Caring & Reliable Dog Sitter
Hi, I’m Denise, a caring and reliable pet sitter with a lifelong love of animals. I grew up with dogs and cats, including rescue dogs, and have experience looking after dogs for friends and housemates, from walks and overnight stays to caring for them while their owners are away. I’m naturally very outdoorsy, so I love taking dogs on long walks where needed. I currently work part-time as a support worker with young adults with learning disabilities, which gives me plenty of flexibility. I treat every dog as if it were my own and always aim to make them feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I’m happy to look after high-energy dogs as well as more relaxed ones. I also have experience with puppies, nervous dogs, and rescue dogs. I have public liability insurance too, so you can have that extra peace of mind. I’d love to look after your dog and make sure they have a happy, fun and comfortable time while you’re away 🐾 I also offer dog walking and drop-in visits!

Safety, trust & environment
I always follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding times, walks, and any specific instructions you provide. I make sure pets are supervised, comfortable, and secure at all times, and I’ll keep you updated with regular photos and messages if you ask for it so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. I can’t offer pet sitting in my own home at the moment, but I’m happy to travel anywhere within 30 miles
Ratings and reviews
Denise has looked after my dog Buffy a number of times, and I wouldn’t hesitate to leave her with Denise again! Buffy is a collie cross who needs plenty of exercise, and Denise always makes sure she gets exactly that. When I go to collect her she’s happy, relaxed and worn out after a good day. Denise definitely enjoys having dogs around so it’s nice knowing she's in good hands! I'd happily recommend Denise to anyone looking for someone reliable to look after their dog.
Denise has been fantastic with my dachshund and he loves staying with her. She is calm, attentive and gives him the best care I could ask for.

Schedule
