About: I have a rescue cat which has been with me for 6 years. The mother of the cat abandoned her when she was only 2 weeks old so I had to feed her milk from the bottle, make sure she can do her toilet properly and keep her warm while she was going to sleep. Alongside that I have looked after several other animals such as tortoises, birds and dogs. I’m the happiest when I’m around animals. I just finished my 1st year in Cardiff uni so I’m mainly free to take care of your little ones as home sits or in the afternoons. Regardless of whether your pet is well trained or not I would like you to know that I won’t be letting them off the lead throughout their time with me. I will make sure to keep you updated during the time they’re with me through photos and videos. I will make sure they get good exercise and their safety/happiness would be at the forefront of my mind at all times.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and have two of my own back home: a Samoyed and a Poodle, which I miss very much🥺, And I’m used to different personalities, ages, and needs. They’re completely different, which has taught me how to understand each dog individually. I’ve trained my own dogs, including crate training, potty training, and basic commands like sit, stay, spin, paw and recall, so I’m confident handling behaviour in a calm and consistent way. I also enjoy making dog friendly treats and I’m very aware of what’s safe and unsafe for dogs. I’m a graduating student staying in Cardiff over the summer, so I have a very flexible schedule and can give dogs plenty of time, attention, and love. I have an easy access to a park and a garden, which is ideal for walks and outdoor time. I acquire an enhanced DBS check for added reassurance. I’m happy to help with anything from walks and day care to longer stays, and can also support with basic training if necessary :) I’m available throughout the week for walks, day care, and overnight stays, so I can be really flexible depending on what you need. I’m also quite an active person and love my morning walks, so having a little companion with me would make it even better My home is set up to be dog friendly and clean, so it’s a comfortable environment where dogs can settle in easily. I have access to a garden for quick toilet breaks. And I don’t have any other pets at home

About: I’ve had a deep bond with dogs since childhood. I grew up with a German Shepherd who was part of our family for 12 wonderful years. I always enjoyed our walks, playtime, and cuddles she truly shaped my love and understanding of dogs. After she passed, I continued caring for dogs by helping my cousin at her dog hotel, where I regularly walked and cared for her five Huskies and other boarding dogs. These experiences taught me how to handle various breeds, energy levels, and temperaments. Now, I have a rescue dog from Oman who has been with me for almost two years. When I adopted him, he struggled with severe anxiety and fear of going outside. With patience, structure, and positive reinforcement, he’s made incredible progress. This journey has given me valuable experience in working with dogs who have experienced trauma or display challenging behaviors. While I didn’t pursue my childhood dream of becoming a vet, my passion for dogs and animals has remained strong. I believe animals, especially dogs, are among the purest souls in the world—and I treat every dog in my care with love, patience, and respect. I am currently out of work so I am available mostly at any time except Mondays and Thursdays between 6-9 pm but I’m available any other time I always follow the owner’s instructions, every dog is different and has different needs. I always pay attention to my surroundings and make sure the dog is close to me.

About: I had a family dog from the age of 8-22. I also have extensive experience walking dogs- at university I managed a voluntary dog walking group where I would walk for over 15 dogs. I also walked for 2 different dog owners since, whilst living at home. Having recently moved to Cardiff I am keen to support where and when needed- I have a car and I work flexibly from home. I can be available in the morning before 8am and anytime after 4pm Monday- Friday. I do not do overnight stays I work from home typically on Monday, Thursday and Friday meaning I am available before 8am and after 4pm. I am also free on weekends. I can also be available for lunch time walks, as I have an hour for my lunch. I am happy to have dogs in my car and work remotely from your house if needed. I am happy to accommodate with any needs your dog has, and respect your house and rules for your pet. Rhiannon is amasing and managed to build trust with my very anxious cat Freya. During the recent hot weather she even put a bowl of ice water and damp cloths on the kitchen tile for my girls to cool down. Rhiannon is easy going and extremely responsive to messages. I highly recommend.
Louise took wonderful care of our two cats while we were on holiday, sending daily updates and photos showing how much at ease they both were with her. Particularly impressive given how fickle our girl can be, even allowing her to administer daily meds! Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
