“Our initial request for overnight boarding with Lauren was responded to within a very short time and booking agreed. Lauren invited us to take Eevie to meet her and to familiarise herself with where she would be staying and also an opportunity to discuss Eevie's routines. Communication was excellent throughout her stay with many photo's of Eevie and what she was getting up to throughout the day. Unfortunately, Eevie was sick while in Lauren's care and she contacted me immediately to let me know the situation and took her to the vet on our behalf (as we were over 140 miles away. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND LAUREN and would definitely look to re-book her to look after our little one again We did collect our dog early, but this was our decision. Lauren did offer to refund part of the overnight stay fee as we collected her late in the evening, but we felt that Lauren had definitely gone over and above and had certainly earned the full fee with her caring for dog.”

Their property is very dog friendly and they have plenty of good walks nearby. Throughout the week I received lots of updates of cookies day. Growing up with dogs and cats, looking after friends, family & neighbours pets while they were out, working, on holiday or ill. She asked all the right questions beforehand, watched all our care videos, and kept us updated with messages and photos throughout. One of my cats is currently suffering with a skin condition which needed daily medication and care, which isn't easy. Chloe was on top of all of that and knowing this gave us real peace of mind while we were away. She handled the medication and routine really calmly, and fitted us in. Chloe communicated really well and proactively throughout. Both cats took to her straight away, which tells you everything. About: Back in 2018, Bailey joined my family home as a 10-week-old puppy. He’s a Sprocker (Springer x Cocker Spaniel), and I helped train him from day one. He’s now entering his senior years, and I still help take care of him regularly (he lives with my parents). My husbands family also has a Cockapoo, and I helped train her as a puppy too. She’s more laid-back and very affectionate, so I’ve had experience with a range of dog personalitiew. from playful and high-energy to calm and cuddly. We’re reliable, caring, and genuinely love dogs. Your pet will be treated like part of the family while they’re with us. My fiancée and I recently moved into our own home after living with family, and while we’re not quite ready to commit to getting a dog of our own—mostly due to long travel periods—we really miss having a dog around every day. Pet sitting is the perfect way for us to enjoy the company of dogs while giving them a loving home away from home. I work remotely, so am in the house most of the days Monday-Friday and partially over weekends, depending on our plans. My job is also fully flexible, so I can step away from the laptop at any time to play, walk and spend time with your furry friend. Our garden is fully fenced in, with both patio and grass. However the garden is tiered and there are 6 steps between the ground patio and the grass. Happy to assist any senior dogs to the grass area if needed (depending on size). We have had the pleasure of taking care of a variety of pets, different breeds and ages, from young and energetic to older and more relaxed. “Our initial request for overnight boarding with Lauren was responded to within a very short time and booking agreed. Lauren invited us to take Eevie to meet her and to familiarise herself with where she would be staying and also an opportunity to discuss Eevie's routines. Communication was excellent throughout her stay with many photo's of Eevie and what she was getting up to throughout the day. Unfortunately, Eevie was sick while in Lauren's care and she contacted me immediately to let me know the situation and took her to the vet on our behalf (as we were over 140 miles away. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND LAUREN and would definitely look to re-book her to look after our little one again We did collect our dog early, but this was our decision. Lauren did offer to refund part of the overnight stay fee as we collected her late in the evening, but we felt that Lauren had definitely gone over and above and had certainly earned the full fee with her caring for dog.”

“Jo and Jenny are absolute angels. I genuinely felt they had fallen straight from heaven 🥰. Hawk is a rescue from Romania, so it was incredibly important to find sitters who understood his needs. Jo and Jenny took so much time to really get to know him. Their incredible care started before the stay, when we all met up to walk in the forest just so Hawk could get acquainted. Jo collected Hawk from our house, while Jenny planned the adventures. They showed so much thoughtfulness by planning his entire stay around the heatwave. They kept him completely safe while still giving him the ultimate adventure. Hawk is super energetic, so they planned amazing adventures, including beach trips, then sent the cutest video of him digging in the sand, chasing seagulls and waves, for the first time in his life. They walked him in the forest and waterfalls, the pics show Hawk paddling, splashing and loving cold water rubs. I was kept updated the whole time with the most beautiful videos and pictures, Jo even walked him in the forest, before dropping him home. Hawk is sleeping soundly now, completely content after his amazing mini-vacation 🐾 It is so clear Jo and Jenny do this purely out of a selfless love for dogs and not money. Sadly (for them not me 🤣), their busy work arrangements mean they can't have a dog permanently right now, so they poured all that affection into Hawk. They absolutely adored him and he idolised them. Jo and Jenny are the most caring, gentle, and exceptional sitters you could ever wish for. About: I've loved animals for as long as I can remember and have spent much of my life caring for dogs, cats and other pets belonging to family, friends and neighbours. What sets me apart is the way I approach each animal as an individual. Some dogs want to march up the mountain at full speed, some prefer a slower wander with plenty of sniffing and exploring, and some simply need a calm, reassuring presence. I enjoy getting to know their personalities and adapting my care to what makes them feel safe, happy and understood. I'm reliable, patient and attentive, and I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet. Whether it's a walk, a drop-in visit, companionship while you're away, or overnight care, I treat every animal with kindness, respect and genuine affection. I have experience with dogs and of different ages, sizes and temperaments, and I'm comfortable following feeding routines, administering simple medications, using specific leads or equipment, and maintaining any training or house rules you already have in place. My goal is simple, to make sure your pet is well cared for, enjoys their time with me, and comes home (or stays home) happy and content. Pet care is a central part of my week and I structure my schedule to ensure the animals in my care receive the time, attention and consistency they need. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, companionship visits, pet sitting and overnight stays. I aim to keep my diary manageable so that every pet receives individual attention rather than being rushed from one booking to the next. I am flexible where possible and happy to discuss regular or occasional care depending on your needs. I understand how important routines can be for animals, so I do my best to maintain familiar feeding, walking and rest schedules to help them feel secure and settled. The safety, wellbeing and happiness of every pet is my priority. Before providing care, I take time to understand each animal's personality, routine, preferences, training, health needs and any specific instructions you would like followed. Whether caring for pets in their own home or taking dogs for walks, I aim to create a calm, positive and secure experience. I pay close attention to lead requirements, recall ability, interactions with other dogs, feeding routines, medications and any behavioural considerations. I know that trusting someone with your beloved pet is a big decision, so I always treat animals, homes and personal information with care, respect and professionalism. I am also happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is safe and well cared for.
