About: I am new to this but after 14 years of care work I have decided that a change of career is what I'm looking for. I have no experience as a pet sitter but I have 2 dogs of my own and also previously had 2 cats. About: Hi! We're Angie & Alex, full-time professional house and pet sitters. We have both always loved animals and grown up looking after dogs and cats. I (Angie) grew up with dogs (a spaniel, a lab and a German Shepherd), whilst Alex grew up with cats. We now move around looking after different, wonderful dogs and cats, and their owners' homes while they're on extended trips (usually 2+ weeks). We give all animals the individual care and attention they need. So far this year we have looked after two elderly dogs in Devon (including giving them medication), a couple of energetic, young golden retrievers in Guildford, and a wisler and dachshund in Cornwall before that. We especially love getting outside with dogs, enjoying lots of walks in nature! We both work remotely, so we are at home all during the work week. Angie works part-time and flexi hours, so she is available to meet longer walking needs, if required. When we're not working, we're dedicated to the pets, and make any social plans fit around the animals' needs. We only do house-sitting, staying at the owner's house, and usually for 2+ weeks at a time. We take great care to learn from you what your animal needs and work with those needs. It's important to us that dogs and cats feel safe and comfortable with us, and that they thrive in our care. We ensure their routines are not disrupted; such as taking them on as long or short walks as they need and at the times they're used to. We can also administer medication, and give them playtime and attention.

About: I'm a PhD student at Exeter uni studying animal welfare in marine biology, particularly in fish. I love animals and always have loved cats. In my last few years of school before leaving for uni our family got a British Shorthair kitten called Ragnar (he's 9 now and a wonderful sweet boy) and a couple years after that we adopted a stray kitten called Tessa (she's quirky and very fun). I've taken care of our cats and take over all cat duties when I'm back home in the holidays. I've pet sat over the years including cats, dogs, fish of course and chickens!

About: As a dog-owner with plenty of neighbours with pet, I have been a reliable source whenever my neighbours have needed someone to look after their dogs / cats. I am super-active and love taking dogs out for long walks on beaches, local parks and discovering new places! I am an incoming medical student starting at Oxford, looking for a little extra cash to help me with my studies, as well as an opportunity to look after loads of furry friends!!! I’m currently not working and am in a stage where I am in preparation for university, and so I have plenty of time and flexibility to look after your pets. I have a 14 year old dog who is super friendly, but as I live with my family I am able to accommodate your pet without bringing my dog. I have a medium-sized garden and live right by lots of parks and the quay so there are lots of lovely walks that I will be able to take your dogs on! My own dog is super pet-friendly and would love to keep your little one company. I take my dog out for regular breaks and so your furry friend will have lots of outdoor time should they need it!

About: I love animals and have covered short and longterm sits both in UK Devon and Australia for a long time. Mostly I care for cats and dogs though I have had chickens, horses (feeding) and domestic fish and birds. I hare cared for senior pets including their medication. I am semi retired and I do part time work from time to time. In my career was a nurse. I have a deep interest in naturopathy and health. I have a low meat diet. At times the owners dog crate is put in my car though many digs yravel in the front well area. I enjoy taking dogs out on trips eg National trust grounds or the beaches.

I have been providing dog walking and house-sitting services for friends and colleagues over the years, and I now have some extra free time and would like to offer my services to more dog owners. I have experience looking after both small and large breeds. Having lived in South Africa, I am very comfortable around larger, more active dogs. I also recently welcomed a Cockerlier called Chloe into my family, so I am equally happy looking after smaller dogs. I am happy to adapt to your dog’s individual needs and to follow the commands, routines and instructions you already use with your pet. I can also help reinforce basic training and teach simple tricks. For more active dogs, I am happy to provide longer walks or even a steady jog if that is what your dog needs. I am based in Taunton but can travel further afield. I am also regularly available around Exeter, where my partner lives. I can offer dog walking on some weekdays and am available for house sitting during most school holidays.
