We left our dog Hugo with Ana for a day/night and it couldn’t have gone any better. The family treated our dog like their own. He had an amazing time and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them every time! Thank you all for looking after Hugo.

Trixie had a lovely stay with Amy and Skye. Trixie had been staying at kennels but has grown too used to her home comforts for this. Amy put our minds at ease at our first meeting, we knew Trixie would be made to feel safe, comfortable and just as well looked after as she is at home! During Trixie’s stay we received lots of updates showing what a great time Trixie was having and how she’d so easily made herself at home thanks to Amy. We’d highly recommend Amy and Trixie will be looking forward to a second visit soon!

Our initial request for overnight boarding with Lauren was responded to within a very short time and booking agreed. Lauren invited us to take Eevie to meet her and to familiarise herself with where she would be staying and also an opportunity to discuss Eevie's routines. Communication was excellent throughout her stay with many photo's of Eevie and what she was getting up to throughout the day. Unfortunately, Eevie was sick while in Lauren's care and she contacted me immediately to let me know the situation and took her to the vet on our behalf (as we were over 140 miles away. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND LAUREN and would definitely look to re-book her to look after our little one again We did collect our dog early, but this was our decision. Lauren did offer to refund part of the overnight stay fee as we collected her late in the evening, but we felt that Lauren had definitely gone over and above and had certainly earned the full fee with her caring for dog.

They sent lots of videos and pics and they both looked happy and relaxed. Would most definitely use them again and would definitely recommend them to any dog owner.

Honestly could fault Amie and her partner. They had Freddie for a night, last minute booking, meet and greet completed, and it was honestly so refreshing to feel so comfortable leaving your dog at someone else's house. Constant pupdates, a very happy dog, and very reasonable price. Will definitely be using Amie and her partner again.

I can’t thank Kate and Cal enough for looking after our Whippet Ed. It was clear as soon as we picked him up how well he had been looked after. I fact I’m pretty sure he wanted to stay. Their communication whilst we were away was amazing and daily photos showed how much he was enjoying. I would 100% recommend Kate and Cal to anyone and will be booking with them again.

Figaro had his first night's stay with Sian last weekend; he had a super time and was well cared for. Sian was very flexible when I needed to change plans and she was responsive to both mine and Figaro's needs. I was kept well updated with lovely photos during Figaro's stay and he came home a very happy boy after playing on the beach and enjoying Sian's dog friendly garden. I am sure he will have a wonderful holiday here when he comes back in August!

About: Nijo & Jenny Animals have always been a big part of my life. I grew up in a home with multiple dogs and cats and have cared for pets for many years. Over time, I have looked after and cared for dogs ranging from small breeds to large breeds, each with their own unique personalities, needs and routines. As a Merchant Navy Officer, I have 2 mo tha rotation, where I am onboard for 2-3 and at home on leave for 2-3 months. During my leave periods, I am home full-time for up to two months at a stretch, allowing me to provide plenty of companionship, exercise and supervision. My wife and I are both passionate animal lovers and regularly help friends with their dogs. Due to my work pattern we are unable to get a dog ourselves currently but we try to compensate that by lending a hand to our friends with pets. We understand that every pet is different, and we strive to provide a safe, loving and stress-free home away from home where pets are treated as part of the family. We ourselves use rover when we go for vacations and understand the situation, we strive to create a second home for your furry friends and would be part of our family. When I am on leave from work, I am available at home full-time and can dedicate my attention to your pet throughout the day. This allows me to maintain their usual routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, rest periods and plenty of companionship. I enjoy spending time outdoors and regularly visit local walking areas such as Brynna Woods and Smilog Woods. Depending on your dog's preferences and energy levels, I can also provide longer walks, park visits and beach outings. I only accept one household's dog at a time, ensuring your pet receives individual attention and a calm environment. Your pet's safety and wellbeing are my highest priorities. My wife and I live in a spacious home with a secure fenced back garden, providing a safe environment for dogs to relax, play and explore. We also share our home with our friendly domestic shorthair cat, Simba, who is comfortable around dogs that respect her space. Before every booking, I take time to understand your pet's routine, preferences, dietary requirements and any special instructions. My wife is a medical doctor and is happy to assist with routine medications if required, providing additional reassurance for owners whose pets may need ongoing treatment during their stay. I only accept one household's dog at a time, ensuring your pet receives individual attention, plenty of supervision and a calm environment. I will also provide regular photo and video updates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy, comfortable and well cared for.

AMAZING dog sitter!! - we left our dog Teddy with Mary a few weeks ago, and I must say I was quite nervous, he’s very hyper and boisterous and I was worried he wouldn’t settle, however Mary kept me updated every single day sending photos, telling me about his mealtimes and even updated me every thirty minutes to an hour after he had gotten sick, she explained how good he had been and genuinely put my mind at ease, couldn’t reccomend her more. Thank you so much Mary will definitely be booking again!!

I couldn’t recommend Tia and Matt enough. They have been a massive help with our new little pup Skye. They treat her like one of her own and is absolutely spoilt rotten when we’re away. I can leave the house knowing full well that Skye will have the best time. They are so flexible and have been able to help us out at very short enough. We’re so appreciative for everything they’ve done to help our Skye have fulfilling and fun days when we are having to work.

We had a wonderful experience with Jason, who took great care of our two senior cats Eric and Ebony while we were away. He was very punctual, attentive and professional, spending 30 minutes on each visit to feed, play and cuddle with them. He also kept us updated with photos and videos of their daily activities, which made us feel reassured and relaxed. Our cats seemed to love him and we could tell he genuinely loves cats and enjoys his job. About: I've loved and cared for cats for many years and have experience looking after cats with a wide range of personalities, from confident and sociable cats who want plenty of fuss and playtime to shy or independent cats who prefer a quieter approach. I understand that every cat is different and that trust is earned in their own time. I take care to follow their routines, respect their boundaries, and make sure they feel safe and comfortable while you're away. Whether it's feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter trays, administering simple medications, play sessions, cuddles on the sofa, or simply providing a calm and reassuring presence, I adapt my care to each cat's individual needs. I'm reliable, patient and attentive, and I know how important it is to have peace of mind when someone else is caring for your beloved pet. My aim is always to ensure your cat is happy, relaxed and well cared for until you return home.

About: We always had pets at home (from fish to dogs) and I have always been happy to look after my friends and colleages' little ones :) both at my parents when I was younger, later at mine, or at the pet's own place more recently. I've never had any incident to report. I would love to adopt a dog but I can't have pets where I live, sadly. I love to be outdoors and I miss my big dog's company when I go around. There is a lot to explore aroud here... I can take dogs to the beach, the mountain or even to the safari! Wouldn't be the first time and it was great :) Usully available in the afternoons/evenings but I've got no set routine right now so it will be on a day by day basis, please get in touch and see if I can help :) It will depend on each pet and what they need & like, but will always treat them with love and respect. I can easily accomodate activities, just let me know what they like or dislike and any routines or training you're following, so I will do accordingly.

About: Growing up in my house meant always living with a cat, sometimes multiple at a time. This has meant that I have become familiar with the complicated ways of a cat and come to understand them, unlike most people who claim to not be cat people. I understand their boundaries and enjoy their company whenever they want mine. I am open to indoor or outdoor cats, meaning I am able to deal with litter trays if needed.

About: Back in 2018, Bailey joined my family as a 10-week-old puppy. He’s a Sprocker (Springer x Cocker Spaniel), and I helped train him from day one. He’s now entering his senior years, and I still help take care of him regularly. I’m very familiar with the energetic, friendly temperament typical of spaniels and understand the needs of both young and older dogs. My fiancée’s family also has a Cockapoo, and I helped train her as a puppy too. She’s more laid-back and very affectionate, so I’ve had experience with a range of dog personalities—from playful and high-energy to calm and cuddly. We’re reliable, caring, and genuinely love dogs. Your pet will be treated like part of the family while they’re with us. My fiancée and I recently moved into our own home after living with family, and while we’re not quite ready to commit to getting a dog of our own—mostly due to long travel periods—we really miss having a dog around every day. Pet sitting is the perfect way for us to enjoy the company of dogs while giving them a loving home away from home. I work remotely, so am in the house most of the days Monday-Friday and partially over weekends, depending on our plans. My job is also fully flexible, so I can step away from the laptop at any time to play, walk and spend time with your furry friend. Our garden is fully fenced in, with both patio and grass. However the garden is tiered and there are 6 steps between the ground patio and the grass. Happy to assist any senior dogs to the grass area if needed (depending on size). We have no other animals in the house.

I am also available for boarding, so will make this available as and when available. I live in a house with a garden and lots of space for your dog to feel relaxed, or cwtched up - whatever they prefer! I will ensure all instructions are adhered to, as with my own, i would want to make sure they had an enjoyable experience without causing them distress with a new face. I’d ask questions to ensure you felt satisfied we had covered everything beforehand.

About: I’ve grown up with pets for as long as I can remember, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. I genuinely love spending time with dogs and making sure they feel happy, safe, and comfortable while they’re away from home. I live in a peaceful rural area with plenty of space for dogs to explore, play, or simply relax and enjoy the quiet surroundings. Over the years, I’ve looked after dogs for friends and family, from regular walks to longer stays, and I always treat them with the same care and attention I would give my own pets. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your dog, and I aim to provide a calm, loving environment where they feel settled, cared for, and part of the family. I am currently self-employed and work from home, so I’ll have plenty of time to walk, care for, and give attention to your dogs throughout the day. I have plenty of space here for them to roam around, play, and feel comfortable in a safe environment. I have a large enclosed garden to keep your dogs safe and secure while they play and explore. I currently don’t have any other dogs at home, which makes it a calm and peaceful environment, especially well suited for quieter or more timid dogs.

She has been absolutely wonderful with Adis. She has been able to accommodate us very early in the morning, has always been punctual, and is extremely thorough in the care she provides. I really appreciate the detailed notes she takes about Adis’s wees, sleep times, and general wellbeing, as well as the regular updates she sends. Most importantly, I can tell she genuinely loves animals, which is incredibly reassuring. Adis is almost 19 years old and blind, so he needs gentle, attentive care, and she has looked after him so well. I feel very comfortable knowing he is in such kind and capable hands. Highly recommended.

About: My home offers a calm, quiet sanctuary where dogs can relax and feel at ease right away. Without the excitement and noise of children around, pets can settle into their routine more easily and enjoy a stress-free environment. With 12 years of hands-on experience caring for horses, dogs, and cats, I know what it takes to keep your beloved pets happy and healthy. As a fellow pet parent, I completely understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family members. Working from home gives me the flexibility to be available for your dog around the clock. My typical daily routine includes: • Early morning walk (before starting work) • Midday adventure (lunch break walk) • Evening stroll (end of workday) Together, these walks typically cover about 2 miles, but I’m happy to adjust the distance and intensity based on your dog’s breed, age, and fitness level. Some pups need more exercise to burn off energy, while others prefer shorter, gentler walks. Your dog will enjoy access to my fully secure garden where they can play, explore, and relax safely off-leash. Inside, they’ll be treated as part of the family with all the comforts of home. Sleeping arrangements are completely up to you: • Cozy up on the sofa for movie nights • Snuggle in bed for ultimate comfort • Sleep peacefully in their own crate if that’s their preference I believe every dog deserves to feel at home, so I’ll follow whatever routine makes your pup feel most secure and happy.

About: Hiya and happy to meet you, I am an animal lover, probably from birth! I have cared for a variety of animals since I was a very young child, from 4 legged furries to wings and scales! from taking in injured wildlife to multiple pets, my home growing up was a little rescue center. I grew up with multiple dogs at home, furries from rabbits to hamsters, birds, lizards and snakes. My passion for animals blossomed as I got older and for a longtime I worked in a zoo before specialising in parrot care and eventually becoming interested in wildlife ecology. Throughout the years I have always lent a hand looking after family and friends beloved fur balls from dog to cats and everything in between. With my house currently empty of pet life I would love the opportunity to give my love and care to another’s pet while their owner is away and look forward to long dog walks (I am very outdoorsy) or cuddles on the sofa and belly rubs. Looking forward to hearing from you 💜🐇🐶🐱 I currently work part-time (night shift) working two nights a week so home all day every day and have plenty of time to spend with your fur babies! I love being outdoors and taking long walks so would love the company of a pup. It’s a family environment in my house with me and my 3 year old son at home, we enjoy trips to the beach and checking out local nature reserves and country parks. Available for dog walking and home checkin’s anytime before 5pm on days I am working and anytime on days off (contact me for information on what days you need and I can coordinate with my work rota), available for boarding anytime during the week and weekends. Fur- babies are welcome in my home like a member of the family, I allow dogs/cats on furniture and bed (ofcourse unless otherwise requested by the owner), I have a medium- sized fenced garden and can provide a crate if needed. Litter trays provided for cats and dogs free to roam the garden whenever they please, dog walks several times a day. If caring for animals in a pet owners home I am always respectful of their wishes, home and routines.

About: With over 20 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats, especially dogs. I offer calm, confident, and genuinely loving care tailored to each dogs needs. I’ve always owned working dogs, including spaniels and border collies, so I understand the importance of both physical exercise and mental stimulation. From high-energy adventurers to laid-back companions, I’m experienced in reading behaviour, maintaining routines, and providing structure alongside affection. Throughout my life I’ve cared for a wide range of animals, but dogs have always been my true passion. Your dog’s safety, happiness, and wellbeing are always my top priority, whether that’s on a walk, a drop-in visit, or extended care. You can expect reliable communication, respect for your home, and care that treats your dog like one of my own. On occasion, I can welcome one dog into our home based on timings and temperament with our two male working cocker spaniels. They are both extremely friendly and love to play with friends and are mixed with dogs regularly. Please note they are both fully intact, so females which are in season would not be able to stay with us. I work a hybrid schedule, with three days working from home and two days in the office, which allows me to offer flexible and attentive pet care. On home-working days, I’m available for regular walks, check-ins, and companionship throughout the day. On office days, I provide morning and evening care as needed. I’m also fully available on weekends, allowing plenty of time for walks, sitting, and drop-in visits. I care for pets in their own home by following their usual routine, rules, and preferences as closely as possible. This includes feeding, walks, playtime, enrichment, and any specific instructions you provide. I make sure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and relaxed in their familiar environment, while giving them plenty of attention and affection. I’m respectful of your home, keep things tidy, and provide regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is well cared for. I am also CPR and First Aid trained

About: As a veterinary student with 3 years of experience working in a veterinary practice, you can feel confident your pet(s) will be in safe and caring hands. I have always loved animals and am passionate about their health and wellbeing. I hold a Level 2 Diploma in Animal Care and Welfare and a Level 2 Diploma in Veterinary Care Assistant, as well as a Higher Education Diploma in Veterinary Science. I worked for 3 years as a Veterinary Care Assistant in a veterinary practice, where I gained hands-on experience caring for and handling a wide range of animals. I have also house sat for colleagues, including caring for dogs and cats that required medication, and I understand the importance of keeping pets comfortable, exercised, and maintaining their usual routines. I always aim to provide reliable, attentive, and compassionate care, and I’m happy to provide updates and photos while you’re away. During holidays, summer periods and weekends, I have very flexible availability and am generally free any time. During term time, I commute to university, so my availability varies depending on my timetable. For house sitting, I am available overnight and will only be away during my scheduled university hours. For dog walking and drop-in visits, I am available in the late afternoons and evenings. Please feel free to message me to discuss specific dates and arrangements. I prioritise the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of every pet in my care. For house sitting, I maintain their usual routine and ensure they are settled and secure in their home. With experience in a veterinary practice and as a veterinary student, I am confident handling a wide range of animals and their individual needs. I always treat every home with respect and ensure pets are well cared for at all times.

About: I've loved animals for as long as I can remember and have spent much of my life caring for dogs, cats and other pets belonging to family, friends and neighbours. What sets me apart is the way I approach each animal as an individual. Some dogs want to march up the mountain at full speed, some prefer a slower wander with plenty of sniffing and exploring, and some simply need a calm, reassuring presence. I enjoy getting to know their personalities and adapting my care to what makes them feel safe, happy and understood. I'm reliable, patient and attentive, and I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet. Whether it's a walk, a drop-in visit, companionship while you're away, or overnight care, I treat every animal with kindness, respect and genuine affection. I have experience with dogs and of different ages, sizes and temperaments, and I'm comfortable following feeding routines, administering simple medications, using specific leads or equipment, and maintaining any training or house rules you already have in place. My goal is simple, to make sure your pet is well cared for, enjoys their time with me, and comes home (or stays home) happy and content. Pet care is a central part of my week and I structure my schedule to ensure the animals in my care receive the time, attention and consistency they need. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, companionship visits, pet sitting and overnight stays. I aim to keep my diary manageable so that every pet receives individual attention rather than being rushed from one booking to the next. I am flexible where possible and happy to discuss regular or occasional care depending on your needs. I understand how important routines can be for animals, so I do my best to maintain familiar feeding, walking and rest schedules to help them feel secure and settled. The safety, wellbeing and happiness of every pet is my priority. Before providing care, I take time to understand each animal's personality, routine, preferences, training, health needs and any specific instructions you would like followed. Whether caring for pets in their own home or taking dogs for walks, I aim to create a calm, positive and secure experience. I pay close attention to lead requirements, recall ability, interactions with other dogs, feeding routines, medications and any behavioural considerations. I know that trusting someone with your beloved pet is a big decision, so I always treat animals, homes and personal information with care, respect and professionalism. I am also happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is safe and well cared for.

About: I've grown up being around pets, from dogs to birds and rabbits. I currently have a 2 year old staffy called Kali who is such a loving girl. She was 5 months when I brought her home and we have completed many training sessions together to ensure she had the most positive start to her life with me. Through my time with Kali, I have learnt a lot about dog behaviour and how to manage certain situations to ensure the safety of Kali and other dogs we meet. I love walking and hiking and Kali and I are always out on new adventures. I offer dog walking with or without Kali joining us. Whatever your preference, I will do my best to meet. I currently work full time Monday to Friday on a flexible working pattern so I am open to discussing times and days that suit you, to see how I can accommodate. I can always offer weekends and early morning/ evening slots. I can care for your dog in the way that best suits you and your dog at home. If there is a routine in place, we can discuss this to ensure your dog feels comfortable and safe with me. I will also ensure we have lots of fun.

About: I have had dogs my whole life since I was a child. I now have a 2 year old cockapoo called Max who since day one has been very active, energetic and playful! I have had him since he was a puppy so I am very used to providing plenty of attention, love and care. He absolutely loves other dogs. I understand dogs are all different and I can adapt to different needs and breeds. I have previously dog sat in people's homes overnight. I love dog walking and I am a very social person who loves to see dogs happy and content outdoors. I am comfortable to allow off lead and on lead depending on your preference. I am not currently in work so I have plenty of flexible daytime hours to dedicate to caring for your pet, Monday to Friday. Walks and drop in between 9am and 2pm. Evenings are also fine after 5.30pm. Weekends are available if planned more in advance. There is access to the safe fenced garden whenever required and we live next to the very popular Newbridge Fields. I have a fenced, medium size garden and a sociable, crate trained cockapoo at home. We go out everyday to the fields or beach and come home to a warm, relaxed environment where the dogs can play, relax and have their own space if needed.

"David is fantastic! After a successful trial night where he managed our nervous dog, Dougie, with ease, we booked a longer 10-night stay. David’s communication is excellent and he sent plenty of photo updates. Seeing Dougie so happy and relaxed during his second drop-off told us everything we needed to know about the high quality of care he receives. Highly recommend!"

About: Hey guys, I’m Rosie! I am a full time student at Cardiff metropolitan university, I’m studying social work in hope to graduate as a social worker. I am also ambulance crew for non emergency. A lot of my time is taken up by supporting individuals and all I am missing in my life is some time with nature and animals. From a young age I have absolutely adored animals, dogs in particular. When I was just a baby, I had a dog called Tessa, we would have tea party’s underneath my kitchen table and race up and down the garden. i can offer my heart to some dogs in the neighbourhood, get us both on healthy early morning walks or afternoon walks, I’d be absolutely delighted. If you’re interested in having a chat about myself and your dog then please give me a message! You now know a little about me and I’d love to know more about you! Yours, Rosie I am studying at university on a Wednesday and Thursday right now. Feel free to message me about the other days of the week as this is where I will be free! I have a wall in my garden and to be honest you dogs and I will be exploring the outdoors more than we will be sitting inside. I do not live alone, I live with friends which offers extra security :)
