As soon as we met Rachel and her dog Buster we knew that Indi was in safe hands and felt confident to leave her. About: I was born into a life of animals, my dad’s small holding consisting of Dogs, Cats, Cows, Pigs, Sheep and Poultry. I enjoyed horse riding as a child and went onto work for an Equine vets. I have done some recent casual dog walking and now realised I can offer a service alongside looking after my own dog and how much I enjoy it. I’m a part time night worker and my children are both at school so I am at home a lot during the day and have a lot of time I can dedicate to walking/looking after other dogs. I live on the edge of a working dairy farm and have a big enclosed spacious garden to offer surrounded by fields that I have access to use. I’m particularly good with sensitive dogs and rescues and even the most wary dogs seem to gravitate towards me. I’ve also studied the Trust Technique with James French so can help your babies stay calm and relaxed. I’ve had my pet care business since 2018, and have recently relocated to Wookey Hole and now live in a farmhouse with a very large garden and orchard where your furbaby can be free range on the furniture and have zoomies. I have plenty of references who will be happy to speak to you. I also offer house sitting with my two greyhounds who are both very well travelled and settle easily into new surroundings. I also offer ad hoc walking for dogs, and cat pop in cuddles and feeds. I’m very flexible because I’m lucky enough to be able to work remotely as I have my own property business which doesn’t require much time at all. Therefore your furbabies will be my first priority and we will always have a meet and greet before hand to ensure the greyhounds get on. As I’m a landlord and an air BnB superhost I’m very attentive to leaving your home exactly as you found it and doing basic security things such as curtains, post away from the door, bins in and out and of course I won’t leave bird feeders empty or plants dry. As well as being a pet and home owner, I am a landlady and a dog friendly air BnB owner therefore I know how to look after and respect peoples property. Your furbabies will be my priority, I absolutely love animals and they warm to me. I will stick to their routines as much as possible ans I will ensure there are excursions. As well as sensitive dogs I’m also good with older ones. My own Lurcher even had a buggy so I am very happy and understand and additional requirements or quirks of dogs. I’m a good judge of doggy character as well and would make sure there was mutual trust there before doing things like letting them off the lead, but of course only with your permission. About: I’ve been surrounded by pets including dogs, horses and cats my whole life. I live on a farm surrounded by 4 dogs and 4 horses and am frequently responsible for their care. I am comfortable caring for any kind of pet, including very young puppies. One of my dogs has had litters, and I am frequently called upon by owners of the litters to pet sit while they are on holidays. I thoroughly enjoy the outdoors and am responsible for the majority of dog walking at home. I’m currently on summer holidays from my medical degree so I have plenty of free time all days of the week for pet care. About: I absolutely ADORE doggies and always have! I’ve had dogs ever since I was born, so grew up taking care of them and walking them, bathing them etc. I’ve also looked after neighbours and friends and families pets when it’s been needed. I’m currently work in catering during the hours of 11-6, so have plenty of time to care for your pups before I start and when I have finished. I’m fortunate enough to get all of the school holidays off, plus and extra few weeks being that it’s at Milfield. I cannot offer boarding at my own home unfortunately, but I am more than happy to board in your own home, as in my opinion it keeps the dog comfortable and doesn’t change too much of a routine for them.

I’m experienced in training puppies and also provide gentle care for senior dogs, ensuring they get the attention and comfort they deserve. I love long walks and would be thrilled to have an extra running buddy! Dogs must be used to children. I work from home so around all day, dogs will get a walk in the morning & a nice long walk at lunch. If needed evening walks can be done too. Happy to take dog boarding throughout the week and weekends. I have a fenced garden with plenty of space to run around. Dogs are allowed on the sofa if they like a cuddle, happy to have a crate and work with you to make a home from home for your fur baby. We have two dogs (14 years old & 9 month old) who love to meet other dogs. I will only take one dog at a time but possibly 2 from the same household.
