Hiya! I’m Christy 😊 I’m a nurse by day and a devoted pet mum by night to my lovely older cat Ken, our new puppy Toast, and a horse called Tequila! I’ve grown up surrounded by animals (at one point we had five cats!), so I’m very comfortable caring for feline friends of all personalities. I also have experience looking after rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and fish. My work shifts are arranged fairly last minute, which often gives me flexibility to fit around your pet’s needs. I also have an up-to-date DBS check through my role. I’m fully trained and confident in administering medication, including injections, so you can feel reassured your pet is in safe hands. I’m lucky to have many repeat clients, so I recommend getting in touch early, especially around holidays, as I limit bookings to make sure every pet gets the time and attention they deserve. I’ll keep you updated with daily messages and plenty of photos, so you can feel confident your pets are happy and in safe hands while you’re away. I’m always happy to help with little extras while you’re away too, like watering plants or putting the bins out, just let me know what you need. Once Toast is fully trained and vaccinated I will start taking boarding and dog walking requests.
