My cats are usually very nervous, and I often worry when I’m not around, but Lisa was exceptional. She went the extra mile, taking the time to sit with them and win their trust. Her caring and gentle nature truly stood out, and it was clear she genuinely loves animals. Lisa was also incredibly reliable, which gave me great peace of mind. “Scooby had been through a lot, he's a covid pup, not socialised until l took him on 2 years ago. He has trust issues due to being treated badly so l imagined dog walkers as a way for him to turn around. He met a couple but it didn't work out, then Ella came into Scooby Dawgs life and changed him completely. Ella opened the door, so to speak for him being able to trust. He still has his attitude, he's still Scooby Dawg, but she melts his heart. He performs tricks for treats, he appreciates her. Normally whenever we shower him, we get soaked and the house floods. But he behaved for Ella. When Scooby Dawg got stung by a bee, Ella helped both of us through it, explaining to the vet, he's normally extremely vocal, but he wouldn't talk. I highly recommend Ella, Scooby too, as she's impacted our lives completely.”
