We’re Elsie and Olivia, dedicated cat mums and lifelong cat lovers. We stay up to date with the latest guidance on cat health and wellbeing. We truly adore cats! To us, your cat isn’t just a client. Your baby is our baby too. We’ll treat them with the same love, attention, and care we give our own. Our goal is to give you complete peace of mind, knowing your cats are happy, safe, and well cared for while you’re away. OUR SERVICE: Cats thrive on routine and familiarity. That’s why all care instructions are fully tailored to your instructions and your cat’s usual routine to help reduce stress. Your cat’s safety and wellbeing are always our top priorities. We provide playtime to prevent loneliness and protect them from common hazards such as open windows, balconies, strings, and harmful products, plants, or foods. We also prioritise keeping their home environment clean and comfortable. You can rest assured that we’ll do our very best to make your cat’s experience calm, happy, and stress-free. 🐈❤️ DAILY TASKS: ✔️ Feeding at scheduled times ✔️ Litter tray cleaning ✔️ At least 15 minutes of dedicated playtime per cat ✔️ Fur brushing ✔️ Daily photo updates for peace of mind Happy to help with extras such as hoovering, watering plants, or cleaning your cat’s water fountain. DROP IN VISITS: 30-45 minutes per visit. BOARDING SERVICE: 🏡 Cage-free, home-style boarding. 🤍 Cat friendly environment (no children or dogs). 🤝 Skilled with cat introductions to new environments. 🚪 Safe indoor environment (no outdoor or balcony space). 🐱 Fully vaccinated and flea treated indoor cats only. 🧼 Non-toxic cleaning products. ✨ Deep cleaned environment after each stay (UV-C sanitisation, wiped surfaces, and mopped floors). 🧸 Daily playtime with cat TV, toys & furniture. ⚠️ Fully cat-proofed home (furniture, windows & cables). 🚗 Free pick-up & drop-off (boarding only). Your cat will stay in our flat alongside our two friendly neutered male indoor cats, Sherlock and Bun Bun. To protect all our furry guests, we will ask for you to provide documentation verifying your cat's medical history from your vet. We only accept indoor cats that are fully vaccinated, flea-treated, and free from infectious diseases. Before your cat’s stay, we’re happy to share photos of our flat so you can see exactly where they will be staying. Please provide enough of your cat’s usual food and litter for the duration of their visit, or we can supply it for an additional £5 per day, per cat.

We couldn't have asked for better cat sitters than Elsie and Olivia. They looked after our cat Luna while we were away on holiday, and we felt completely reassured from the moment they started their visits. They sent us a lovely detailed update every single day, along with loads of photos and videos, which was so reassuring and genuinely made being away much easier. It was obvious from their updates that they weren't just coming in to feed Luna, but were actually spending time with her, playing with her, giving her lots of attention and making sure she was happy and comfortable. They were incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout. They kept her food and water fresh, cleaned her bowls and litter tray, kept the surrounding area tidy, and changed her litter and cleaned the tray more thoroughly when needed. They also brought their own toys and even watered our plants for us while we were away. Most importantly, Luna absolutely loved them. Every day we got updates about her purring, playing, showing her belly, running around and happily greeting them when they arrived. By the end of the holiday, it was very clear that she had become quite fond of them! Elsie and Olivia were reliable, caring, communicative and genuinely lovely throughout. We came home to a very happy cat, which is exactly what you hope for when leaving your pet in someone else's care. We would absolutely recommend them and will definitely be asking them to look after Luna again. Thank you both so much! 🐈⬛💕

Excellent service. Came in and visited our cat twice a day, followed all our instructions on what to do to the letter, and sent us loads of pictures and videos of him. They clearly got on well with our cat and he seems to have had a lovely time when they visited. Would definitely recommend.
We had Elsie and Olivia in for a long stint looking after our two ragdoll cats while we travelled for our wedding. From the very start they were very communicative and professional. They came for an initial visit to meet the cats and get acquainted with our home. Their love of cats was immediately obvious and very sweet to see. While away we got updates every single day with lots of pictures of our boys. They were meticulous in following our instructions. They made sure the cats had play time every day. They also did some hoovering around the house. It gave us a lot of peace of mind to enjoy our time away knowing our cats were so well cared for in their own environment. We would definitely recommend Olivia and Elsie and will be using their services again in the future.
Elsie & Olivia were fantastic! They were flexible on collection arrangements, very communicative of their own needs, sent loads of pics of Ash, and kept us informed on requirements throughout. They left the house spotless - would highly recommend!
Elsie and Olivia were absolutely wonderful looking after our cat while we were away. They sent us lots of lovely photos and regular updates, played with her loads, and gave her so much care and attention. It put our minds at ease knowing our baby was in such safe, loving hands.
