt to the dogs needs. I have ten years experience in the nhs but I’m looking at going into a career with dogs now. It’s my main passion. I’ve been told I’m very calm and patient with dogs which draws many dogs to me. I have attended all sorts of workshops and classes with my own dogs including: puppy/adolescent classes, trick training, parkour, scentwork, mantrailing, barnhunt, Canicross, paddle boarding, agility and hoopers to name a few. I try and include things I think your dog may enjoy on our walks. I have completed many online courses from canine first aid, canine body language and behaviour and dog walking. I have also spent a lot of time observing behaviourists, trainers, walkers, vets, vet nurses, hydrotherapists and physios to gain as much knowledge and experience as I can. I’m currently doing odd bits of work with dogs including training/behaviour work with supervision and hydrotherapy/physio assistant work. So my diary is currently very flexible. I know lots of local walks and I’m very used to finding quieter walks if that’s what a dog needs. I also know good busier areas for bits of dog training depending on the dogs requirements. I also live on private land with some secure fields so that is an option also.
About: I’ve been surrounded by pets including dogs, horses and cats my whole life. I live on a farm surrounded by 4 dogs and 4 horses and am frequently responsible for their care. I am comfortable caring for any kind of pet, including very young puppies. One of my dogs has had litters, and I am frequently called upon by owners of the litters to pet sit while they are on holidays. I thoroughly enjoy the outdoors and am responsible for the majority of dog walking at home. I’m currently on summer holidays from my medical degree so I have plenty of free time all days of the week for pet care. I work every now and again for a weddings company but usually just once a week so my availability is very flexible. This also allows me to be flexible on very short notice. I have lots of experience in pet care as a foundation and will tailor this to your individual pets needs. I enjoy pets company but also am organised in a practical sense to ensure walking, feeding and cleanliness are all optimised for your pet.
About: I grew up caring for a variety of animals including dogs, cats, sheep, pigs, llamas and ponies and have always befriended animals. I currently have a 3 year old Lab and an absolutely mad 1 year old Sprocker Spaniel and we're usually out exploring beaches, woods, and footpaths. I have experience with high energy dogs, puppies and senior dogs. I have recently left my graduate job to reassess my career path so have plenty of time for long dog walks and lots of cuddles! I am very respectful of your rules, routines and pet security and I will ensure your pet is cared for to the best standard possible.

“We left our elderly terrier Indi with Rachel for an afternoon as we were visiting Wells to attend a family birthday lunch at a venue that was not dog friendly. As soon as we met Rachel and her dog Buster we knew that Indi was in safe hands and felt confident to leave her. The house was warm and comfortable, Indi was asleep on the sofa when we came to collect her. Thank You Rachel and Buster.”

About: I wanted a dog my whole life and once I finally bought my own place thats exactly what I did. I have a 18 month old Whippet named Bobby. He's very calm and patient for his age, he's the perfect pooch to put any dog through their paces. He is so patient with Puppies and loves to sprint after or away from Bigger dogs. He's also happy following if you want your dog taken on a run. He's not precious or defensive with sharing his toys. I go on two hour walks every day. Roughly 12-1 & 4.30 - 5.30. I go for longer at the weekends. Rodden Meadow, Waylands, Spring Gardens & Watcombe Fields. Bobby is a great and reassuring companion for any dog. We have a garden a few minutes walk from our house with a cabin so we can all hangout in the open. Our cottage has stone floor so any puppy accidents are not an issue.
“Rob looked after my dog extremely well, he and his family were incredible with my dog and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others :) She actually didn’t want to leave!! Thank you Rob and Family!”

About: I’ve lived with cats my whole life, from strays to kittens, at one point we had seven ! I also have experience house sitting, baby sitting and dog sitting. I’m currently back from travelling and searching for a more permanent job so I can completely work around any schedule needed. I’m happy to cover hours during the day, walks, or overnight stays ! I aim to create a secure and trusted environment so you can travel/work/holiday stress free without worrying about the pets at home :)
“Lauren was great. While we were at a wedding in a new area, she walked our dog and also popped back later to let him out for the loo again. She also popped by the evening before briefly to meet him first. She was very friendly and our dog seemed to enjoy her company and playing with her. Recommend.”

About: I have taken care of 2 of my own dogs and 2 cats as, as well as volunteering my local dog kennel charity to help with walking and feeding. I have lots of experience with walking small and large sized dog on short and long walks, feeding when needed, bathing them and ensuring they are all happy, whilst prioritising their wellbeing. I am able to accommodate for any requirements with mornings, afternoons and evenings being the most applicable for my personal schedule. I will prioritise the wellbeing of all pets in my care and make sure they have been taken out enough for toilet breaks, walks and general play time outside. I will always make sure that pets get enough love and attention as this is a priority for me to ensure that all pets are happy. I find it hard to not treat any pet in my care like my own so they will definitely get loads of cuddles and attention. I’m currently working remotely from home so I have lots of time to take care of any pets! Either at home care or on walks, anything suits my schedule as I create my own daily routine. I have lots of experience with keeping active dogs entertained, as well has looking after more relaxed dogs as well.
“Utterly brilliant dog walker and trainer, mouse loved Jen and Jen’s dog Nala. I trusted her and felt entirely comfortable. Jen even went to the effort to hire an enclosed field during the walking booking so Mouse could practice recall. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Jen again.”

I have had cats for the last few years and am experienced informally with looking after friends and family’s dogs whilst they are away etc. Dog walking has been a joy all my life and I’m keen to continue doing it, despite losing our Alys recently. I currently work from home and would love the opportunity to dog walk on my lunch breaks or after work depending on what is needed. My job can be demanding so after work is preferable, however I am reliable and would not let you down last minute. I am flexible and keen to fit this in as it means a lot to me. I have a car and am happy to transport if needed, to go to good dog walking areas. I would ensure we discussed safety and any anxieties/quirks your dog has prior to taking them out. A meet and greet is essential so the dog is happy and you are comfortable.
“This was my second booking with Nezli. She was brilliant again. Very reliable, great communication and very helpful and accommodating. My dog absolutely loves her and her friend and I look forward to further bookings and her help. Thank you Nezli ✨✨✨”

About: As a lifelong animal lover, I’ve had the joy of caring for a variety of pets—dogs, cats, puppies, elderly dogs, hamsters, and even fish! I understand that each pet has its own unique personality, needs, and quirks, and I pride myself on being attentive, patient, and adaptable. Whether it’s taking an energetic pup on long walks, cuddling with a senior dog, or making sure a curious kitten stays out of trouble, I approach every pet with love and care. You can trust me to treat your furry (or scaly!) family members as if they were my own, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. Although I don’t have formal qualifications in dog training, I have extensive hands-on experience with animals, particularly in training both cats and dogs with consistent discipline. This has given me a deep understanding of their behaviors and training needs. I currently work a part time job in retail but I am recently working more hours to earn some extra cash. I work 40 hours a week but I am in a position to decrease this if pet sitting really takes off! Most days I will finish my work day at 6pm so I am available in the evenings after 6pm. Thursdays and Sundays are my guaranteed days off so overnight stays are absolutely doable on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Walkies and at home sitting is absolutely doable for me after a work day. I have a 2 bedroom house with a small/medium fenced garden. We have a cat and a dog in our home and our dog is 17 years old so she is being rather intensely cared for at the moment due to recently having an operation on her eye. My cat is indoor/outdoor but very much enjoys his own space and company, loves to roam in the greenery outside our house. Out the front of my house is a large field which gets used by myself and neighbours to let the furries have a run around. Both pets are fed at the same time each day and are fed together, they enjoy eating their dinners together. Padfoot (my cat) is always waiting at the door by 5pm as he knows it’s dinner time!

“Andre was great, he is Quick to response to any queries, great rural location with nice big enclosed garden for dogs. Sasha and Ziggy took to him straight away and both loved all the attention, thank you for having them.”

“Nick and his family looked after our boys so well. We got a lot of pictures while we were away of them on adventures, whether it was on a woodland walk, cuddles in the house or playing ball in an enclosed field so they could be off the lead. It looked like the boys enjoyed their holiday too!”

“Fiona was wonderful with my little elderly dachshund He is quite anxious but Fiona took good care of him with plenty of cuddles She was very accommodating to any special requests and requirements for him I felt very comfortable leaving him in Fiona’s care I would not hesitate to have Fiona look after him again”

“I cannot thank Lily enough for not only taking amazing care of Harlow but also doing it on such short notice! I was kept updated throughout Harlows stay and she seemed so happy to be with Lily and her amazing family :) I should be recommending Lily to anyone that will listen but then I’m afraid she will be too busy to be Harlows step mum haha Lily your amazing thank you so much for everything you did I cannot express how appreciative I am for everything you did for my pup”

“Charlie was very well looked after by Fraser and his wife. She was settled and happy and she appeared to have made herself very much at home and from the photos, enjoyed herself thoroughly. I would definitely recommend using Fraser and we will be booking again in the future. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our little girl.”

“Rachel and Buster have been great with Toby . Lots of communication and funny updates and photos . Rachel has a great understanding of dogs and is a lighthearted warm carer … thank you”

“This was our first time leaving our two (very energetic!) spaniels with Aleksandra and we could not be happier! Meg and Moss were clearly well looked after, walked well and very happy when we picked them up. Aleksandra kept me updated lots throughout the day which I really appreciated and was super flexible with picking up and dropping off. We will definitely be back!”

About: I’ve had dogs since I was 11 and have been responsible for their training. I am happy to give any medication or adapt any walks/stays for your dogs needs. I currently work from home for the majority of the time. I can take your dog for walks when needed and have my own dog who loves other dogs. I have a very friendly dog for company for your pup. I live by a woods for nice walks and have experience with different behaviours and can do whatever is best for your pup.
“Lovely home with countryside walks. Tiggy always enjoys visiting and hanging out with George. We highly recommend Lee and he will continue to be out first choice for overnight stays for our fur baby!!”

“Theo had the best time with Zack once again. His first long weekend away (which we were kind of nervous about!) but he was absolutely settled. Even made himself a new best friend with the neighbour's dog - a pleasant surprise for us! Couldn't recommend Zack enough and already planning for the next one :)”

“Very caring towards my senior dog. Excellent communication whilst on walks and sleeps. They really took extra care as Picasso has his additional needs and I am very grateful. Thank you I would highly recommend”

“Becky and her partner were excellent with Ziggy❤️ As a young bigger dog it was important to us that he was in the right hands which he definitely was! He settled in fine and there was great communication and updates. I’ll be contacting Becky again if we need anyone to look after him in the future😊”
About: I have been in love with dogs since a young age, where I adopted a jack russell/rottweiler mix that became my best friend throughout my teenage years. We now have a large male golden retriever who is 6 years old, Kivu. We have a family with two young kids who love dogs. I wish we could offer Kivu a second dog companion but can't afford it at this stage, but would be very happy to have a boarder so he gets some social time. We walk 3-4 times a day, 2 of which are off lead in beautiful paths in the forest. We have a river close by with trails as well in Great Elm for those who love swimming l. We were really into dog training and did beginner gundog obedience with ours. We have treats at home and can work with dogs off lead if they're trained. Our dogs sleep downstaurs - we have a large house with two living rooms so they can be separated if they'd rather some time alone. Any dog we host needs to be kind to young kids and ok with a very friendly, albeit large, dog. Kivu is unneutered and gets along with the vast majority of other dogs, even males and unneutered. It is worth checking whether they will get along if your dog is also an equally sized male of a similar age.
“We have used Alex twice so far to look after Biscuit during the day for long day trips. She's quick at replying, reliable and sends lots of pictures! Couldn't fault her.”

“Kate looked after Olive and Martin for a week and was amazing from start to finish! We had a meetup before the booking to have a chat and see if it would be a good fit for them to stay and I instantly felt it was the right home for them whilst I was away. Kate kept in regular contact and I had lovely photos showing my doggies looking very happy. They were treated like part of the family with top notch care. Would not hesitate to recommend and will be booking again for sure myself...thankyou so much Kate!”

“Brian took care of our 2 year old samoyed, Naela, for two nights over our wedding weekend. Brian was super flexible and accommodating with timings, and took her out for numerous walks across fields. She was certainly a very happy dog when we picked her up! Will definitely be going back to Brian again for future dogsitting needs!”
