About: As a veterinary student with 3 years of experience working in a veterinary practice, you can feel confident your pet(s) will be in safe and caring hands. I have always loved animals and am passionate about their health and wellbeing. I hold a Level 2 Diploma in Animal Care and Welfare and a Level 2 Diploma in Veterinary Care Assistant, as well as a Higher Education Diploma in Veterinary Science. I worked for 3 years as a Veterinary Care Assistant in a veterinary practice, where I gained hands-on experience caring for and handling a wide range of animals. I have also house sat for colleagues, including caring for dogs and cats that required medication, and I understand the importance of keeping pets comfortable, exercised, and maintaining their usual routines. I always aim to provide reliable, attentive, and compassionate care, and I’m happy to provide updates and photos while you’re away. During holidays, summer periods and weekends, I have very flexible availability and am generally free any time. During term time, I commute to university, so my availability varies depending on my timetable. For house sitting, I am available overnight and will only be away during my scheduled university hours. For dog walking and drop-in visits, I am available in the late afternoons and evenings. Please feel free to message me to discuss specific dates and arrangements. I prioritise the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of every pet in my care. For house sitting, I maintain their usual routine and ensure they are settled and secure in their home. For drop-in visits, I make sure pets are fed, cared for, and given attention while keeping their routine consistent. With experience in a veterinary practice and as a veterinary student, I am confident handling a wide range of animals and their individual needs. I always treat every home with respect and ensure pets are well cared for at all times.
“Tia and Matt have been an incredible help with us and our new little pup, Skye. They are so reliable and we always feel so comfortable leaving Skye with them. Skye gets treated like a lil princess and absolutely adores them. We couldn’t recommend them enough. X”

“James stayed in our home for a week with our dog Coco. He was amazing with her and was brilliant at keeping us updated with photos etc. We would definitely use James again!”

About: With over 20 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats, especially dogs. I offer calm, confident, and genuinely loving care tailored to each dogs needs. I’ve always owned working dogs, including spaniels and border collies, so I understand the importance of both physical exercise and mental stimulation. From high-energy adventurers to laid-back companions, I’m experienced in reading behaviour, maintaining routines, and providing structure alongside affection. Throughout my life I’ve cared for a wide range of animals, but dogs have always been my true passion. Your dog’s safety, happiness, and wellbeing are always my top priority, whether that’s on a walk, a drop-in visit, or extended care. You can expect reliable communication, respect for your home, and care that treats your dog like one of my own. On occasion, I can welcome one dog into our home based on timings and temperament with our two male working cocker spaniels. They are both extremely friendly and love to play with friends and are mixed with dogs regularly. Please note they are both fully intact, so females which are in season would not be able to stay with us. I work a hybrid schedule, with three days working from home and two days in the office, which allows me to offer flexible and attentive pet care. On home-working days, I’m available for regular walks, check-ins, and companionship throughout the day. On office days, I provide morning and evening care as needed. I’m also fully available on weekends, allowing plenty of time for walks, sitting, and drop-in visits. I care for pets in their own home by following their usual routine, rules, and preferences as closely as possible. This includes feeding, walks, playtime, enrichment, and any specific instructions you provide. I make sure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and relaxed in their familiar environment, while giving them plenty of attention and affection. I’m respectful of your home, keep things tidy, and provide regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is well cared for. I am also CPR and First Aid trained

About: Hey, i’m Laura ! Working in HR as my day job allows me to be flexible working from home in the week. I love being able to look after a dog and have company whilst in the house. Hours are flexible so allow me to go on long walks whenever needed. Im currently working full time, but work from home so have full flexibility on caring for a gorgeous dog at the same time. I am also available for boarding, so will make this available as and when available. I live in a house with a garden and lots of space for your dog to feel relaxed, or cwtched up - whatever they prefer! I will ensure all instructions are adhered to, as with my own, i would want to make sure they had an enjoyable experience without causing them distress with a new face. I’d ask questions to ensure you felt satisfied we had covered everything beforehand.
About: Hi! I’m Cassidy, and I’m an experienced house and dog sitter. Unfortunately I do not home board, however this is something I will be doing in the future. I have a L3 certificate in Animal Management, HNC in Animal Studies, and a bachelors with honours in Ecology and Conservation. I provide services such as dog walking, house sitting, and being the companion your pet needs whilst you’re away! When the dog is in my company, I ensure they are cleaned up after, fed, health checked, and have access to go to the toilet and have as many walks as they need! I have been doing this for over 5 years and I will soon be doing a dog training and canine first aid course to ensure I have all the extra knowledge some sitters do not. References are welcome, please feel free to message me! Available some holidays in advance, on weekends and evenings. If a pet that is happy to be alone for a few hours, can be made available full time. I rent my own home and have access to nearby parks for walks, and have space in my home for their comfort. References are available for trust of me coming to your own home for boarding.

About: I’m a first-year zoology student, at Swansea University! My love for all animals runs deep. Whether big or small, creepy or cute, I believe all animals deserve love and care (which is where I come in). I absolutely adore animals. I’ve had hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs, a ferret and rats. I currently have three rats and a cat — soon a golden retriever too! Despite never having a dog of my own, I have previously helped friends and family look after their dogs. I’m currently building my dog training skills through my friend’s dogs, as it’s something I think is very overlooked and often hard! I would love to get to know your dog personally and help with training. I’m currently a uni-student, so weekdays during term time would be difficult for me, unless in the Swansea area. I’m available friday, saturday and sunday in any area from Swansea to Cardiff! I will familiarise myself with your home and follow every instruction perfectly! Whether you’d like me to follow a specific routine or go with the flow of your pet, I’m flexible! I will also happily provide frequent updates!
About: I grew up around many different animals including Lucy. A dog with separation anxiety who was rescued from a puppy farm. Growing up, I also spent time around cats, rabbits, birds, and many more animals, so I'm happy to look after any other pets you may have. I also received a distinction in Animal Care, as well as Wildlife and Countryside Management level 3. I'm available to care for pets and their home full time! I'm able to provide plenty of enrichment and as much exercise as they need. I use exclusively reward-based training methods with both my own and others pets. And I always stick to the usual routine of the animals I'm petsitting.

Bridgend pet owners share their Rover experiences
Again Lottie had a fabulous time with Tia, Lottie told me she spent the time lovingly ensconced in the sofa. And had a fabulous walk. . Tia was so incredibly helpful as my car had broken down. Definitely will use again, Tia is a lovely person and Lottie is a huge fan!

Once again James stayed to look after Rosie and Bea our two chocolate labradors. They love him coming and miss him when he goes. This time however Rosie was taken ill. Due to James swift intervention he took Rosie to the vets and was found to be very poorly. She got treatment immediately which saved her life. We van only thank him for his care and diligence in dealing with an awful situation. We have total faith in him and would highly recommend him to anyone to look after their fur babies.

Keely has been a fantastic dog sitter! She is brilliant with our dog Ted, who loves all her cuddles and fusses. She was really attentive to Ted’s specific needs, particularly around fireworks season, and kept us up to date regularly. Keely also kept the house wonderfully clean and tidy. We will definitely be booking her to dog sit for us again in future 😊

I wanted to share my fantastic experience with Bea and her pet-sitting services. She took care of my two springers from Thursday to Saturday, and I must say, she was simply amazing. Bea provided constant updates throughout the day, which was extremely reassuring. It was evident that my dogs took to her straight away, so much so that I don't think they wanted her to leave! Given how well things went, I will definitely be using Bea's services again in the future. I highly recommend her to friends and family looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter.

Louise has been beyond fantastic, very accommodating and empathetic with our situation as we were going to be moving house. She was prepared for whatever scenario and made the whole stay a breeze. Kitties were very happy and house left spotless. Will be definitely using again. Thank you!
