About: My husband and I have our own dog, Monty who is an adorable and energetic 1 year old cockapoo. I have grown up with dogs all my life, from golden retrievers to labs, and many more with family and friends. I have experience with both puppies and older dogs, I have also had dogs with health conditions who required medication, so could distribute medication if required, depending on the type. My husband, Julian, will also help to look after any dogs who stay with us, but I will be the primary caregiver as I'm home all day. I work full time from home and my husband is a handyman so is in and out of the house. We typically walk Monty a couple of times a day if we do shorter walks, or if the weather permits we take him on a long, off lead walk around a large field once a day, with regular potty breaks. We have a decent sized garden and also have a green space out front for any dogs who don't like pooping in a garden (Monty doesn't 😂). As we already have a dog, having another would fit nicely into our existing routine. We have a 3 bedroom house with a secure, fenced garden that is free from anything that could harm a dog. We live nearby to many open green spaces as well and will happily walk your dog on or off lead, according to your preference. I am home during the day and pets will not be left alone without either myself or my husband here.
“Pepper had a wonderful time with Claire, home from home. Photos sent regularly through the day. Claire is so warm and affectionate with Pepper & Pepper had a fabulous day.”

I will be getting another dog but not until next year, in the meantime I would love to take care of your babies like they were my own. I retired 2 years ago and I have lots of free time, I'm looking to help other people with their fur babies. I can be flexible and your precious pets would not be left for long periods. About: I’ve grown up around animals. I used to work at an animal shelter taking care of cats and dogs. I currently have a dog named Nash who is almost 7 and loves to play and go on adventures. I work from home Mon-Fri most weeks. I take our dog out every morning at 7am for an hour long walk and then again at lunchtime for 30 minute “sniff Safari” and again after work. Your dog will be apart of the family for however long they are with us, with cuddles, toys and a play mate. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of grass and a furry friend for your dog to play with. We also are lucky enough to have great walking paths at our doorstep.
“Fay did a brilliant job of looking after our two dogs for the day. They aren't the quickest to settle down with new people but Fay kept us updated and they were both very relaxed when we picked them up. She went out of her way to provide a paddling pool in the hot weather and really knows what she is doing when it comes to dog care. I highly recommend!”

“As soon as I met Katherine, my mind was put at ease and she was so welcoming and lovely. I felt so comfortable leaving Milo at Katherine’s. She sent me regular texts and photos which means so much to be able to see how Milo was during the day and how he was doing. Katherine also went on a good length walk with Milo. Great location too as near to the downs and the village. Would 100% recommend Katherine and Milo hopes hope to see her again soon 🐶”
