About: Hi there! My name is Rachel, I’m a 29 year old working professional based in Taunton and I live with my partner in a fully detached house with a large secure enclosed garden, giving dogs plenty of safe space to play and explore. I’ve grown up around both cats and dogs all my life, and featured in my photo is our family dog Coco, a mini Pomeranian who I absolutely adore. I regularly dog sit for friends over weekends and love taking their dogs out for walks and adventures in the countryside. I enjoy being outdoors and discovering new walking spots, so your dog will get lots of exercise, attention and companionship. I work from home on Mondays, meaning I’m around throughout the day for walks, toilet breaks, feeding and company. Although we don’t currently have pets living with us, our home is very pet friendly and calm, making it a great environment for dogs to feel comfortable and relaxed. I’m available on weekends and love spending time outdoors on long walks and adventures with dogs. Most of my friends have dogs and I love going for Saturday morning coffee and dog walks with them. About: I have years of experience caring for family and friends’ dogs, especially high-energy and working breeds. I’m very active and love running and walking with dogs, making sure they get the exercise they need. I’m comfortable reinforcing basic training and maintaining routines. Currently working full-time Monday to Friday! Happy to support weekends (Friday-Sunday) and evening walking if needed. Happy to drive and support from homes and take in walks on the moors. When caring for pets in a pet owner’s home, I focus on maintaining their normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, exercise, medication if needed, and any training routines. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, enrichment, and activity, while also keeping their environment clean, safe, and stress-free.

About: As well as being very actively involved in the care of my families dogs ever since I was very young, I have looked after plenty of friends dogs too. I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds and temperaments in both cities and the countryside. I prioritise being extra safe and present when I'm caring for an animal which ensures any dog in my care is relaxed and happy. Ultimately I'm completely dog obsessed and take the responsibility of looking after any dog, be it my own or someone else's, very seriously (but not seriously enough that we don't also have loads of fun!!) I am currently a freelance graphic designer working from home meaning I have a VERY flexible schedule and really the perfect set up for taking care of dogs. As of right now I am available all week with no real time constraints. Note- from 29/04 - 20/05 and 03/06-24/06 I will be unavailable on Wednesday until 2pm. I have a lovely fenced medium-large garden with lots of plants, trees and interesting bits for dogs to explore (aka not a rectangle of flat grass!). My dogs spend lots of time outside sunbathing and playing. I have two beddlington-whippet girls at home, one is 5 the other is 10. The older isn't particularly interested in other dogs at all, happy to keep to herself. The other LOVES other dogs, she's a fantastic play mate.

About: I've been taking care of pets for as long as I can remember. I pet sat during university and my masters, as well as when I first graduated. I am now back as I miss it and want to meet more pets again. I have my own two dogs and love taking them on the best days out When I house sit I am more than happy to take care of domestic needs too such as gardening, plant care and cleaning, as I know how important it is to come home to a clean house! He adored Holly and Giles from the first time he met them - I have never seen him take to someone so quickly and I trust his judgement! We met up before we went away and again he absolutely loved them, I think he would have happily gone off with them without me! They took amazing care of him, our cat Molly got far more attention than she usually does and they looked after our home and cleaned it for us which was a blessing after a long trip. We received updates and photos every day which helped so much in knowing he was happy. They are both lovely people, genuine, funny and caring and have great knowledge of animals. I hope to keep in touch with them as they feel like friends now. Massively grateful for all their help!”

When we lost my lovely 13 year old Border terrier, it seemed like a good idea to take up pet boarding, sitting and walking. I usually board one, occasionally two dogs, at a time from different households, but happy to board two dogs from the same household. We usually host small to medium sized dogs, and up to a maximum of three dogs. I can no longer take very large or strong dogs that pull on the lead. Our garden is a good size and secure, so your dog will always have access to the garden. I live near to Uphill’s sandy beach and wonderful countryside walks. Your dog will be very comfortable and well looked after. I work from home so your dog will never be left alone for longer than a few hours in the daytime and never alone at night. About: I have had dogs all my life from small dogs to medium sized dogs I have fed them given them water bathed them and walked them and if your fur baby gets all dirty I would take them to the bathroom and give them a bath and give them a nice warm bath they would be really nice and clean and I have got a dog and had dogs all my life time when I was growing up so I love dogs I’m also a very happy person and I’m also a kind caring person that would be very happy to look after your fur baby’s I don’t work so I’m always around and available for your fur baby and I will always take good care of them like you do plus I will always be there for them and take good care of them I have had dog’s all my life We have a closed in garden so will keep your fur baby safe and sound when in the back garden and if needed have a crate for your fur baby to keep safe or needs a sleep we will all so give your fur baby a nice cuddle and plenty of walks.next to me or my wife on the sofa and they will get a lot of attention from me
