About: We are a retired couple living in Bridgend. We have had dogs all our lives, however unfortunately, we recently lost our beloved Tilly. We are unable to commit to a pet full time, so hoping to help others by inviting theirs to stay with us. We are retired and are home a lot during the day. We are able to go on long walks, down the beach or to our local field. We have a lot of time on our hands, so would love to bring in a new sense of life to our home with your pets keeping us company. We have a closed garden, bungalow where we both live. We do not have children or other pets and are non smokers. We can offer what is required, including administering medication where needed. I was actually a carer for many years, so know the importance of being specific with requirements.

About: I love all animals, from the tiniest to the hugest! Dogs and cats have been part of my life since I was very small. Growing up with dogs and cats, looking after friends, family & neighbours pets while they were out, working, on holiday or ill. If I am honest, I often prefer to spend my time with furry friends than with human ones. My care and love for any animal is no different than for my own. Unfortunately I lost both of my dogs to old age over the past 2 years and miss them like crazy. My best buds. I am confident with any breed of dog, would respect any of your training rules and follow them for consistency. I have experience with medication administration and senior care. I love walking, so me and your fur baby would have the best times out & about. I would only walk one to one, never group walk, so my attention and care would be for your dog only, and so long as it was ok with your dog, there would be lots of cuddles available!! “Trina is wonderful! My cat Trixie took to her right away and Trina took such good care of her while I was travelling. She took care of all the “necessary” stuff (litter, food, water), but it was the “extra mile” care that Trina provided which makes her stand out. She spent time with Trixie, patting her and even brushing her (one of Trixie’s favourite things) when she visited. I will definitely call on Trina next time I travel and I recommend her highly when you need care for your furry loved ones.”

“Chloe looked after my two cats over a long weekend and was absolutely brilliant. She asked all the right questions beforehand, watched all our care videos, and kept us updated with messages and photos throughout. One of my cats is currently suffering with a skin condition which needed daily medication and care, which isn't easy. Chloe was on top of all of that and knowing this gave us real peace of mind while we were away. She handled the medication and routine really calmly, and fitted us in. Chloe communicated really well and proactively throughout. Both cats took to her straight away, which tells you everything. “Jason was looking after our 2 cars for a week during our holiday. He was regularly in touch with updates and photos. I have asked if he could kindly water veg in my greenhouse twice but he happily watered the entire garden including all plants/flowers/ all other vegetables ( it’s a big garden so it doesn’t take 5 mins) several times without asking for any additional money. He was very affectionate and caring with the cats, treating them as if they were his own. He had to deal with a dead mouse my cat decided to catch and even took care of an injured pigeon she caught one day and took it to the vet. This shows how compassionate he is with ALL animals. About: We always had pets at home (from fish to dogs) and I have always been happy to look after my friends and colleages' little ones :) both at my parents when I was younger, later at mine, or at the pet's own place more recently. I've never had any incident to report. I would love to adopt a dog but I can't have pets where I live, sadly. I love to be outdoors and I miss my big dog's company when I go around. There is a lot to explore aroud here... I can take dogs to the beach, the mountain or even to the safari! Wouldn't be the first time and it was great :) Usully available in the afternoons/evenings but I've got no set routine right now so it will be on a day by day basis, please get in touch and see if I can help :) It will depend on each pet and what they need & like, but will always treat them with love and respect.
