First overnight stay with Amy. We got lots of pictures and updates. He seemed totally relaxed. He loved chilling with Skye and he even had zoomies and ate some kibble which he NEVER does when staying in kennels! Never going back to Royvon/ for indoors again! Woohooooo!

Lyndsy and her family looked after our crazy labradoodle cookie for a week while we had a lovely holiday. We arranged a meet and greet to make sure everyone was happy. Their property is very dog friendly and they have plenty of good walks nearby. Throughout the week I received lots of updates of cookies day. I would highly recommend her to look after your four legged friend. We will be using her services in the future. Thank you x

Our initial request for overnight boarding with Lauren was responded to within a very short time and booking agreed. Lauren invited us to take Eevie to meet her and to familiarise herself with where she would be staying and also an opportunity to discuss Eevie's routines. Communication was excellent throughout her stay with many photo's of Eevie and what she was getting up to throughout the day. Unfortunately, Eevie was sick while in Lauren's care and she contacted me immediately to let me know the situation and took her to the vet on our behalf (as we were over 140 miles away. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND LAUREN and would definitely look to re-book her to look after our little one again We did collect our dog early, but this was our decision. Lauren did offer to refund part of the overnight stay fee as we collected her late in the evening, but we felt that Lauren had definitely gone over and above and had certainly earned the full fee with her caring for dog.

About: I have had pets all my life. Taking care of big dogs, cats and many other small animals. I am responsible and kind, I have a clean drivers license and a willing to travel. I am often available with an empty schedule and want to spend some more time with animals and nature. I am currently a post graduate looking to begin a career, meaning I have a lot of time to give to your pet love and attention. I have lots of availability and am free to board almost every day. I currently live in a large farmhouse surrounded by countryside, which has a large fenced garden, so plenty of room for your pet to run and play with me.

About: I love all animals, from the tiniest to the hugest! Dogs and cats have been part of my life since I was very small. Growing up with dogs and cats, looking after friends, family & neighbours pets while they were out, working, on holiday or ill. If I am honest, I often prefer to spend my time with furry friends than with human ones. My care and love for any animal is no different than for my own. Unfortunately I lost both of my dogs to old age over the past 2 years and miss them like crazy. My best buds. I am confident with any breed of dog, would respect any of your training rules and follow them for consistency. I have experience with medication administration and senior care. I love walking, so me and your fur baby would have the best times out & about. I would only walk one to one, never group walk, so my attention and care would be for your dog only, and so long as it was ok with your dog, there would be lots of cuddles available!! Although my profile states I have a dog, Dixie does not live with me, she lives with my Son...I am Dixie's Nanny 💖 I am also DBS checked. Use this link below (copy & paste) for £15 off a new booking for new Rover users 🤩 https://www.rover.com/sit/gillm16415 I currently work from home so have plenty of time for play dates & cuddles with your dog or cat! I love walking on the beach, in woodland areas and parks, so anywhere your dog prefers is fine with me.....we could explore new places together! If at home, we can play in or explore the garden, snuggle on the sofa for a snooze or share a treat or 2 🥰 I have a fenced garden, no pets at home and no children. My profile states I have a dog, but she lives with my Son, I am Dixie's Nanny 😍 I would absolutely following all your house rules. Your furbaby would be as safe as possible with me, I would treat them as I would my own....with love, kindness, patience and respect 🤍

I can’t thank Kate and Cal enough for looking after our Whippet Ed. It was clear as soon as we picked him up how well he had been looked after. I fact I’m pretty sure he wanted to stay. Their communication whilst we were away was amazing and daily photos showed how much he was enjoying. I would 100% recommend Kate and Cal to anyone and will be booking with them again.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs since I was 7, so looking after them has always been a big part of my life. That’s over 17 years of walks, cuddles, playtime, and everything in between! I’ve cared for bouncy puppies who need lots of energy and training, as well as older dogs who just want comfort and patience. I think what sets me apart is how much I genuinely love spending time with dogs. I’ll always treat your pet like my own — making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I’m comfortable keeping to their routines, giving plenty of attention, and I’m happy to send photo updates so you can relax knowing they’re in good hands. Whether it’s long walks around Cardiff, chill time at home, or a little extra care for senior pups, I’ll make sure your dog is well looked after (and probably a bit spoiled with cuddles too 🐾). I work a rotating schedule, but I usually have 3–4 days off each week, which I can dedicate to walks, drop-ins, or overnight care. On those days, I’ll make sure your dog gets plenty of attention, stays on their routine, and is happy and safe. I also send updates and photos so you can relax knowing they’re well cared for. I provide attentive, loving care for pets in their own home, following the routines their owners set — whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime, or giving medication. I make sure pets feel safe, happy, and comfortable while you’re away. I also send regular photo updates so you can relax knowing your furry friend is well cared for. I’m happy to care for puppies, adult dogs, and senior dogs, and I’ll make sure every pet feels loved and looked after during my visits.

Avalon was brilliant with Cooper! The updates were great, the photos were even better, and he looked like he was having the time of his life exploring every bit of woodland available to him. He came back happy, tired, and absolutely full of himself, which is exactly what you want after leaving your dog with someone new. It’s clear she really “gets” him and kept him busy, settled, and entertained. Wouldn’t hesitate to book Avalon again.

About: I love all animals, whatever their size, whatever their breed....I love them all!! I have had cats in my life since very small. I've grown up with them and know how particular, aloof, funny, mischievous, and straight 'talking' they can be! Cats know what they want 😅 I love that about them! I have extensive experience looking after cats from playing, cuddling, feeding, changing litter and cleaning their tray to actually walking them out on a leash. I have cared for kittens to seniors, have experience of giving medication (tricky but true), and understand how shy cats can be and the space they often need, especially around new people. I would treat your fur baby with kindness, patience and respect, just as it should be! 💖 I am also DBS checked. About: Growing up in my house meant always living with a cat, sometimes multiple at a time. This has meant that I have become familiar with the complicated ways of a cat and come to understand them, unlike most people who claim to not be cat people. About: We always had pets at home (from fish to dogs) and I have always been happy to look after my friends and colleages' little ones :) both at my parents when I was younger, later at mine, or at the pet's own place more recently. I've never had any incident to report. I would love to adopt a dog but I can't have pets where I live, sadly. I love to be outdoors and I miss my big dog's company when I go around. There is a lot to explore aroud here... I can take dogs to the beach, the mountain or even to the safari! Wouldn't be the first time and it was great :) Usully available in the afternoons/evenings but I've got no set routine right now so it will be on a day by day basis, please get in touch and see if I can help :) It will depend on each pet and what they need & like, but will always treat them with love and respect. I can easily accomodate activities, just let me know what they like or dislike and any routines or training you're following, so I will do accordingly.

About: I've loved and cared for cats for many years and have experience looking after cats with a wide range of personalities, from confident and sociable cats who want plenty of fuss and playtime to shy or independent cats who prefer a quieter approach. I understand that every cat is different and that trust is earned in their own time. I take care to follow their routines, respect their boundaries, and make sure they feel safe and comfortable while you're away. Whether it's feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter trays, administering simple medications, play sessions, cuddles on the sofa, or simply providing a calm and reassuring presence, I adapt my care to each cat's individual needs. I'm reliable, patient and attentive, and I know how important it is to have peace of mind when someone else is caring for your beloved pet. Eira was amazing. She responded to my request within a few minutes, which was really helpful as it was quite last minute. My cocker spaniel Hoshi has had a tough time with a slowly healing wound after a paw operation, so still stuck in a cone and boot. It was lovely to see how calm and caring Eira was with her. Hoshi was happy and relaxed from the moment she entered the house, and evidently trusted her straight away. She had a lovely walk to the nearby field and a happy cwtch on the sofa afterwards. Thank you so much x

About: Back in 2018, Bailey joined my family home as a 10-week-old puppy. He’s a Sprocker (Springer x Cocker Spaniel), and I helped train him from day one. He’s now entering his senior years, and I still help take care of him regularly (he lives with my parents). I’m very familiar with the energetic, friendly temperament typical of spaniels and understand the needs of both young and older dogs. My husbands family also has a Cockapoo, and I helped train her as a puppy too. She’s more laid-back and very affectionate, so I’ve had experience with a range of dog personalitiew. from playful and high-energy to calm and cuddly. We’re reliable, caring, and genuinely love dogs. Your pet will be treated like part of the family while they’re with us. My fiancée and I recently moved into our own home after living with family, and while we’re not quite ready to commit to getting a dog of our own—mostly due to long travel periods—we really miss having a dog around every day. Pet sitting is the perfect way for us to enjoy the company of dogs while giving them a loving home away from home. I work remotely, so am in the house most of the days Monday-Friday and partially over weekends, depending on our plans. My job is also fully flexible, so I can step away from the laptop at any time to play, walk and spend time with your furry friend. Our garden is fully fenced in, with both patio and grass. However the garden is tiered and there are 6 steps between the ground patio and the grass. Happy to assist any senior dogs to the grass area if needed (depending on size). We have no other animals in the house.

About: I have a lot of experience being a pet sitter through owning my dog Rio. Taking sensible care of my labrador taught me the importance of understanding a dogs needs and the safety and love they need to ensure that their a happy doggo. I am extremely patient and reliable, I care very deeply about the comfort and care that they will receive off me. Every sloppy kiss and tail wag reminds me of why they are my source of happiness 🥺 I have grown up with dogs my entire life and have learned their routines and their high energy levels! I have taken care of friends and families dogs for the longest time. Since losing my dog Rio, I have missed the love and the joy of having a dog around me constantly. Wherever Rio was, I was there too. I would love to be able to give your dog the cuddles and attention that they need and deserve🥰 🌟Meet & Greets available 🌟Updates with photos/videos I am currently free all throughout summer and I will be returning to the university of Bristol in September, but for the holidays I am able to give all my time away to pet care and companionship for your dog. Whether it is in my own home or a visit, I care for dogs by creating a safe and calm environment for them to feel as comfortable as possible in.

About: Looking after dogs has always been a passion of mine, having grown up with family dogs and now caring for two of my own. I love spending time with them, from cuddles on the sofa to long walks in the park. Training is also something I enjoy, ensuring that they are well-behaved and happy. When I look after your dog, I will treat them as if they were my own, providing them with the same love, care, and attention they deserve. I have experience caring for both old and young dogs. With older dogs, I understand the importance of gentle care, patience, and adapting to their slower pace. For young dogs, I focus on providing plenty of playtime, training, and energy outlet. Whether it's a senior dog needing extra comfort or a puppy full of energy, I'm attentive to their unique needs at every stage of life. I’m a school teacher, so i am free throughout the summer, half terms and weekends. I will try my best to meet your needs and if needed to, can do during term time too. When looking after someone’s dog, safety and trust are my top priorities. I ensure a secure environment, follow your care instructions closely, and keep a watchful eye on your dog's well-being. You can trust that your dog will be treated with the utmost care, just as I would my own.

She has been absolutely wonderful with Adis. She has been able to accommodate us very early in the morning, has always been punctual, and is extremely thorough in the care she provides. I really appreciate the detailed notes she takes about Adis’s wees, sleep times, and general wellbeing, as well as the regular updates she sends. Most importantly, I can tell she genuinely loves animals, which is incredibly reassuring. Adis is almost 19 years old and blind, so he needs gentle, attentive care, and she has looked after him so well. I feel very comfortable knowing he is in such kind and capable hands. Highly recommended.

About: We've been housesitting for over 4 years now and have completed 30+ housesits, consistently leaving pets very happy and houses well cared for and clean. We have had the pleasure of taking care of a variety of pets, different breeds and ages, from young and energetic to older and more relaxed. We’ve cared for small dogs (Yorkshire terriers) all the way through labradors, cocker spaniels and up to Rottweiler/ German shepherd cross and a 50kg Greek Shepherd. We now have our own house and a gorgeous cocker spaniel who is just over 1 years old, who is very well behaved and friendly with other dogs. We have a safe fenced garden and plenty of great walks to go on nearby. We're comfortable administering medication, including insulin injections and heart medication, and we understand the importance of timing to ensure the pets receive their medication on schedule. We love going on long adventures with dogs, exploring new places as well as keeping the pets company around the house. We work from home so will always be around to keep your dog company and we have plenty of time for play time and walks. We also have a 1 year old female cocker spaniel who is very well socialised and loves to play. We live on a safe quiet road with a fenced garden. We have plenty of dog toys already to play with and a big sofa for cuddles!

About: Nijo & Jenny Animals have always been a big part of my life. I grew up in a home with multiple dogs and cats and have cared for pets for many years. Over time, I have looked after and cared for dogs ranging from small breeds to large breeds, each with their own unique personalities, needs and routines. As a Merchant Navy Officer, I have 2 mo tha rotation, where I am onboard for 2-3 and at home on leave for 2-3 months. During my leave periods, I am home full-time for up to two months at a stretch, allowing me to provide plenty of companionship, exercise and supervision. My wife and I are both passionate animal lovers and regularly help friends with their dogs. Due to my work pattern we are unable to get a dog ourselves currently but we try to compensate that by lending a hand to our friends with pets. We understand that every pet is different, and we strive to provide a safe, loving and stress-free home away from home where pets are treated as part of the family. We ourselves use rover when we go for vacations and understand the situation, we strive to create a second home for your furry friends and would be part of our family. When I am on leave from work, I am available at home full-time and can dedicate my attention to your pet throughout the day. This allows me to maintain their usual routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, rest periods and plenty of companionship. I enjoy spending time outdoors and regularly visit local walking areas such as Brynna Woods and Smilog Woods. Depending on your dog's preferences and energy levels, I can also provide longer walks, park visits and beach outings. I only accept one household's dog at a time, ensuring your pet receives individual attention and a calm environment. Your pet's safety and wellbeing are my highest priorities. My wife and I live in a spacious home with a secure fenced back garden, providing a safe environment for dogs to relax, play and explore. We also share our home with our friendly domestic shorthair cat, Simba, who is comfortable around dogs that respect her space. Before every booking, I take time to understand your pet's routine, preferences, dietary requirements and any special instructions. My wife is a medical doctor and is happy to assist with routine medications if required, providing additional reassurance for owners whose pets may need ongoing treatment during their stay. I only accept one household's dog at a time, ensuring your pet receives individual attention, plenty of supervision and a calm environment. I will also provide regular photo and video updates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy, comfortable and well cared for.

She was also kind enough to offer to feed them before she left which was a huge help to me as it meant I didn't need to rush back to feed them myself. She always sends plenty of pictures and the dogs are always nice and tired after going on a walk with Tia, would highly recommend to anyone.

About: We are a retired couple living in Bridgend. We have had dogs all our lives, however unfortunately, we recently lost our beloved Tilly. We are unable to commit to a pet full time, so hoping to help others by inviting theirs to stay with us. We are retired and are home a lot during the day. We are able to go on long walks, down the beach or to our local field. We have a lot of time on our hands, so would love to bring in a new sense of life to our home with your pets keeping us company. We have a closed garden, bungalow where we both live. We do not have children or other pets and are non smokers. We can offer what is required, including administering medication where needed. I was actually a carer for many years, so know the importance of being specific with requirements.

About: I’ve grown up with pets for as long as I can remember, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. I genuinely love spending time with dogs and making sure they feel happy, safe, and comfortable while they’re away from home. I live in a peaceful rural area with plenty of space for dogs to explore, play, or simply relax and enjoy the quiet surroundings. Over the years, I’ve looked after dogs for friends and family, from regular walks to longer stays, and I always treat them with the same care and attention I would give my own pets. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your dog, and I aim to provide a calm, loving environment where they feel settled, cared for, and part of the family. I am currently self-employed and work from home, so I’ll have plenty of time to walk, care for, and give attention to your dogs throughout the day. I have plenty of space here for them to roam around, play, and feel comfortable in a safe environment. I have a large enclosed garden to keep your dogs safe and secure while they play and explore. I currently don’t have any other dogs at home, which makes it a calm and peaceful environment, especially well suited for quieter or more timid dogs.

About: With over 20 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats, especially dogs. I offer calm, confident, and genuinely loving care tailored to each dogs needs. I’ve always owned working dogs, including spaniels and border collies, so I understand the importance of both physical exercise and mental stimulation. From high-energy adventurers to laid-back companions, I’m experienced in reading behaviour, maintaining routines, and providing structure alongside affection. Throughout my life I’ve cared for a wide range of animals, but dogs have always been my true passion. Your dog’s safety, happiness, and wellbeing are always my top priority, whether that’s on a walk, a drop-in visit, or extended care. You can expect reliable communication, respect for your home, and care that treats your dog like one of my own. On occasion, I can welcome one dog into our home based on timings and temperament with our two male working cocker spaniels. They are both extremely friendly and love to play with friends and are mixed with dogs regularly. Please note they are both fully intact, so females which are in season would not be able to stay with us. I work a hybrid schedule, with three days working from home and two days in the office, which allows me to offer flexible and attentive pet care. On home-working days, I’m available for regular walks, check-ins, and companionship throughout the day. On office days, I provide morning and evening care as needed. I’m also fully available on weekends, allowing plenty of time for walks, sitting, and drop-in visits. I care for pets in their own home by following their usual routine, rules, and preferences as closely as possible. This includes feeding, walks, playtime, enrichment, and any specific instructions you provide. I make sure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and relaxed in their familiar environment, while giving them plenty of attention and affection. I’m respectful of your home, keep things tidy, and provide regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is well cared for.

About: As a veterinary student with 3 years of experience working in a veterinary practice, you can feel confident your pet(s) will be in safe and caring hands. I have always loved animals and am passionate about their health and wellbeing. I worked for 3 years as a Veterinary Care Assistant in a veterinary practice, where I gained hands-on experience caring for and handling a wide range of animals. I have also house sat for colleagues, including caring for dogs and cats that required medication, and I understand the importance of keeping pets comfortable, exercised, and maintaining their usual routines. I always aim to provide reliable, attentive, and compassionate care, and I’m happy to provide updates and photos while you’re away. During holidays, summer periods and weekends, I have very flexible availability and am generally free any time. During term time, I commute to university, so my availability varies depending on my timetable. For house sitting, I am available overnight and will only be away during my scheduled university hours. About: Hi, my name is Chelsea and I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember! 🐾 I grew up surrounded by them in Brazil, and because I moved around a lot growing up, animals became a really comforting and familiar part of my life. While living in Spain, I joined an equestrian centre that also worked as a rescue and shelter, where I spent time around and helped care for all kinds of animals, including horses, dogs, cats, cows, sheep, goats, pigs, birds, reptiles and chickens 👩🏻‍🌾🌾 It gave me a really broad understanding of animal care from a young age and taught me how different every animal can be in terms of personality, confidence and routine. Since turning 18 (I’m currently 22) I’ve also done volunteer work and regularly cared for pets belonging to friends, family and neighbours. I’ve looked after puppies, kittens, older dogs and cats, nervous pets and larger breeds, and I’m comfortable with dog walking, overnight care, feeding medication, bathing, litter trays, enrichment and sticking closely to individual routines. I’m very patient with animals, especially those who need a little extra time to feel comfortable, are nervous around new people, get excitable on walks or are strong on the lead. I’m always happy to go at their pace and get to know what makes them feel safe and settled. I’ve also had pets of my own. My dog Honey was a huge part of my life before she sadly passed away a few years ago, and I currently have a cat called Mila, who is very spoiled and absolutely the light of my life 🐕🐈‍⬛💕 I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care, so I’d always want you to feel reassured while you’re away. I’m happy to follow feeding schedules, walking routines, medication instructions and all those little habits that make your pet feel at home. I’m more than happy to send regular photos and updates so you can see how they’re getting on 📸🐾 Most importantly, I want every pet in my care to feel safe, comfortable and loved until their favourite person comes home! 🏡 I work from home with a flexible schedule, which means I’m able to fit pet care comfortably around my day! I’m available throughout the week and can usually be flexible with timings for walks, drop-in visits and longer stays. I also drive, so I’m able to travel to you and have a little more flexibility when it comes to location and timings 🐾 I’m always happy to work around your pet’s usual routine wherever possible, whether that means an early morning walk, lunchtime company or some extra attention in the evening. When caring for pets in their own home, I always try to keep things as familiar and comfortable for them as possible 💖 I’ll follow your usual feeding, walking, medication and bedtime routines closely, as well as any house rules or specific instructions you leave for me. I’m very mindful of safety on walks and around doors, gates and other animals, and I’ll always take the time to understand your pet’s individual needs beforehand. I’m also respectful of your home and will make sure everything is left clean, tidy and secure. I’m always happy to arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand too, so your pet can get comfortable with me and you can talk me through their routine, personality and all their little quirks 🐾

About: I have had dogs my whole life since I was a child. I now have a 2 year old cockapoo called Max who since day one has been very active, energetic and playful! I have had him since he was a puppy so I am very used to providing plenty of attention, love and care. He absolutely loves other dogs. I understand dogs are all different and I can adapt to different needs and breeds. I have previously dog sat in people's homes overnight. I love dog walking and I am a very social person who loves to see dogs happy and content outdoors. I am comfortable to allow off lead and on lead depending on your preference. I am not currently in work so I have plenty of flexible daytime hours to dedicate to caring for your pet, Monday to Friday. Walks and drop in between 9am and 2pm. Evenings are also fine after 5.30pm. Weekends are available if planned more in advance. There is access to the safe fenced garden whenever required and we live next to the very popular Newbridge Fields. I have a fenced, medium size garden and a sociable, crate trained cockapoo at home. We go out everyday to the fields or beach and come home to a warm, relaxed environment where the dogs can play, relax and have their own space if needed.

About: I grew up around a lot of animals and have experience with pet sitting/dog walking for my friends and family since I was 16. I’ve taken care of dogs, cats and other animals since I was 6 years old. I am currently unemployed therefore I am available from Monday - Sunday. I don’t have any children or other responsibilities so my schedule is always open and flexible. I have a big, open back garden with fencing so your pet will be able to enjoy playing in the garden. I live in a safe and quiet area with plenty of nice walks and big fields for your dogs to play and run around in. My partner has 2 friendly dogs that frequently stay at the house if you’d prefer your dog to have some doggy company.

About: I've loved animals for as long as I can remember and have spent much of my life caring for dogs, cats and other pets belonging to family, friends and neighbours. What sets me apart is the way I approach each animal as an individual.

I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog received! From the moment we met, it was clear how kind, reliable, and genuinely passionate Mary is about animals. She took the time to understand my dog’s routine, personality, and needs, which instantly put me at ease. While I was away, I received regular updates, photos, and messages, which made such a difference and reassured me that Rosie was happy and well looked after. It was obvious Rosie felt comfortable, relaxed, and even a little spoiled! When I returned, everything was exactly as I’d hoped — a happy, healthy dog and a home that was just as I left it. I would absolutely recommend Mary to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter, and I will definitely be booking again. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my dog!

Jo and Jenny are absolute angels. I genuinely felt they had fallen straight from heaven 🥰. Hawk is a rescue from Romania, so it was incredibly important to find sitters who understood his needs. Jo and Jenny took so much time to really get to know him. Their incredible care started before the stay, when we all met up to walk in the forest just so Hawk could get acquainted. Jo collected Hawk from our house, while Jenny planned the adventures. They showed so much thoughtfulness by planning his entire stay around the heatwave. They kept him completely safe while still giving him the ultimate adventure. Hawk is super energetic, so they planned amazing adventures, including beach trips, then sent the cutest video of him digging in the sand, chasing seagulls and waves, for the first time in his life. They walked him in the forest and waterfalls, the pics show Hawk paddling, splashing and loving cold water rubs. I was kept updated the whole time with the most beautiful videos and pictures, Jo even walked him in the forest, before dropping him home. Hawk is sleeping soundly now, completely content after his amazing mini-vacation 🐾 It is so clear Jo and Jenny do this purely out of a selfless love for dogs and not money. Sadly (for them not me 🤣), their busy work arrangements mean they can't have a dog permanently right now, so they poured all that affection into Hawk. They absolutely adored him and he idolised them. Jo and Jenny are the most caring, gentle, and exceptional sitters you could ever wish for. Now that we have found them, our lives will be enriched, we can now go away without worry, knowing Hawk is in the best care imaginable. We have found the perfect sitters so are forever grateful for the Rover app. 🥰
