“Olivia is one in a million and house sat with our 4 dogs for 11 days. She not only sent me regular updates on 4 happy dogs but she also blitzed the house too. Such a lovely and trustworthy person, and so considerate and mature making sure all was in place for the 4 precious dogs. She did long walks, played with them, gave them everything they needed. The best thing to come back from holiday with a clean house, dogs so happy. Would recommend 1000% Thanks so much 🙏 💓 ☺️”

“Susanna was amazing with my pup! From the moment we met, I could tell she really loves dogs. She kept me updated with pictures and videos, which made me feel so much better while I was away. Susanna is super reliable, kind, and goes the extra mile. I’d definitely book with her again and highly recommend her!!”

“It was our first time using Rover and to be honest we were nervous about leaving our pets but Grace really put us at ease and we have no regrets at all. Our anxious rescue dog is not great with people she doesn't know but within a few hours of us leaving Luna had taken it upon herself to go and sit with Grace which is virtually unheard of! Grace gave us regular updates throughout the weekend and it was so reassuring to know our two girls were being well looked after. Thanks Grace, Luna & Maybellene hope to see you again! ☺️”

“Rosalind is a pleasant young lady who looked after our dogs well. They appeared comfortable in her care, and were afforded their normal routine during the day and night.”

“Looked after our 12wk old puppy for a full day, all went very smoothly. Arrived on time, good communication and very good with Maple. Would definitely use Lara again. Thank you!”

“Jo was absolutely perfect for our reactive, strong rescue dog! Jo is warm, kind and sent us updates but most importantly left us feeling totally reassured that our anxious dog would be loved and well looked after. Our dog also took to Jo and her wonderfully warm energy instantly, as did we. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!”

“Rachel looked after my puppy, Diesel, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she gave him. She took him out for walks, played with him, and kept him company while I was away. When I got home, Diesel was very happy and clearly well cared for. I would absolutely recommend Rachel and wouldn’t hesitate to use her again”

“This is Cece second stay with our two dogs. It’s so lovely that we have her support. Otto & Edie love her & we never worry .. It’s such a joy to be able grab a weekend away & know our dogs & home is in safe hands..”

About: Hello. I’m Chantelle :) I’m new to Rover but have been caring for animals, particularly dogs from a young age. I have a great understanding of the care, and attention that they require and deserve. I’ve been dog sitting for around 5 years, providing a high standard of care, showing them love, cleaning, feeding and lots of lovely walks. I work for the NHS in a daytime full time role, but can visit during mornings/evenings, weekends as well as the flexibility to work from home to give your loved pets all the care and attention they need. I am vigilant, caring, gentle and have a close eye for detail. I am more than happy to discuss a variety of care needs, from dog sitting, walking and general care, please just get in touch if you have any queries.
About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and caring for them has always come naturally to me. Growing up, my family always had pets, so I’m very comfortable with animals and understand the importance of patience, routine, and lots of love. While living in the UK I regularly used BorrowMyDoggy, which allowed me to spend time walking and caring for different dogs when their owners needed an extra hand. It gave me experience with a variety of breeds, personalities, and energy levels. During my travels I also volunteered at an animal clinic in Thailand, where I helped care for animals and supported the day-to-day running of the clinic. This experience deepened my understanding of animal welfare and the importance of attentive, compassionate care. I’ve also done pet sitting while travelling across Asia and Australasia (Australia and New Zealand), looking after pets in their own homes while owners were away. This included feeding, walking, playtime, and making sure animals felt safe and comfortable while their owners were gone. For me, pet care is more than just a task — I genuinely love spending time with animals and making sure they feel happy, relaxed, and well cared for. I work usual business hours and wanting to dedicate most of my spare time (mornings, evenings and weekends) to pets care! Happy to work around your needs! Having had a vast amount of experience in other people's houses internationally. I ensure I look after people's houses as my own, with respect and cleanness. Ensuring safety is the top priority.
About: I’ve been surrounded by pets my whole life, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. From playful puppies to gentle seniors, I truly enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality and needs. I’m also outdoorsy and love staying active, so your dog will get plenty of fresh air, fun walks, and playtime if that’s their style! Whether your pet needs a calm, cozy environment or an energetic companion, I’m here to provide the same level of love, patience, and care that I’d give my own. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, happy, and at home with me while you’re away. I work a hybrid schedule, which gives me the flexibility to be home several days a week. On those days, I love having a pet companion around! It motivates me to take breaks, get outdoors, and enjoy some fresh air with a furry friend. I make sure their needs fit naturally into my routine, whether it’s walks, playtime, or just extra attention during the day. Pets in my care are always treated like family. At home, we have a secure garden for fresh air and play, plus the quay and green space just steps away—perfect for safe, relaxing walks. When I’m caring for pets in their own home, I make sure to follow their usual routine closely and keep things calm, clean, and familiar. Whether at my place or yours, your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities.
“Michelle and Robert house sat and looked after our dog for a few days. They're lovely people. We think they did a great job and they sent us lots of picture and video updates. The house was also left amazingly tidy. We would book with them again - thanks! :)”

“First time Tim looked after our GSP Otto & Viszla Edie. We had a pre meet with Tim & dog walk before the booking as we have 2 strong dogs to walk. Tim is a wonderful calm & friendly person,we liked him immediately & him & the dogs bonded . I’m a bit anxious our sitters having the strength to walk my two as the are pullers. Had a trial 2 days & it went really really well. Otto was wearing a cone after a foot injury & Tim navigated walking, feeding & drinks with that. A really good dog sitter very pleased & appreciated his contact photos, updates . The dogs were happy & well looked after . Would highly recommend Tim 🤝”

“Imogen is a lovely well mannered person with a wealth of experience dealing with all sorts of dogs of all ages. She gave me so much confidence leaving my Vizsla puppy with her. She also calmly played and tired out my puppy and kept me updated throughout the day with photos. My puppy was so happy hanging out with her for the day. I will certainly use her again!”

“Andrea watched our 1 year old cat, Luna, for a week and it was a great experience! She kept Luna’s space clean, gave her plenty of playtime, and sent daily updates including pictures and videos. We’d recommend her for cat care!”

Tim was excellent with Gladys, even when she was a bit moody with him just after we left. He had no problems dealing with the quirks of our home either. His calm and friendly nature made us very happy to leave him in our home with Gladys and we will be using his services again.

Again, Mia has provided a fabulous dog-sitting service. This time for our very nervous Jigglypuff who is adjusting to life in England after arriving from a shelter in Thailand. Mia has such a gentle manner - it was perfect for Jiggly. She sent regular updates and took her out for long walks and to the enclosed dog park where she could run freely. Mia also treats the house very respectfully , keeping everything clean and tidy. A highly trusted pet-sitter who will always be welcome back.

Tahni stayed with Honey from the 26th to the 28th of December and was absolutely wonderful. She looked after Honey incredibly well and clearly took great care of her. Communication was excellent throughout, I received regular updates and felt completely at ease knowing Honey was in such good hands. Honey was happy, relaxed, and well cared for when I returned. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and would happily book her again. Thank you Tahni, Regards Simone

Rachel looked after my puppy, Diesel, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she gave him. She took him out for walks, played with him, and kept him company while I was away. When I got home, Diesel was very happy and clearly well cared for. I would absolutely recommend Rachel and wouldn’t hesitate to use her again

Amber looked after our sensitive Cavapoo while we went away for 2 nights and we are really pleased with how Amber cared for him. We came home to a happy and relaxed dog who had clearly felt very safe with Amber. Amber took on board all our dogs needs and responded to him compassionately, taking into account the importance of accommodating his sensitivities to other dogs and reactivity to cats. This was the first time we left our dog with anyone else and we have full confidence to employ Amber to look after or dog in the future.

We feel very lucky to have found Amy to take care of our dog, cat and other animals while we were away for over a week. Our anxious labrador was happy staying in our her own home, while our rather skittish cat even seems to have developed a new confidence while we've been away. The house was left very clean and tidy and Amy even put the bins out so we didn't have to do it on the evening we came home - we'd definitely use Amy again. Thanks Amy - you were brilliant :)
Mollie looked after Dudley and Rory from around midday on a Friday to early pm on the Sunday. Mollie turned up at the agreed time and was great at communicating with us. She looked after the dogs in the ways we requested. She look them into Exeter with her when she met a friend, so they were entertained, and had lots of chances to meet other people and dogs. Dudley had had an upset stomach a few days before the sitting, and we wasn't fully back to normal whilst we were away, and Mollie kept an eye on him and reported how he was at the end of the sitting. Both dogs were really happy and content, and the house was clean and tidy at the end of the sitting. We would definitely use Mollie again.
