About: I’ve worked in animal rescue so I’m very used to a wide variety of dogs, breed and size. Also worked with a variety of needs also. I have my own dogs. One since a pup who was challenging and then became reactive. She is doing amazing now! And I have a foreign rescue who posed many opposite challenges so I’m able to adapt to the dogs needs. I have ten years experience in the nhs but I’m looking at going into a career with dogs now. It’s my main passion. I’ve been told I’m very calm and patient with dogs which draws many dogs to me. I have attended all sorts of workshops and classes with my own dogs including: puppy/adolescent classes, trick training, parkour, scentwork, mantrailing, barnhunt, Canicross, paddle boarding, agility and hoopers to name a few. I try and include things I think your dog may enjoy on our walks. I have completed many online courses from canine first aid, canine body language and behaviour and dog walking. About: I wanted a dog my whole life and once I finally bought my own place thats exactly what I did. I have a 18 month old Whippet named Bobby. He's very calm and patient for his age, he's the perfect pooch to put any dog through their paces. He is so patient with Puppies and loves to sprint after or away from Bigger dogs. He's also happy following if you want your dog taken on a run. He's not precious or defensive with sharing his toys. I go on two hour walks every day. Roughly 12-1 & 4.30 - 5.30. I go for longer at the weekends. Rodden Meadow, Waylands, Spring Gardens & Watcombe Fields. Bobby is a great and reassuring companion for any dog. We have a garden a few minutes walk from our house with a cabin so we can all hangout in the open. Our cottage has stone floor so any puppy accidents are not an issue.

About: I am very caring and can provide lots of attention. I love to run and be active outside of work playing football and going to the gym and doing lots of cardio with running and walking. Will be able to take the animals on lots of long walks with my ultra and marathon history. I work Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm in an office but this can be done from home. I always have Fridays, Saturday & Sundays free and have easy transport with owning a car. I will ensure it is always as you left it and keep the house clean and respected. I will ensure to treat any home I am in like I would my own and respect and look after everything.

About: I’ve been surrounded by pets including dogs, horses and cats my whole life. I live on a farm surrounded by 4 dogs and 4 horses and am frequently responsible for their care. I am comfortable caring for any kind of pet, including very young puppies. One of my dogs has had litters, and I am frequently called upon by owners of the litters to pet sit while they are on holidays. I thoroughly enjoy the outdoors and am responsible for the majority of dog walking at home. I’m currently on summer holidays from my medical degree so I have plenty of free time all days of the week for pet care. I work every now and again for a weddings company but usually just once a week so my availability is very flexible. This also allows me to be flexible on very short notice. I have lots of experience in pet care as a foundation and will tailor this to your individual pets needs. I enjoy pets company but also am organised in a practical sense to ensure walking, feeding and cleanliness are all optimised for your pet.

About: I’m Lucy, I’m 29 and I have had dogs my entire life. Dogs are a huge part of my life, and we recently lost our family dog aged 14. I have had cats for the last few years and am experienced informally with looking after friends and family’s dogs whilst they are away etc. Dog walking has been a joy all my life and I’m keen to continue doing it, despite losing our Alys recently. I currently work from home and would love the opportunity to dog walk on my lunch breaks or after work depending on what is needed. My job can be demanding so after work is preferable, however I am reliable and would not let you down last minute. I am flexible and keen to fit this in as it means a lot to me. I have a car and am happy to transport if needed, to go to good dog walking areas. I would ensure we discussed safety and any anxieties/quirks your dog has prior to taking them out. We have a cat and a dog in our home and our dog is 17 years old so she is being rather intensely cared for at the moment due to recently having an operation on her eye. My cat is indoor/outdoor but very much enjoys his own space and company, loves to roam in the greenery outside our house. Out the front of my house is a large field which gets used by myself and neighbours to let the furries have a run around. Both pets are fed at the same time each day and are fed together, they enjoy eating their dinners together. Padfoot (my cat) is always waiting at the door by 5pm as he knows it’s dinner time!

I have done walking, day care and boarding for long durations and have loved providing a safe and happy environment for every dog who has stayed. Having owned cats and horses my whole life I have a good attention to detail and make sure to cater to every pets specific needs. I am a patient and kind handler and a true animal lover. My two horses are pictured in the last slide. I am currently in my final year of studying an equine degree at Hartpury University, specialising in horse behaviour and welfare. I come home to Cheddar most weekends, when I am free to look after your pets. My weekday availability varies so please message if you have any out of hours requests and I will do my best to accommodate. I’m fortunate enough to live on a quiet private lane with a secure and gated patio and a small grass garden. We are tucked away from main roads and don’t get any through traffic. When staying overnight in my house I have the option to section off parts of my house with a baby gate or leave open the whole of downstairs which is plenty enough space for a larger dog. My house is very quiet and peaceful and so if your dog prefers a quieter environment they will be more than happy. I also have heaps of cozy blankets but please feel free to bring as many of your own as you like.

About: I have had dogs for all of my life up until I recently moved into a flat. I love animals and have particular experience with dogs and cats and have taken care dogs right from them being small to their later years. I am very used to taking dogs on long and energetic walks and can cater my routes to what your dog needs.
